Rob Townley at RT Automotive in Valley Alabama is the BEST place for service or whatever your needs might be. They can service any make or model of any kind of vehicle you have. I've been taking my vehicles to him for 2 years. He's honest and dependable with good prices. He's the only one i trust with my vehicles.

Been here about a year from FL, I needed to replace my motor in my 2019 Honda Accord and had a really hard time finding a shop. Finally stumbled across Rob and his shop, he was sooo nice and was patient with all my questions (called him about 8 times in one day lol). His shop had my car fixed within the week, and also being that I went through him to get my motor I was able to get a good warranty. Communication was great, pricing was amazing!! My family really appreciates you and yours Rob can t tell you how thankful we are to have our only vehicle back and running like it was brand new again. Also thank you to Jessica for always getting back to me!! We have finally found OUR mechanic shop!!

My Expedition was down for a year because everyone told me that it would cost $2000 to get it repaired and they'd need atleast a week with it to work on it. I finally got in the position to afford that, and a friend recommended RT, and expected it to be a week before I hear anything. The very next day he let me know what was going on and had it fixed by the end of the day for a fourth of what others had quoted me!!! I'm super impressed. He will be my go to from here on out!

The owner, Rob, is the nicest, most honest shop owner I ve ever met. Highly recommend this shop if you re looking for a top notch, honest mechanic!!

He s is the best! I live in Auburn and I drive to The Valley just for him to fix my car. He s dependable, trustworthy, and also has really great prices. He gets the work done in a timely manner.
