I am not sure why I keep bringing my car here for service. I was trying to make things easier and more convenient by coming here for everything since I am a Hyundai owner. Every time I am here, it is a fiasco. The last time, a few weeks ago, I was in for the anti-theft software update that should have taken 30 minutes to an hour. I was here for FOUR hours. Yes, the place had a power surge while I was waiting due to bad weather but still. If I have an appointment and am here on time, get my car back and working on it! Today, I am here for an oil change, tire rotation, balance and alignment. My appointment was at 8:30. I was here at 8:15....it's now 11:45. So three and a half hours. I started looking out the service window and watched my car just sit with the wheels off and stacked behind it for more than thirty minutes. No telling how long it sat like that before I started watching. I didn't see anyone around my car or working on my car. I went and complained and am finally seeing some progress. (Nothing had been done other than the wheels taken off and air filters checked.) However, I have watched this service tech doing more walking and talking than actual work. And I'm paying him by the hour, apparently for him to socialize. It's work, I get it, you talk and socialize and that is a very good thing for people. However, for my car to sit this long while I'm paying for it to sit.... unacceptable! I'm paying for him to work on my car. I will update after work is complete on my car. You take out extra warranty and repair things and EVERYTIME you come it you need and extra charges come in. Fuel additive washer additive understand filter stuff but the rest is crazy. Do t buy windshield wipers had to replace after two weeks myself they jumped and skipped across windshield

I'm so disappointed with my experience with the services department at here. I've had two different issues. 1st I had my engine replaced on my 2014 Sonata (recall matter). Less than 6 months later the engine mount needed to be replaced and I'm still having issues. The million mile warranty did not cover that even though it states it did. 2nd, I bought a certified preowned vehicle from them and the water pump needed to be replaced. They couldn't fix and of course the million mile warranty didn't cover that as well. I'm done. Never again will I buy or use this dealership.

My car has been there 5 of the last 6 weeks due to a check engine light. I have a case manager with national Hyundai but they continue to lie about when the car will be serviced. We were told on Saturday it would be serviced on Monday. But they told the case manager today that they could not give an estimate. It was there for 3 straight weeks in October. Because it is engine related I have to go to them. One of the service department workers said he used to work in sales but had to stop because he didn t trust the product. Wish I would have bought another Honda, their service center was kind and prompt.

If I could give a zero star rating I would.. after months I finally was able to schedule an appointment. Days went by with no update calls or nothing. So I called and of course staffing was the excuse. (One individual in service has an attitude as if you re not supposed to call and check on your car) 2 more weeks went by with vehicle just sitting. To make a long story short, I told them to just to put the keys in the car . Ended up pulling the car, and towing around the corner to (Pitts Automotive) to get it fixed in 2 days.

Save yourself a lot of headaches and just buy somewhere else. The service department has been incredibly difficult every single time I ve had my car serviced. From literally forgetting my car was even there for a scheduled service, to forgetting to order tires for an appointment to replace them (I ended up giving my business to someone else as a result), to returning fixed warranty issues where they malfunctioned again as I was leaving the parking lot, to telling me something was a warranty issue, providing me a rental, and then deciding it suddenly wasn t a warranty issue and then had the nerve to ask me to pay for the rental, to just being downright rude and unhelpful once I express any irritation at the poor service.I have already steered multiple family members away from buying a car here because of the service department, and will continue to do so.

The most useless repair shop ever. There is never anyone to answer your calls, you have to wait weeks to get your car in, and wait even longer for them to actually repair it, staff is rude, and it is very pricey. I'd rather drive to Birmingham than go to this shop.

Have had nothing but trouble and them trying to get out of covering issues that are covered under the extended warranty that I bought!!! No, I don t get my oil changed here because it s such a hassle getting an appointment. I work out of the state so when it needs to be done, I get it done. Problems every single time! Leaving here and going to trade this in for a Toyota!

Disappointed to have to write this review. We bought a Hyundai 5 years ago and had the vehicle serviced there every time since then. Additionally we had my Toyota truck serviced there occasionally also. During covid they started valet service for maintenance. This was an awesome customer service move and they kept this after covid. They even did this for my Toyota. I told everyone I knew how great this department was and how great their customer service was. Unfortunately today, nobody showed up to get my wife s car for her valet service this morning. I called first thing and left a voicemail when nobody answered. Never received a call back by lunch. I called a few times with no answer. Someone finally picks up and put me on hold for 15 minutes. I politely told them they missed my valet appointment and I d like to get the issue fixed. She told me they didn t valet Hyundai only genesis vehicles and it s always been that way. I argued and asked for them to look back at the record they have picked it up every time for at least 3 years. Without all the details I was told they were short staffed, had changed management and they wouldn t be able to valet it and I had not set up a valet appointment. I asked if they were willing to loose a loyal customer and was told again they were short staffed and she couldn t schedule a valet anytime in the coming weeks. I politely concluded that I would have to take my business somewhere else.. swiftly hung up the phone on me. Yes it s very obvious management has changed. Zero chance this would have happened last year.Service: Auto maintenance

After maintenance on my Hundai on June 20th, I had the oil light come on and my vehicle became almost undriveable on June 29th. I got off the interstate but had to be towed to a nearby dealership. The oil plug had not been put back in correctly was the assessed problem. Luckily no severe damage was done to the car but it could have turned out differently. This cost the service I've given over the years the loss of a star. Owner of multiple Hyundai vehicles.

They have great customer service but be prepared to have to schedule an appointment weeks in advanced because they are very booked . Had been calling up there for weeks to get a transmission fluid drain and an oil change and it took me a month to get an appointment. Even with an appoint once I got there they were very busy which is out of their control . Just plan ahead an you should be fine , now if you have an emergency then I don t know what else to tell you .

I will never buy another car from them. They screwed up my tire claim, lost the old tires, and now won't honor my reimbursement. They made the mistake and will not make it right. I was originally told if the tire company wouldn't take care of it, they would. I am now out $650 that I really need returned to me. How is that an honorable business practice? I am absolutely disgusted at the way this was handled today.Service: Auto maintenance

A very good service department and always quick and courteous. The service techs always do a great job too. However as of about a week ago, half of the shop quit for whatever reasons and has left the service department extremely short staffed at the desks and in the back so they are really slow right now and aren't taking walk-ins at all and appointments are booked solid. Other than the current issue that I mentioned, still a top notch service department and they're doing the best they can with what the staff they have.

This place does not have good customer service. You can not go in and get a oil change. Their rules change every time I go in.
