They are ok, alot of times they sell you the wrong parts because it doesn't effect them if its wrong or not.

Almost always have what I'm looking for at a reasonable price, if you want to go online and do store pickup or ship to your home you get an even better price, for whatever reason. Either way good service and good quality products they have a great battery checking machine that will give you a printout of all the voltages at different loads and the total amp capacity of the battery in the percent charge. Nothing negative to say about those folks

The lady behind the counter went above and beyond to help me with a battery situation and was impressively knowledgeable about possible causes and solutions. Did not pressure me into any purchase, but was more concerned about getting me up and running safely.

Always Good customer service. It's the only auton parts store I go to.I will tell you, I bought & installed the wrong brake rotors a month ago. It turned into a situation... The guys working their, took care of everything, have me what I needed. I will always shop here.

I am sitting in the parking lot of advance to help a young woman with a flat tire. This young woman has her grandmother and 3 children with her and had to call her sick mother to help change tire. Went in the store to see if they had a hammer to get the spare loose and they said they could sell her one. So she has had to spend money on a hammer that she didnt have. Not one employee has offered a hand or to call for help nothing but charge her for her misfortune. We are 1 young woman 3 old ladies and 3 children 10 and under. I am appalled at people. You would think someone at an auto store could at least have loaned a hammer but instead made a profit

I looked up a cabin air filter online, walked in store and found the part by the number, a register was open right away so we were In and out really quickly. The cashier was friendly Nice, fast stop!

I went on a Saturday and the only people working were 2 old men, 60+, and I went to get my check engine light read. It took several minutes to find the guy to do the scan and then it took him SEVERAL minutes to get it hooked up because he was so old and could hardly move . I have no problem with seniors working but maybe have some one working that can actually do the job. He couldnt even give me a code for the light because he couldn't figure out the scanner .

We recently went to the Valley Advance Auto Parts. A man named Derrel was disgustingly rude to my husband. We will never be bringing our business back there. Worst customer service.

This specific store constantly lies about the pricing and what they have at stores and try to get you to pay higher prices! This store is a rip off
