My company is usually a drop and hook. The parking lot is very tight. Good luck finding a place to drop a trailer. Some drivers just drop their trailer in the middle of the parking lot and leave which makes things worse.

Not worth one star minus maybe 4-5 stars ,place is packed with trailers no room anywhere ,appt.? That's a joke they go with whenever they're ready for you they call you IN .

No problem here. Greeted promptly and sent right to dock. If there was a lot of trucks here it might be a little tight. What ever issues they may have had before did not exist while I was here.

Place is BS. Bunch of mexicans workers and the shipper let this other mexican truck driver cut in front of me for unloading and made some bs story up.. they looking out for each other..... down 4+ hours now..

A great company to deliver/pickup,limited parking space but manageable ..A big THANK YOU to Ms.Tootsie and the forklift guy for their prompt service and AWESOME customer service!!

Got here to pickup a load, they told me there was no schedule for pickup. Parking is extremely crowded with trailers. U can t even do a turnaround. They re very unorganized.

It is a good place to download, just that you arrive on the exact date and time of the appointment, you must bring the bill and the packing list with you, otherwise they will not receive you.Es buen lugar para descargar, solo que llegues a la fecha y hora exacta de la cita, debes traer contigo el bill y el packing list a la mano si no , no te recibir�n.

I arrived at 11 AM and my download is at 9 PM, they ask you 40 dollars if you want it to be downloaded beforellegue alas 11 AM y mi descarga es alas 9 PM te piden 40 dollar si quieres que ser descargado antes

You just have to arrive at the download time, only then they will download you and your paper will say date and time, if not, you are already valid.Hay solo que llegues ala hora dedescarga solo asi tedescargan y k tu papel diga fecha y hora si no ya valiste
