First time here, I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, helpful. I was told the service would take an hour to an hour and a half and it did. The girl at the reception area was most pleasant, and showed concerned for my wait but their waiting area was comfortable and the time flew by. The video I received of my car was a plus. The snacks and water were helpful and I experienced no trouble. The Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, Georgia is where I had all of my previous service from, and they have had to do quite a bit of work to get their service department up to my standards. I will return to Tuscaloosa Ford!

The service advisor, Erin really helped me Out and got my truck in for a service very promptly,. She was very friendly and helpful. The technician did excellent work, and I enjoyed the video that showed what they did during the service. The service was done under Lisa Robbins. We have used Tuscaloosa Ford twice over last couple of years. This is not our local dealership but they maintain one of the best Ford dealerships we have dealt with across the country. They always go above any necessary service and professionalism. They have always provided top notch customer service and assistance.

I had a great experience! Daniel, my service advisor, did an excellent job continuously updating me on the status of my vehicle being serviced and was able to answer all my questions on the spot without error. Daniel and the entire dealership staff was very kind. I ve had bad experiences with different car dealerships in the past, but I can truthfully say, Ford of Tuscaloosa is trustworthy and reliable! Nobody paid or asked me to say any of this. Anyone who is in need of getting their car serviced, trust me - as paying customer who doesn t want to be cheap-skated or overly charged, I honestly tell you, Ford of Tuscaloosa is the place to get your vehicle serviced premium quality at reasonable pricing.

Daniel my service advisor was great. He took care of the recall and checked out the vehicle for any other potential problems. The courtesy driver was very professional and helpful. I love this dealership. I recommended them to all of my friends..

I didn't have an appointment. Was welcomed as I pulled up and received oil change plus coolant flush while I sat in a comfortable waiting area. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was in and out in a reasonable time.

I received mobile service for a couple recalls on my Bronco. They contacted me to make me aware of a free mobile service. The receptionist set up my appointment by phone. The technician ran a little behind but i was notified of the delay which I appreciated! The technician handled the recalls in less time than given by the receptionist. I m glad the service was done and I didn t have to go to the service center. Thank you Ford.

Very efficient and courteous service. Service writer kept me posted throughout the service, and gave me a list , and estimates of work that needed to be done. No pressure to sell me anything at this time. Did some now , and will do some later. Did not tie up my vehicle for the entire day. Great job Shane

We had a great experience. Facility is new and clean. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. No problem working on our Class A motorhome. I highly recommend this facility, and would return here if I need service in the future. Both the parts and service departments were very helpful, courtesies, knowledgeable, and professional. From the service managers to the technicians we were kept updated throughout the process. All the work was excellent and they even found us discounts we were not aware of! Highly recommend this dealership and they will being doing all my future services.

I have always had a great experience bringing my car to Nic and his team for maintenance and repairs. I've had some different concerns with a couple of my cars over the past two years and Nic was very helpful in resolving them. I definitely recommend Tuscaloosa Ford for great service!

It was the best service experience of my life. The service desk was easy to reach a person, and they kept me informed of the repairs. The work was completed quicker than expected. I will be using Tuscaloosa Ford for all my repairs and upkeep.....And hope to purchase my next car from them.

Charged me 550.00 just to tell me my truck had an oil leak when I took it there and told them it had an oil leak I wanted an estimate to fix it and they said 7,000. Shouldn t have been charged 550 when I already knew the problem just because I couldn t get it fixed right away

My truck was back for some repeat issues with the AC. Service team was very helpful, went over all the issues again to make sure they could address them. I m pretty sure service technician I dealt with was (Marco), Nic reached out to me as well.. I would also like to acknowledge all the help I received from Rachel and Brett Copenhaver my salesman. 2016 F-150 pulling RV over heated just before getting off hiway. Cooled off, added water and made it to Ford dealer. Jay Williams agreed to emergency service and they allowed us to unhitch RV on less used area. Invited us to use waiting area to have our lunch in A/C. W/in short time, Jay informed us they diagnosed problem but they couldn t get part until next day. They agreed to let us to stay in our RV and even provided us with ice and water. As we were preparing to settle in for the night and just before closing, Jay called us over and said Your truck is done! He said one of the Techs found the part that didn t get inventoried and put it in. We happily paid the bill, believing we could not have received better service anywhere else! We hitched the RV and still made it to our destination on time. We definitely would recommend this dealership to meet your needs in a fair and timely manner!Service: Auto water leak repair

Very personal service and attention including by the salesman (Louis Essman) that sold me the truck! How about that for service after the fact ! I was a drop-in and they still got me in and out in ~4 hrs. This is a great dealership!
