John Pillsbury was very helpful in working with me. I had a good experience with the dealer overall. As far as the staff, everything was excellent. I am going to give a 4 star only as the Polaris 70 I bought, which looked practically brand new, had the taillight on and I couldn t see it. I had it loaded on my trailer to carry it home. Apparently there is an issue with the taillight sensors that can go bad. It was daytime when we loaded it and I didn t see the light being on at first. It wasn t until I was nearly three hours away near home that it became dark and I could see it. If it weren t for that, I d rate them a 5 star. I did speak with them briefly about this, but I m sure that there s probably nothing that can be done as I bought the 4 wheeler as-is. Everyone was great as far as working with them though.

Get experience buying from Shoals Outdoor Sports in Tuscumbia, AL. I Called and spoke with John Pillsbury told him want I was looking for and he was super knowledgeable and got right on it. John was fast and had everything ready to go pretty much in one hour from me calling him. Picked up my Polaris Ranger Premium the next day. 5 Stars from start to finish!! Everyone I met with was a pleasure to work with. All staff was super friendly and helpful!! Thanks again John & Shoals Outdoor Sports!!

Awesome dealer! Tyler Skinner is awesome. Very easy to work with beat every price within 300 miles of me hands down. No pressure just great service and sales!!Oh, and when I told him I needed a trailer, Tyler made me another great deal!Then, when I discovered my ball was too small for the trailer he threw in a new ball for free! Can't say enough nice things about this dealer!

Polaris Ranger 1000 crew: John and all others were great. Totally up front and honest about everything. No pressure to buy additional equipment etc. Smooth process. Took less than an hour total (I did call ahead and also get Pre-approved from Polaris website). Everyone was friendly. All in all was a great experience. I ll buy again from them in the future.

What an awesome place! They have tons of recreational vehicles,mowers,motorcycles etc. I was looking for a snapper rear engine rider online because they don t make them anymore.John Pillsbury posted one on marketplace that looked brand new. After talking with John and discussing the mower I drove 4 hrs to pick it up. John was super nice and great to deal with. Everyone there was super nice and very helpful. I would deff recommend SOS if your looking to purchase any new outdoor toys or tools. John even called me a couple days later to make sure I was satisfied. I can t recommend them enough, so go check them out!!

This place really reminds you that there are still decent people in the world ! Mark ( the salesman ) was great. Very knowledgeable and was open to any and all questions I had. Do yourself a favor if you are shopping for a sxs and give these guys a call!!! I had an OTD quote, no hidden fees, within 10 minutes of emailing them. I called around local and nobody could match their prices! Thank you Shoals Outdoor Sports for an easy and excellent purchasing experience!

Bought a used four wheeler today. Wayne was nice to deal with and installed a new battery in it when it wouldn t start up. I appreciate them going the extra mile to make sure it ran good and that I was happy.

My ranger wouldn't start and i called the Muscle Shoals store and explained i lived 2 hours away from a service shop and I told him the symptoms. He recommended a switch that goes to the brakes and we changed that part and it immediately cranked. They will definitely be my go to for any work i need on my done in the future.

My dad and I had a great experience dealing with Devon at Shoals recently when we purchased a Ranger 1000 and a Sportsman ATV. He never delayed in answering our questions even through the weekend and while they were closed for Christmas. When we arrived there were no hidden fees and service was efficient. Super impressed!

It was great working with Tyler from Shoals Outdoor Sports. I live more than 4 hours away and Tyler was able to answer all of my questions and work out a deal for me sight unseen on a in stock boat. He went out of the way to make sure that I received all of the applicable rebates that were available for the boat. He was able to get the add-ons installed prior to delivery thus avoiding any additional trips.It was a pleasure working with Tyler and the entire staff. They make great things happen !

John pillsbury is a AMAZING person. I would definitely go see him if you re interested in something at Shoals Outdoors. He was very helpful, and great with answering my questions. He even squeezed me in on a Saturday when they were extremely busy which in return made him stay later than usual. He s an awesome guy and will take care of anything you throw his way. Thanks John, I really appreciate your help with getting me on the trails quickly with my New RZR Pro Xp; it s a beast

Had the best experience ever with shoals outdoor sports. Kyle Mitchell was amazing. We are from Tennessee and made the drive. Did not disappoint. Everything was prepped when we arrived and NO surprises. NO ADDED FEES!! Highly recommend these guys! What they tell you is what u get! Great business!!

We had a great experience with a Wayne from start to finish! He was very easy to deal with and had great customer service. We traveled 5 hours to pick up and we re in and out in 30 minutes. Everything was ready for us when we got there. If you are looking, we recommend checking out Shoals and asking for Wayne Wilkinson!
