Travel from Virginia going back home to Texas car broken down we stopped at hotel came here 8:15 am took 5 hours for my car get into the shop for them to detect the problem and 1:45pm and I m still waiting for change break pads and front rotors .Lost the checkout time at hotel Wife and kids still there waiting and looks like when you are from another town you get wait more.But we understand hope they will give more attention when you are not from here.But overall they are good people.

I arrived at 7:40am. The oil cgange took an hour, while I waited to go to work. When I got to work and looked at my receipt, it was for a car and VIN that I no longer own.When I arrived I was asked if I had been there before and I said "Not for this car". The man asked for my car info and I gave it. So, HOW was the receipt for a car I haven't owned since 2017?

I dropped my car off recently one morning on the way to work. They opened at 7:30 a.m. on the dot as promised. They did the work and gave me a call when it was finished. Very professional. No upcharges, no pushing any unnecessary work (as some nearby dealers will push). This is a very popular place, and that's a good sign, because there are plenty other shops in town. I bought a set of tires here and I enjoy the free rotations.Services: Tire rotations, Air conditioning, Oil change

I took my truck to have a positive camber repaired, they left it excellent, I am happy with the results, I am sure I will take my other vehicles with them. Excellent work, I recommend them.

This place is awesome. After a visit with Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and realizing they didn t want me there at all I went to this place and met with Tony. After scratching his head he said, Buddy, let me see what I can do . He was hesitant cause it was something he wasn t really comfortable with, but he tore into it and soon had me fixed up. So, thanks a lot Mr. Tony and to all who read this I highly recommend this place!!!

The staff is friendly, and the prices are very fair. I had a tire blow out, and they ordered a new one and replaced it within a day and a half. I don t know a lot about cars, but they made sure I was comfortable with the work they were doing. I would definitely recommend them!

Pros: very friendly people and they seem to care alot. Reasonably priced too.Con: If your car has electrical or other weird problems do not bring your car here, better you bring it to the dealer. My problem was misdiagnosed and caused me a couple days of runaround and worry that i would have to pay >$1000 to fix. After bringing it to the dealer they found that issue was simply and this place did not do a thorough job when checking the electrical components hence they missed the problem. Wasted $150 to get my car here and get it checked

They helped me on getting all my vehicles (3) fixed to use or for sale with complicated to simple oil changes with wonderful work and good prices. I had recently lost my husband and they worked with very calmly and patiently during a very difficult time. I am and will forever trust them like my family to care for my vehicles and they will always be honest with me. They are a 5 star business with good ethics !!

My visit to this place was extraordinary.I visited for a 4 wheel alignment. During my wait everyone was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman that checked me out recognized the tires that I had just ordered and had installed from a big box stores qualified for a nice rebate, as they also sold the same tire. I did what he said and got the rebate. Talk about above and beyond, I am buying my next set here. The alingment was great and very reasonable. I am going to be a repeat customer.

Not often does a company go above and beyond with the best service that y all did for us!Professional establishment!Stranded traveling trying to get home to Tennessee and they took us right in.Thank you Tuscaloosa Tire and Service Center and the young man at the counter with the dog cap on

I got my oil changed at the Skyland locatiom. The mechanics were straightforward and provided prompt service. They showed some potential problem areas and gave me an idea of the future cost. I will continue to give them my business.

Called and asked about a front end alignment, they told me 1st come 1st served, when me and my fiance got there they took about 15 mins to get us in we were outta there in an hour tops, everyone we came in contact with from the front to the back were so friendly, they got us ready for our trip back home to New Orleans

Their customer service is horrible! I went in to buy a tire for my trailer, just buy it, not to be mounted. I walked in and there were workers standing around , talking , drinking cokes, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I wait about 15 minutes because they looked very busy (duh). Not a single person said anything to me! I turned around and left. They lost a sale that day . I will never go there for anything!

Twice now I have had a nail in a tire when in T-Town. I stopped in there last year with the first issue and despite the fact they were absolutely crazy busy, they worked me right in, had the tire fixed in 5 minutes, and refused to accept any money for the repairs (both times!) - That is an impressive level of customer service, and the next time I need anything when there, that is where I will go!

If you get service here take pictures of your car at drop off. I came in with alloyed wheels and valve stems and left with alloyed wheels and RUBBER Valve Stems.After getting chewed out for my accusation I will always take pictures like they do at most car dealership work shops.

Okay so I m a #TravelCNA & I m very seldom I m Tuscaloosa long so it was last minute. I called them to check out my truck being that I just purchased it this past Sunday. Well they ended up telling me what was wrong, they fixed it ! & now I m back riding like a champ ! They replaced all my tire rods , ball joints , & etc . Tuscaloosa Tire & Service diagnosed and repaired a running problem I was having with my car that two other shops failed to do correctly. After spending over $500.00 at Fire Boys and Pep Stone for repairs that didn't solve my problem a friend of a friend told me to take my car to Tony at Tuscaloosa Tire. Tony and Randal fixed my car for less than $100.00 and had it back to me the same day. I cant say enough about those guys. They are super nice and professional. Tuscaloosa Tire is the only shop Ill be taking my vehicles to in the future.

Satisfaction guarantee is a lie.... they will not trade evenly if your not happy . They'll put a cheaper tire on, but they won't give you the difference back. Even if its 400 dollars different.

Went to Tuscaloosa Tire, which is in the same area as Pep Boys,the $400 job that Pep Boys was charging me to do,Tuscaloosa Tire's charged me $117. Which was to put on a serpentine belt on a F150. Thanks Toney and the crew.
