DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Took my 2011 Chevy Traverse here to have a new timing chain put in. After paying half the money upfront he said it would be done at the end of the work week on Friday. Come Friday I didn't hear anything so had to call him to find out what was happening. He said he was waiting on a part to come in. Got my car on Wednesday and paid the other half of the bill which i have receipts for. Car drove great for 2 weeks when the car just stopped running. Took the car to the dealership and they said the engine had NEVER been taken apart because it still had the FACTORY GASKET AND the engine was dirty!! The timing chain that was supposed to be brand new had snapped and destroyed my motor! I haven't been able to drive my own car for months and it put me out of work.

DO NOT TAKE CAR HERE! Had the WORST EXPERIENCE with this shop. My car 2015 Chrysler 200 was here for months on end. Called and texted Kevin MULTIPLE times. We had given him money for the motor. NEVER updated me. At one point he told me my car would be ready that day but never called me. So after months of the AWFUL communication and the fact that NOTHING got done. We had to tow my car from his shop to take it somewhere else. It was all very unprofessional. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place. They don t even deserve the one star but it wasn t an option to give them zero stars.Service: Engine repair

Kevin is great! I ve had a few old vehicles that had problems and he has always gotten me in quickly. He does everything that he can to solve the problem. Kevin did a great job with my Range Rover got it back running when almost all the other shops in the area said they would not work on it he also fixed my wife s ac for free because it was a easy fix would definitely recommend this shop to anyone

Kevin diagnosed and repaired my auto within 24 hours, no actually more like 12 hours. Wow! The car is running great and the price was very affordable. Would refer any and all to this mechanic! Thank you Kevin, you rock!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !! Excellent service by Kevin and Willie. We were stranded in traffic . Our car was towed to In and Out, and they we got us back on the road. Very Nice guys

After returning home from a long trip my brake caliper failed at 65mph on the highway after a shoddy repair job from my car make s local dealership. Stranded and with few options I found In & Out Auto Care as it was the closest shop to where my brakes failed. I called ahead to see if they were open and Kevin told me he was available right away. Kevin assessed the damage to my brakes and was able to identify multiple deficiencies in my other brakes, pointing them out to me while he fixed up my car, he was extremely friendly and helpful in a very stressful situation. An event that I thought would ruin my entire day ended up being fixed in about an hour at an unbelievably reasonable price. Despite the location being a bit out of the way from where I live, I will be making the drive to have my car serviced here in the future. Absolutely top-notch care and service. In and Out just replaced an engine in my 1997 Ford truck. It had sat for 10 years and needed much work. Engine, fuel pump, starter, solenoid, battery, a/c compressor and condenser, brakes, rotors, tires, and more.They are good mechanics, but their diagnostics is lacking. Further, if your vehicle is damaged while in their care, they don't feel responsible.In the end, I had to take my vehicle to someone else to complete the repairs.. in and Out repairs seemed to fail quickly.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

Kelvin will do you right and for women, he want fix what does not need fixing. If the part is bad it's really is bad. He'll tell you hey it may be a day or two before he can get to it. But my car has never been there over a week. Thanks Kelvin for all the hard honest work you do.
