The parts were correct and worked. One employee, because of a personal social problem, went out of their job description and told me I couldn't be inside the store. The manager knew nothing of this situation and when I confronted the manager he said nothing. Not a word. When I contacted the corporate office they said they would be in touch in the next few days with some plan or resolution. It has been well over a week now with no communication. I guess being just a customer isn't enough. Maybe the employees can buy all the parts they need to sell.Only shop here if your friends of friends of Orielys. Very discriminating, sad, pathetic and totally unprofesional.
