Excellence & courteous staff! They checked out & reported to the relevance & need of desired lifters & all brakes & all was well! Oil change was desperately needed & topped off all fluids after checking! Thank you for hiring competent and caring employees whom are motivated to assist this customer needing my car moved closer to retrieve it instead of making me walk to retrieve it far away! After my meniscus tear surgery on my left knee walking too far aggravates the knee & ankle & causes sweating! ;)))Service: Auto maintenance

The service was horrible this time which is surprising. They would not answer the phone. They took over 7 hours to return my call on the first 2 days my car was in the shop. I ve been going there for years and they know I have an extended warranty and didn t submit my repairs to see if it was covered until the 3rd day it was there. It cost me an extra 2 days for the rental car because of all the mishandling that took place. They didn t put down paper in the floors. You would think they would give a complimentary car wash to keep the relationship in good standing but my car was not touched. Finding a place that takes pride in customer service and satisfaction is hard.Service: Oil change

The service department was extremely courteous. Once they realized the repair would take a few hours I was given a ride home. When the work on my vehicle was completed, I was not able to be there till after the service department had left for the day. Since they knew I needed the car before the store opened they offered to leave the keys with the sales guys. I was late getting to the store, however the sales guys were waiting on me. There is nothing I could change about the visit to make it any better. This place has some dedicated and friendly people that go out of their way to help. The guys were all super nice, waiting area was nice and clean. When I wife called to make the appointment the people was not very friendly or was helpful setting up appointment then after leaving our truck there the night before, my wife called to let them know what all we wanted done. Then after 6 hours of not hearing anything we tried to call my wife got voice mail where she left a message and still didn't here anything she tried 3 more times then finally I called and talked to the front desk of sales where is sent my call to the service manager where is voice mail said he was out of town and wouldn't be back the end of the month. Then I finally call back where someone up front finally went back and talk to the mechanic that worked on my truck to let me know it was ready. Then when I picked up it there were nit friendly or thanked me for bring it to them I under a service contract with then where I brought my truck or I would be taking it somewhere else for my service or repair work on any of my vehicles.Service: Oil change

Our transmission starting going out on hwy 72 on a Sunday and left our vehicle at the dealership with a note. Major one of their service advisors handled everything for us and got the warranty coverage complete and even found a transmission at another local dealership. We picked our Tahoe up a week ago and are very pleased with their quality work. One of the best experiences I have had with an automotive repair. I would recommend them!!Service: Transmission

I was having a bad day and it was hard to detect what the problem was with my car. These guys took very good care of me and made sure my car was fixed before I left there. Zach is a young man who started in sales and actually made his first sale with me. He now works in service scheduling, but I believe that young man is the absolute best hire they could have made. He truly cares about his customers and isn't just saying it, he will fight for you, encourage you throughout the process, and believes in the team he works with. Truly a family oriented place and God was in the midst of everything. Thank you to Zach! But thank you also to the tech and service guys who worked so hard to help me. I am torn on how to review. The advisor was able to locate a part at another dealership to get the service work done today. However the initial quote of $150-200 did not include the $159.95 diagnostic fee. Kaleb was absolutely Awesome! Super professional and courteous was able to get me in even though I didn't have an appointment. The two brothers (can't remember their names) were also awesome! Paid $130 for something that was supposed to be paid for on my warranty and it wasn t left and now my light is still on and the problem is not fixed. Now I am calling about the problem and there is no answer. Plus I bought a car that was very expensive and there should have never even been a light on in the first place. They keep ignoring calls and it s very aggravating so apparently they didn t do anything to our call at all period.

I had my tires rotated on a Saturday left out Monday morning headed out of town only to realize they rotated my tires but didn t tell me that the tires they moved to the front of the car were so bald I had to go straight and buy new tires! Luckily I didn t have a blow out! But they also lost out on a sale! One of the tires were so bald it wouldn t even read on the machine!Service: Tires

They did not have in their system where I purchased a battery last year. Then the guy start talking about mileage I had on a battery. I feel as if he was trying to get over on me because I am a woman and thought I didn't know what I was talking about. They exchanged my battery didn't give me a receipt. I came at 7 a.m. didn't leave until 9a.m. just to exchange a battery. Would have been long if I wouldn't have said something. Those batteries that is sold over there is no good. Maybe you guys need to change companies that you deal with. I am not pleased with the services at Greenway at all!Service: Battery

Had an appointment for 7:30am and dropped my truck off the night before. I needed my vehicle by 10:30am that morning. They were changing my oil and rotating my tires.They forgot about me and I had to call to check on my vehicle. Diagnosed an engine fault and replaced a spark plug along with some minor engine adjustments. Staff was very professional and the mechanic explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle and what steps he'd have to take to make sure it wasn't a more serious issue. I was pleased with my visit to Geenway of the Shoals and would most definitely recommend it to my family and friends.Service: Oil change

Kaleb did a great job helping fix a situation! Another dealership (Bentley Chevrolet in Florence) had overfilled my oil causing my car to blow white smoke and stop on me in the middle of an intersection. I had it towed to Greenway in Tuscumbia. I appreciate all he did to help fix the situation and how quickly he did!

Everyone was very nice and I was treated with respect. I was informed of what was being done and why. It is worth the drive to get this kind of service!
