Absolutely awesome experience. The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful to the customers. Two employees, Shawn & Tony are absolutely incredible, they go above and beyond in fixing any problem your dealing with and the traits they portray show that not only do they care about your vehicle, but they also care about you. From this day forth, I ll be recommending everyone I know & don t know to this exact Express Oil Change!

After terrible experiences at Pep Boys and Firestone I got an Express Oil Change cc but before it gets here I needed the air in my tires checked and the kind people did it for me today for no charge. I look forward to getting my repair needs done at Express because I like how they are clear and upfront about any repairs and give you an actual paper copy in an easy to understand form. Thanks for your help.

Tony has done a great job helping me with my oil changes, tires, belts, and so much more over the years. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and all services have been reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this team at this location!

I had an appointment for my foot A/C at 2:00pm and was done at 3:35pm. The appointment was punctual and I was pleased with Shaun s work. I would recommend this location for anyone with A/C issues especially with Summer soon approaching.

My husband and I took his truck in for an oil change today. The were very professional and kind Andrew and the pit guy Mike did a very good and thorough job. Andrew explained everything in detail. We visit this express oil often and always have a great experience.

This is my first time at this Express Oil Change. No wait on this rainy Friday morning. The staff members were very friendly and answered all my questions. Andrew got me taken care of (I asked about a brake inspection in addition to my oil change). Although I didn t see him, Mike, in the pit, did a good job checking my undercarriage. I plan to make this my regular spot for car care!!

Had a great experience here today! I needed my oil changed and the staff took care of my car quickly. The staff were also kind and helpful, the assistant manager Paul in particular stood out as delivering excellent customer service. I had a great visit and will be going back.

I've got an 03 trailblazer that was having trouble with keeping temp. Dropped it off in the morning and they had it done really quickly. I usually have to call and check in at other shops but they had already checked things out and called me before I even realized what time it was. Very nice and friendly people, definitely my go to place from now on!

I always have a great experience here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are respectful of your time and get you in and out as soon as possible. I m not from this area but I go to school at UAB and I m very happy I found a great place to get my car serviced.

Always great service. This time Paul was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and professional in every way. Should be given a raise for how he treats his customers. He is definitely an asset for Express Oil and I m sure he will own his own franchise one day.

My brakes started making a horrible noise and as luck would have it I pulled into Express Oil. A mechanic named Eric checked my brakes and told me that they needed to be replaced. He told me exactly what I needed and the cost. I was waiting for my car to be repaired and Eric said it would take a while. He told me I could use his personal vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait there. I couldn't believe it. The job was well done at a reasonable price. Thank you so much Express Oil and Eric.

Paul was exceptional !! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn t have a tire repair, but he put my spare, sitting in cargo area, back under my SUV. Give this shop a shot for oil changes, tires, maintenance and general repairs. Excellent!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
