I went in this morning and had my oil changed at Oil Express. My experience was excellent. My service guy who worked on my car his name is Danny and he was very professional. He was very polite and I was very satisfied with his service. Because of him I will come back there. I love to deal with professional people who have great attitude . I give him five stars. Thank you for being so kind

Very impressed with this location s service! Danny, especially helped save my day today! Air in my tires were very low as I was about to hop on the interstate. I pulled in and Danny greeted me with a smile and assisted me right away! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for taking such great care of your customers. Always honest and the only express oil change I would take my vehicles to. Kenny does a great job! The mechanic there always explains his work and you know he isn't taking advantage of you. I am a single mom and I needed a place I can trust to tell me the truth when I need repairs and not upsell me.

Everyone at this location is always so friendly, especially Danny and Gaven. Whenever someone walks past my car, they take a second to greet me or ask how my day is going. Never had a problem with the service, either. Thanks a bunch!

Great service. Very friendly. While Josh worked on my oil change I also saw Coywia and Cody checking things out on my car (tires, wipers, air filter and lights). All went fast and easy. It s not often that I feel the need to stop what I m doing and write a review, but today is the day. I recently noticed a few spots in the driveway that I suspected might be oil coming from my 16 year old daughter s car and became alarmed. I immediately took the car to Tire Engineers on Rocky Ridge Road in Vestavia Hills and explained the issue to Coyhia & Josh W. who greeted me on arrival. I let them know that not only was I concerned, but I was leaving town and needed a quick resolution. They quickly assessed the issue, clearly explained it to me, corrected the problem and documented it so I could go back to the other place where it was last changed if i chose to. So often I feel like I m being upsold unnecessary services or being charged unfairly because I don t have a thorough understanding of the issue-but not today. I am beyond grateful for the fast and friendly help I received and couldn t wait to share my experience. They have a customer for life in me! Thanks guys!!!

Always fair and honest group. They don t try to up sale you on everything. They will diagnose and repair just about anything or any issue. Fair pricing and timely complete their work. Josh went above and beyond when I went in for a oil change. My tire pressure notice had come on in my car. Josh checked all of my tires for me and made sure they were all at the right pressure level.
