Harli in the service department was awesome. I arrived during a busy time but he greeted me with a smile and apologized for the wait. He kept me informed throughout my wait. Harli was very professional and personable. Greenway should thank him for meeting their expectations of providing great customer service.

Took my husband s hunting truck in today for tires and an oil change, very pleased with the outcome. My service advisor , Jake Phillips, kept communication open with me about what was needed, his recommendations and pricing before making decisions on the service of the truck. Pete, the manager, is always excellent in helping me with anything I need or have worked on there. Service was fast, very responsive to my questions and I was very pleased with the outcome. They discovered more issues and brought them to my attention that were pretty important. I will continue to use Toyota of the Shoals Service for my vehicle repairs, tires, oil changes etc. Great team of people to let help you with your vehicle maintenance or tires.

The experience was really good. I called at 9am on my way to Alabama and got an oil change appt for 10:20. I was greeted by the service manager, who took down some of my information and showed me to the customer waiting area. While I was working on my laptop, the service manager informed me that my car was being worked on by the technician and everything was on schedule. He came back later and said they were almost done and the technician recommended a new cabin air filter for $54 which I declined. Overall the experience was good not sure an oil change is worth $105.

Very friendly and helpful service advisor Joshua made sure repairs went smoothly and that I stayed up to date throughout the repair process. Very pleased with the quality of work. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

I recently had routine maintenance done on my truck, a tire rotation. The guy I talked to was super nice and answered all of my questions. There was a nice area to sit and wait for them to be finished with my truck, and it didn't take long at all. I recommend this Toyota place. We bought our truck in April or May, and everyone we had talked to that day was awesome too! I will definitely be getting my cars from there again in the future.

When I brought my truck into the dealership and spoke with Jake Phillips, he treated me like family and really helped me out. I couldn't thank him or Kate Noble enough. Both of these people are amazing! The tech working in my truck did such a good job getting my baby running even better than she ever has! Go see them.

I felt your employees were very friendly, professional and assertive to my needs at my appointment. They were able to get me in to an appointment for my oil change with no problem the day before. The waiting area in the service department was very clean and comfortable during my waiting time which was also good. I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend to anyone who has a Toyota that needs any servicing to see you guys. Thank you very much!

Jake Phillips is a great service advisor, but the work seems to take much longer than other dealers I have been to. I also don t get much credit for my Extended Service plan, so I m not sure exactly what I m paying for every month.

I went for an oil change.Harlie Mawk was awesome!I didn t know until after I scheduled my appointment that I had a coupon for a complimentary pair of windshield wipers. I asked Harlie about it, he said that was the first time he had seen one of these coupons and he would find out. (Exactly what I would have done)However I could only use one coupon at a time and I was using one for my oil change.Then, when they came out to tell me all the things my car needed to have done to it, wipers was on the list. However they did not return the coupon to me.I have to drive 45 minutes to get my oil changed.I would like to say again Harlie was superb! He was the only employee I had dealings with!I would like to also add I don t see how people can concentrate on what they are doing in this sales office. They have Rick music playing in the front, two different tvs going and customers talking on the phone and the employees talking to customers in the waiting area. Major headache by the time I left!

My experience with Greenway was Great, first deal offered took. First time that ever happened for me. Great crew I worked with from the salesman Wade, and the offer that prepared the paperwork for the sale and Trevia the lady that explained and had us sign for truck. All were nothing short of outstanding. I hope the same crew are there when I buy my next vehicle.

I travel a lot and been at other Toyota dealers in the United States and there is no comparison with the out station customer derive you receive at Greenway of the shoals. The service advisor Amanda listen and took note and completed all my repairs and maintenance in timely and Courteous manner. I wish Sandia Toyota in Albuquerque learn the secret to of customer service from Greenway. It is pleasure returning back home an know that the maintenance will be in accordance with Toyota guidelines. Thanks again keep up the good work.

Jacob took absolutely amazing care of my Tacoma and went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I have had in a long time. Even though it was part of my complimentary maintenance package he didn t try to upsell me any products or make recommendations that weren t needed at the time. Overall I would go here every time for every vehicle I own and take it to him, because I know he will take care of it like it is his own. Looking forward to my next service visit.

The service was horrible. The guy from the service department along with the service team gave me the worst service ever. I was told the coils on my car was bad they needed to be replaced. I ended up not having to pay them the $200 for the diagnostics but they flat out lied to me that my check engine light was not on and as soon as I got in the car the check engine light was in fact on and all along due to ther negligence I ended up having a blown head gasket the whole time. They will never get my business ever. Oil express is way better and I fully stand by that. They want there money and to give you a list of problems to get more money out of you!

Came in for a scheduled appointment to fix battery clamp due to recall. Was told they can't because they have to wait for a second recall? But had my SUV in the service dept. for over an hour doing up a list of other things that needed doing! What?? I called a week prior to schedule the battery clamp recall and was told it would be an easy fix. Umm they did nothing. I even asked to to put air in my tires cause the light was on, on the dash. They didn't even do that when they said they would. Got in my car and the light was still on. This place is an over priced joke! I will go somewhere else!

Amanda was so great at noticing that my truck had 4 recalls that needed to be dealt with urgently and got it done so quickly even though I was from out of town. Would recommend Greenway Toyota of the Shoals to anyone in the area.

I was very unhappy with the response I received to my questions about the price of having a TPS sensor replaced in one of the tires on my 2011 4Runner. $124.98 for sensor and $313.42 for labor. They already had the tire off for regular tire rotation. Also I was charged $79.43 for shop charge repair order. Who even knows what that is !The service coordinator Joshua was very arrogant and unhelpful in his explanation of the charges. Probably my last visit to Greenway Toyota of the Shoals. I bought my 4Runner new from Jim Bishop Toyota in 2011 and have had it serviced at that facility since then. I am sad to say I will have to find someone else to do my maintenance in the future.

Joshua in service was very professional and helpful with any questions or recommended services for 100K full maintenance. servicing on 2012 Tacoma TRD Prerunner doublecab 4.0.And only con was Windshield washer fluid Empty. Report Stated all fluids filled, Not sure if that fluid was included. Really needed on Road tripBut checked before leaving and filled it myself. Also sadly no complimentary car washes Available any longer. But overall would return again, Thank you.

I had took my truck into the dealership in Columbia and told them what I had thought was wrong with it and didn't listen to me so they replaced a wheel bearing which that wasn't it, I only go there because its closer. Anyway I took my truck to Greenway where I purchased it and the service advisor Harlie listened to me and brought out the master service tech and he listened, kept truck for almost a week and gave me a 23 Highlander to drive and guess what my truck was fixed!!! Treated me with so much kindness! Greenaway definitely has my business for my life. This is my second vehicle from there. Thanks so much for all your help!!

Service was completed in a timely fashion. Joshua communicated professionally during the service process. He is also coordinating ordering specialty parts. Joshua s customer service is outstanding! He follows up with communication until service is completed and even beyond. He even texted me some time after an update was completed to see if everything was still working properly! I would recommend that he get a raise! Good employees are hard to find and great employees ,like Joshua ,should be rewarded for their contributions to the success of your business. He goes above and beyond to try to meet the customer s needs. I have experienced this each of the 3-4 times that I have had service at this location.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The absolute worst customer service I ve ever experienced in my life. I ve never been disrespected and spoken to the way that I was today. Went in for a basic oil change and tire rotation and the customer service advisor Joshua got huffy when I presented my Toyota rewards voucher and said I wish ripped would start giving me things sooner so I don t have to do ten extra minutes of work. I let that go.I left but didn t get far. My steering wheel was vibrating terribly when I got on the highway so I returned to the service department. Joshua then proceeded to treat me as if I was lying and asked if I was sure it wasn t happening before I came in and what did I want them to do ,put the tires back where they were before they were rotated. I went in to wait and overheard him on the phone 3 different times talking terrible to customers. When my vehicle was done he held my keys up, shook them at me, and pointed at my car outside.Not a sorry that happened, have a great day, nothing .this guy is an absolute jerk and doesn t need to be working with the public at all let alone call himself a customer service advisor.I have emailed the service department manager Pete and spoken with another advisor about the issue and she assured me she has given the manager my information. Nothing has been done so far. Apparently customer service is not a priority here and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Serra Toyota of Decatur would not allow this. When Joshua runs all the customers off maybe something will be done.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The service, like the past time I brought my truck in .couldn t replicate the issues. This is the second time I ve brought my new truck with no resolution.. it is a shame went you buy a new truck and they can t fix it! I m most likely gonna trade it off for some different.
