Everyone and I do mean everyone. The manager, mechanics, and the secretaries went way above their duties to make me feel special. They treated me kind and showed compassion for me when/while they were working on my truck. They had one of their technicians to take me around where I needed to go. No bother, no charges, and with a smile. They are top on my list of kind and loving people

Great people here. Dropped truck off from out of state and was left with no transportation till next day. They made sure we had a ride to hotel up the road and you can t get better than that! Thanks

Customer service has taken a toll for the worst! 20 minutes before closing isn't closed. I've been in sales and service all of my adult working age and never once have I told a customer that they couldn't be serviced because it's 20 minutes to closing. We're here on the property now needing a gas cap replaced and a forced regen, but instead we'll have to call for roadside. This is totally unacceptable. I'm not sure what this is all about but I could come up with one . Very disappointing.

We are on the road with our RV and the Check engine light came on occasionally so we stopped in. The Service Manager said pull her in and we will check her out. Turned out it wasn't major (turbo motor sensor)and that it wouldn't hurt to drive it. The part wasn't available at the the time and they assured us that again it was ok to drive. We stayed a good two hours or so and I was beginning to freak about the labor bill. He came out and said not to worry about things and to have a safe trip. Wow! What an awesome visit!

This was my first time here. Dow & Melissa (service) are the best. Caleb was awesome. Can't say enough how impressed I am with the service, especially compared to the"dealer" that I usually go to. Thank you Nextran!!!!

These people got me right in and out. Wipers was not working so they replaced motor. I also had a check engine light on. The replaced the nox outer sensor. Great job. Use them again.

They always do a great job at a reasonable price. If we can get our Volvo there, we do. They are worth the drive.

Stopped in for check engine light. They diagnosed the problem but parts were unavailable. Said it was safe yo drive, but may experience some lower loss. No charge. Thanks guys!

I've had work done there before and it was done in a timely manner but this time they couldn't help me as they didn't have the proper windshield or the tool for lane departure device
