I emailed the night before inquiring if the vehicle I was interested in was still available, the next morning I was sent a personalized video of the car and its features by Anna Greene. She was very professional and replied to my emails/text promptly. I never felt pressured by her or her team, by far the best experience I ve ever had with any dealership.

Took my older model caddy to Birmingham Cadillac as a first time customer and I was not disappointed. The maintenance service and customer care that Brian and Meredith provided were exceptionally top-notch. Brian clearly understood my vehicle repairs and advised me of what I needed and did not over charge me for services I didn t need like other dealer service centers. Meredith was very courteous, professional and promptly processed my bill. It s refreshing to know there s a local dealer who cares about its brand and their customers. Kudos toCadillac management at this location. You ve won over a loyal customer.

Was at the Honda dealership looking at the Accords and decided to walk over next door. They had just received a CT5 that week! Mrs. Shun and the team took great care of me and my family and they gave us a great trade-in price for my 6 year old Camaro on a Saturday afternoon. Never thought I d be driving a Cadillac but here I am! Thanks Mrs. Shun for being so nice, they will take care of you!!

On April 8th I took my Cadillac Escalade into Cadillac of Birmingham and asked them to check my cooling system. Tim Rockett was the Service Advisor. Tim called me a day or two later saying that I had a radiator leak and it needed to be replaced. I told him not to fix it, and that I would be in to pick up my Escalade. I also asked Tim if he could show me the leak on my Radiator and he said yes. Tim and I walked out and looked under the hood of my vehicle. He said that he had to stand on something to look down into the radiator where it was leaking, and he pointed with his finger saying it s down there, and you can t see it with the naked eye. I didn t see anything, I wasn t having any problems with my radiator, I simply wanted to have it checked. My vehicle, had never ran hot, never saw any antifreeze in my garage, the reservoir bottle was full, and the radiator was full. Yet Tim said it needed to be replaced and it would cost me 1,000 dollars. After leaving Cadillac of Birmingham, I took my Escalade to another shop for a second opinion. It was determined after a pressure test was done on my cooling system that it was working fine, with no issues. Tim lied to me about my vehicle, in an attempt to have me spend unnecessary money. He never showed me a leak. To say the least, I m very angry, disappointed and upset with Cadillac of Birmingham, who can you trust to do good work on your vehicles. I expect a full refund of my money for the incorrect diagnostic test done on my Escalade, and I wouldn t recommend anyone to service there vehicle there. BTW, when I got ready to leave the dealership, Tim said to me, your vehicle is dirty, we didn t clean it up, because we don t have any water, and we haven t had any for 3 days. I said to myself Wow

Oh my...what a wonderful experience we had at Cadillac of Birmingham all because of Shun. She was professional, genuine, caring but mostly, she was very honest which made the visit so worthwhile! I want to do business with this dealership opposed to others because of her. Go where you can make an honest deal and ask for Shun! You'll know it's her by her sweet smile and kind heart.

I went in thinking this visit was going to be the best since this is Cadillac of Birmingham. This is the most over priced place I ve ever been to. So after charging me .5 to look at my horn when you could just beep it and tell it s bad. On top of the $180 diag for a passenger mirror you can put the car in reverse and it moves and can hear that it is bad. Then another .3 for the cabin air filter. So I ended up leaving with just a cabin air filter for $370!The courtesy vehicle department was wonderful! Very nice. I would give the courtesy vehicle department 5 stars!

No stars would be a more appropriate rating.Once they have your money you no longer matter!!They delivered by my $50k car for a 600$ fee with a cracked windshield, no extra key, or floor mats.Eventually got a key and title; required weeks of badgering by me. They did schedule the windshield replacement (full day job at a place an hr away from my home) but have stopped returning my calls and still no floor mats that are clearly in the pictures of the advertisement.My $600 delivery convenience fee resulted in only inconvenience to me.

My husband and I visited Cadillac of Bham recently. We were looking for a specific car. I had called to set up an appointment. Dutch Miller met us on time and spent a couple of hours with us showing us their selection of new and pre-owned cars. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was never pushy but offered different suggestions. He answered all our questions and explained the difference between cars. Although we ultimately found a specific car elsewhere, I would not hesitate to return there to purchase a car. Mr. Miller introduced us to the pre-owned sales manager so he could also be looking for a car for us and would have a face with a name. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way.We appreciate Mr. Miller for his assistance and I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a Cadillac, see them!

He and the staff explained each step of the process in very laymen terms while being sure to articulate the very importance of each step. Recently purchase a 2023 XT6. Dutch was my salesman and instead of just finding a salesman we feel as though we made a friend. Everyone was respectful, professional and even entertaining. I drove from Tennessee to buy our first cadillac and may just drive back to Birmingham when I wear this one out.

My recent experience with Cadillac of B'ham was less than pleasant to say the least.(Day 1) Initially, I took my vehicle in for a tire issue. After sitting and waiting the service tech (Eric) told me "We can't find anything wrong but you did need some air in the tire"! I said, there s an issue if the air pressure keeps decreasing, I put air in the tire the day before. He stated, "we have done every test and can't find a leak , I left.(Day 2) the next morning the tire was down again. I called Eric on my way to work. He said, bring it back in . I asked if someone could pick it up. He replied, No, hold on. He came back and stated, I have a car but I must have it back today . I said, ok! Once I arrived, Prince took my insurance, driver s license and credit card information. The outside of the loaner car was dirty, but I didn t say anything because I had to get back to work. Later, I received a video, a pic and screen shot via text, then a phone call. Eric said, did you get my text , at that time I hadn t . You have a pin hole in the side wall of the tire and will need to replace . I told him to go ahead and complete the job. I later received a text; your vehicle is ready. I responded, ok. After work and an emergency, I took the loaner car back and the dealership was closed (5:30) although the website states 6:00 p.m.(Day 3) The next morning, I called Eric, and said I will bring the vehicle back during my break . On the way to COB, I stopped and put $20.00 worth of gas in the car before return. I arrived at the dealership and Prince asked for the keys. I gave them to him as I proceeded to go to the cashier s office. As I was paying for the new replacement tire Prince walked in the cashier s office and stated Either you can go put some more gas in the car or you owe $25.00 because it was full when you got it . I said, no it wasn t, I took a picture of the gauge before I drove off . Now I m pressed for time because I have to get back to work. He repeated himself. I replied, I don t have time to go get more gas . Prince said, you have to pay the $25.00 extra . I asked to speak with the manager, a guy walked up and stood in front of me without introducing himself. As I recall he wasn t wearing any identifying information. I asked, are you the manager and he responded, Yes! I explained to him the issue I had and his response, have you ever rented a car before ? I said, Yes, however I spent $400.00 on a new tire . His hesitantly reply I will pay the $25.00 for you and if you can live with it so can I . I walked back into the cashier s office then returned. I asked the guy, is your name Mr. Semen ? He said, yes ! I said, so that s it ? He said, Yes and I left.Due to this experience of lackadaisical and negligent behavior stemming from my initial visit is questionable and makes me reconsider if I will return for ANY purchase or service needs. Suppose after leaving on day 1, the tire blew out or caused an accident. Trust is a major factor I don t take lightly. My family has traded with your company through generational purchases and services and have always had great experiences and things to say, but since Mr. Ivy God REST HIS SOUL transferred the business the culture has tremendously declined and become discerning. The subpar, nonchalant and unprofessionalism isn t the elite standards I am a custom or familiar with as it relates to Cadillac of B ham. I spent three days driving back and forth to Hoover using my personal gas twice and you want me to pay an additional $25.00 for some gas. There is no way I used $45.00 worth of gas in one day. Its NOT the amount for the gas it s the PRINCIPLE of it all, not to mention there was no discounts offered for the inconvenience caused.

Eric Chandler was my service advisor. All in all he did a good job. There was a slight miscommunication, but we worked through it and I feel he handled it professionally. The miscommunication could be just from a different way of doing things as a dealership and experience in Arizona is a lot different than Alabama. I the downside is I wasn t able to get my truck fixed that s not their fault that s a Parts shortage issue with the streak. So I will be reaching out to make sure when the birds get in that I can get in and get my car fixed with Eric
