Brad and Allen and the staff installed a new water heater in my camper. They were very efficient and professional. Their great communication and fair pricing will bring me back. Recommend!!

Called ahead to make sure they had the part I was looking for. They told me to bring my old part in to test it. Found out the problem and the gentleman helping me was super nice and knowledgeable about the situation. Explained everything in detail about the part and the situation. They had the part already sitting out for me at checkout. Fast and honest pricing would encourage anyone looking for Rv repairs or parts in the area definitely give these guys the business.

I damaged my awning on my camper. I checked around several places about getting it fixed. I called Jerry s and spoke to Brad. He was extremely helpful and allowed me to text him pics of my awning. He could tell what I needed from the pics. His distributor was out but he found the exact type that I needed on eBay. He told me what to order and when it came in I took it to them. They advised they were backed up for a few weeks and might be about three weeks before they could get it done. About a week and half later they called and it was fixed. Brad even helped me pay for it over the phone and left my camper so I could pick it up after hours. Huge help and extremely pleased. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic folks here. Gentleman on the phone listened to my problem and suggested I bring it over to have them look at it. Was able to get to my camper quickly and gave options for repair. Provided a labor rate upfront and made the repair ASAP. They also went above and beyond when I asked about the wheel chocks I had left. Rather then searching all over the shop and spending a lot of time, the guy inside simply handed me 2 off the shelf and told me to take those. Great customer service. Will come back again the next time we have a problem.

This is a complete and knowledgeable RV sales and repairs. My water pump lose prime and customer service was excellent in getting me what I need and I will continue to do business with them from Ga. God bless

I called with questions concerning electrical for my camper and Jerry's RV was very helpful navigating me through things. I would highly recommend them. They were a tremendous help.

My name is Sally Bryant, in March of this year we had storm damage to our camper , and took it to Jerrys RV, they helped us with the long process we had to go thru with our insurance, they talked to the insurance company multiple times and always kept me updated on the situation , they went the extra mile. I talked with Brad mostly and he was always very nice , and patient , a lot of business would have given up and not dealt with the long process , but they didn t. It s nice to know it s still some places that care about the customer more than just the money . I appreciate all the time and help they provided for me and my insurance company . Thanks Brad for all your patience in this matter ! If u ever have a problem with your camper or have any camper needs , give them a call and feel assured they will do what ever they can to help you. God bless your business for many years to come and always keep putting your customers first and they will keep coming back.

If you need anything in the store you'll get little help. The cat is the nicest one in there.I was there last week, bought a water filter. Said I knew nothing about them. That statement usually means a customer could use a little help

Cannot say enough good things. I am 9 months pregnant and my husband and I are camping at McFarland this week with our three dogs. He s working out of town today. I took one of our dogs out for a walk and somehow locked us out of the RV. We had no phone, keys or water in this 97-degree heat. I happened to find my iPad in my unlocked car and got in touch with my husband. After a terrible phone call with another RV place in town, he found Jerry s. They came right out with a master key and let me in! They definitely saved the day for this preggo lady on what feels like the hottest day of the year and wouldn t even let me pay!! Give them all your business! I know we will!

I bought a converter 259.00 and had 75.00 worth of work done on a gas valve from Jerry..the points went out in the converter on the battery side and now the battery wont charge thru it an nothing on that side works . I called these guys for help not only did they nothave an idea what the problem was..but got ill because they acted like I was to stupid to trace down a. Problem...u boys are to smart for me...so long oh yeah they wanted me to make an appointment and bring my rig in for 75.00 an hour for this simple problem..no thanks

Jerry s RV recently did a total brake job on my 5th wheel camper, I also used the company to repair a water heater 8 years ago.I would highly recommend Jerry s RV for their professional, timely and cost effectiveness of the work they performed

These guys came from a far distance to help out to get my AC changed the day after I called them! They did great work and were only here for about an hour! Great service, wonderful attitudes and good prices! Thanks guys!

Paid them several hundred dollars to seal everything on the roof and put protective coating on in Dec 2017 - well... it's Feb 2018 and there is a significant leak from roof at bathroom vent and roof side seam where I can see they didn't even try to seal. Not sure what they did for all the money and can only assume they charged me and did nothing knowing I wouldn't get up on the roof and check it. Hard to take it back in and leave it for their several month waiting period when I'm currently living in it. Alabama... buyer beware

These people are awesome. We take our Wildwood to them from Haleyville. Their service is excellent and they're very prompt. Alan is great and everyone else we've met there.

Whatever your RV needs...go to Jerry's RV. Where they treat you like a friend...not a customer. They excel in every category! Forget Huntsville RV dealers, go to Tuscumbia!
