Polite and professional staff. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning to have it looked at because the fan wouldn t stop running. They changed the thermostat and had me ready the next morning. The price for the work was fair. I d definitely recommend Warren Tire and I will be back for all my car needs.

Awesome experience at Warren Tire! On the way to visiting Tuscaloosa, one tire blew out, and so upon arrival, I visited Warrens to get a new tire. Very nice staff, very prompt, car now rides great! Highly recommend!

I'm visiting from Florida and had car trouble right here at the holidays. Was afraid my car wouldn't be fixed before I had to go home. Warren Tire worked my car into there busy scheduled and got me fixed up! I am very grateful for their help and service! Not only did they work me in but the staff is very kind and courteous! They even gave me a ride back to my mom's house when I had to leave my car for repair. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! I appreciate your help and service!!! I Highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Worst mechanics I have ever dealt with in my life. Tried to charge me almost $700 to change a air flow sensor. Told me labor alone would cost $350. Typical scumbags who overprice everything because "they're mechanics and they know better"

This place is great. Went in with a shimmy of the steering wheel. Brake rotors were warped as expected. The mechanic got me in the same day and did not try to upsell me on anything. The labor rate was fair and got the car back the same day. That is good service with a positive and friendly attitude. Recommend!

Experience was excellent. Caring for high risk person so don't want in store activity. They replaced tire, put on car, accepted payment while I waited in car. Was there and gone in 20 minutes. Thanks a lot Warren!

Needed to get my tires replaced and warren tires was able to order them and get them in a short period of time. When I brought my car to get fixed it only took them about 4 hours. Would totally recommend especially for college students.Service: TiresService: Tires

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop and these guys! We broke down in Tuscaloosa while traveling back to South Carolina, Cody, Sammy, and Johnathon all went above and beyond to take care of us and our four pups! Old school customer service! These guys were simply amazing!!!

The set that replaced the previous set made it to 26,000 miles. I went to Pep Boys to cut my losses and get better service.Edit 6/2/22 - Been one month, no contact from company. They'll be fine with one less customer.Edit 5/4/2022 - (Company response was for me to call them. The importance of this issue can wait a week AND for the customer to initiate).70,000 mi tires purchased that were showing massive signs of wear after 29,000 miles. Took vehicle to Warren, and was told they would have to check with the vendor for any warranty work. I drove away, waiting for a call "for approval."The warranty was approved based on tread wear, and I was refunded 60% of my initial cost. There was no effort made by Warren to offset the $20 increase in price per tire, and I was charged another $100 for installation.So initial thoughts were that Warren had zero concern from selling me a VERY bad set of tires.The day of installation, I utilized their transport service back and forth from my work. This service is very good, and the reason for the single star I am rating Warren.I was never informed during the day that my vehicle was requiring additional service, was in progress, or was done. I dropped off at 7:30am and I called them at 3:30pm asking if my brakes were ok. I was told there were no brake issues, and to call back one more time 30 minutes before I wanted to be picked up at work. I told them 4:30pm was the time, but they insisted I call back at 4:00pm even though I was on the phone until 3:40pm for the call. I called at 4, and was promptly picked up at 4:30.Upon returning to Warren, I was told my truck was not done, and it be another hour or so. 70k tires that wore out at 29k, a day wait to be approved for warranty, truck at their shop for 9 hours, and now a final one hour wait. I inquired again about the brakes, and was told I had 50% pads "all the way around." I also had an alignment done, or that's at least what was on my bill.I drove the vehicle to Miami, parked it for a week, and drove it back (Tuscaloosa area). At 1400 miles since the new tires, alignment, and brake check, the wheels began making a horrific sound, with violent shaking, and poor braking.In what was essentially an emergency, I drove it to Pep Boys in McFarland on a Wednesday at 4:30pm. They took off the tires and showed me what I had been driving on. Pads on 3 of the 4 tires were at less than 10% with one pad completely gone causing the caliper to lock against the rotor.This was 1510 miles after having my vehicle serviced at Warren Tire. I called Warren Tire at 4:45pm and explained what was happening. The person on the phone pulled my work order, and had no explanation for the situation I was in.He also had no concern that THEIR BUSINESS put me back on the road with brakes in the condition they were in when Warren was working on my vehicle. 50% pads was a complete lie, and they had no response on the phone call. I am by no means suggesting I didn't need brakes, but to be told they were fine upon a tire install and realignment is bad business on their part.Pep Boys on McFarland will have my business going forward, and I will never recommend Warren Tire. In fact, if I am asked about Warren, I will repeat this story. If it was an "exception" to their normal business, they made ZERO effort to make it right.If this next set of tires only lasts another 30,000 miles, I will return the tires OFF THE RIM for a refund after getting a new set at Pep Boys on McFarland.Two places in Tuscaloosa that you aren't allowed to say bad things about: Warren Tire and Taco Casa. Not this time, for their lack of concern over them lying about my brakes and having a customer wait on a mileage refund, Warren Tire simply cannot be trusted to do the right thing.For this issue to be corrected, Warren Tire should refund my alignment and install fees. If your tire warranty can't hit 50%, the install fee should be back on you, not the customer.Keep priding yourself on your customer transportation program, it's the only thing you are doing well.

Love Warren Tire. They got me in same day, gave me a ride home (for free), called me with a quote, fixed my car and picked me up (again for free). Can't beat that kind of service. On top of that, the interactions I had with the employees were all great. I'll be back.

I had a minor linkage on transmission fixed in July. Problem again presented itself and my truck was unmovable in the backyard. Called Warren, they were out to get the truck and have it ready the next day. Our Daughter had a flat and Warren Tire was able to assist us and they took the stress off our child due to she had an exam. They were able to take her back to school so that she didn't have to worry. They called me when repairs were completed and when our Daughter was able she picked up the vehicle after we paid for it over the phone. Great friendly staff. Thank you Warren Tire. Corey and Brad at Warren are top notch guys. Called at 4:30 pm on Monday and they got me in the next morning at 7:00 am for tire replacement and alignment on our Sienna Minivan. They had the van ready before noon. Great customer service as always with the crew at Warren. Warren tire has always done excellent work on my car when I ve brought it in. They ve also checked my tire pressure twice after seeing me struggle at the machine across the street. Very convenient place to have my car maintenance done while working at UA. Especially since they offer a shuttle service to drop off and pick up while your vehicle is being worked on. Always quick and reasonably priced.

Took my car in shortly after they opened to have them check my auxiliary battery and replace it. Got it back the same day. Only complaint was that a valve was not connected to the battery so I had them double check it was the correct battery (which it was), it just wasn t all connected. Other than that they did great!! I ve gone to them multiple times and I will keep going back to them for any of my car issues!Service: Battery

I can t say enough about this company. Time and time again they take amazing care of my college student! She just ran in on a day that they clearly are swamped leading into the holiday week and they still made time to check her tire pressure, topped her oil off, and helped her with her car remote battery. Warren Tire Co. doesn't just provide customer service...they provide customer care! 55 years ago, my father stopped there on the way to enrolling me as a freshman at the University of Alabama. He said, "Please take care of my daughter and her car." Well, they have been doing so ever since, most recently coming to my rescue in the rain! They are truly a family, going above and beyond to take care of the rest of us. Brad Johnson is the greatest!

I took my vehicle in for repairs and I didn t have the cash to pay for all of the repairs needed but I had to have my vehicle. The people at Warren Tire really understood my needs and worked with me on payments. Couldn t ask for better service or nicer people. Will definitely be back for future repairs or tires as needed.
