Brought my Toyota in for a torque converter replacement. It took almost a month for them to drop the transmission and replace it. When I initially received my vehicle back they tightened my shift linkages down incorrectly leading to a transmission sensor error code. After that was fixed, during my warranty period my vehicle began to exhibit the same symptoms I brought it in for, I called numerous times during my warranty period only to be told, "let me talk to the mechanic and I'll call you back." I never received call backs. My vehicle has only gotten worse and continues to get driven less and less as it is becoming more of a road hazard to have a lack of power while shifting and vibrations caused by the failed torque converter. If you want quality work and someone who is actually knowledgeable please go to a better transmission shop who values honestly and making lasting relationships with consumers.

Great place! Quality work. I've had 3 transmissions repaired there. All worked fine afterwards. One car was taken to them, they diagnosed the problem for free.

I had a 2004 Chevy Classic auto trans rebuild at 92k miles at Ditto. That was about 4-5 years ago. It has 140k+ miles on it now and has survived teenagers and young adults driving. So far so good. Very friendly folks and good prices.

If you need transmission work done then this is the place to go.Prices are lower than your average transmission places here in Huntsville. If you don't mind a little ride to Morgan City, Ala.this is the place to go.People are very friendly also.
