(EDITED PART) (IT S NOW DECEMBER MY TRUCK HAS COMPLETELY TURNED OFF OVER 5 TIMES.. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. THE TRUCK KEEPS TURNING OFF I ADDED MORE PICS.) So where do i start. Haven t had it two month had only paid one note so far. I live in Southaven Ms and trusted this location because of a salesman Brandon who was great. He s hands on with his customers but management wouldn t allow it. The driver that brought me the truck to start told me Good Luck after getting out the truck and almost knocking my fender off and just pushing back on in place with a smirk. Management is horrible and to assure what you re selling is quality i think following up is important. The truck was sent with numerous of issues( signal light malfunction, engine light, a door wouldn t open from inside, front doors leak when it rains, truck cuts off randomly). I addressed them all but AUSTIN in management ignored several problems and it felt like to me tried to delay issues to timeout so that the responsibilities would fall on the customer and would no longer be there s. My truck has cut off in traffic three times now. He took the only person i trusted from handling my issues and lied to assure him he had handled them and i no longer needed Brandon to make sure the issues were taken care of. My engine light keeps coming on. The heat don t work which i mentioned. They didn t even give me a ninety day warranty. I asked AUSTIN during my signing if any issues occurred would i be left high and dry to figure it out. He said oh no ma am we ll handle it. It s handled alright he has lied and says things were handled. I m now left with a truck note over 600 and insurance that has no heat , engine light comes on and cuts off randomly and door leaks when it rains. Haven t had a note in over ten years. This is the worse experience ever. I NEED HELP. That one star i game belongs to Brandon.

While I REALLY appreciate that my car was fixed and the check engine light is gone, my car is so nasty! They now wash the cars and detail them before they leave the shop which is such a great idea, however, someone needs to know how to actually wash a car. My side view mirrors and entire car looks like it was smudged with a dirty rag. In fact, there was a string from the rag stuck in my door handle. I'm usually not picky about a free car wash, but when it leaves in worse condition than it arrived, it bothers me. Again, really appreciate the hard work this service shop does and how great they worked with me, but they may want to teach someone to use a clean rag ;)

Russell was one of the easiest people to work with! We were 3 hours away and he was able to negotiate over the phone before we made the drive! He made everything so smooth and easy for us! We will definitely make the drive again! Everyone go see Russell for your vehicle needs!

I know most, if not all, dealerships are a money grab but come on if you tell me a price, I expect you to honor it. Long story short, I took a car in to get serviced and repaired and after they did the inspection, they gave me two options. Option 1 was to just get the car running for "around" 3k and option 2 was to completely fix everything which was "around" 6k. I went with the 3k option after specifically asking was that the total price because they kept saying "around". They assured that was the price. I get a call to pick up with a price of $4,395. That's no where near "around" 3k. Waiting on the service manager to call me back at the moment and hopefully we can rectify this.

They sent me physical spam mail about winning a prize. I went to the site for more info. The person I chatted with couldn't seem to understand my question when I asked when they would be available to answer a call for more details since she couldn't help. She kept repeating herself until she finally got it. She sent the hours and immediately ended the chat before I could reply. I was going to ask if she could help me be removed from the mailing list.So I filled out the contact form and asked if they could let me know if I actually won anything, let them know about the chat experience, and asked if they could help me be removed from the mailing list. Mario Garner emailed me and said I'd have to come in to see if I won and did not address anything else, nothing about the chat, nothing about the mailing list.A couple days later, Brandon Ellis emailed. He asked if I had any more questions and said they "go out of their way to ensure you have one of the best automotive dealership experiences." I once again said I would like help with being removed from the mailing list. I also said I might be in the market soon and would keep them in mind.A week later I've heard nothing. Seems they don't really go out of their way all that much. I was honestly thinking about visiting, but this all was a huge deterrent.

Got my vehicle serviced here and it was such a wonderful experience! I was able to do my work from the lobby, which was very updated and comfortable, while they serviced my car! My advisor was very helpful and told me everything that I needed addressed from most to least important! I will definitely be back to this dealer in the future!

Mario Garner was an absolute amazing sales rep. Amazing customer service knowledge/skills. I was very pleased to work with him and happy to drive away from the dealership in my new Dodge Charger. If you would like to buy a car/truck I would definitely recommend Mario Garner.

Mario was so helpful during our car hunt he went above and beyond helping us and ensured that we get the Jeep we desired. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Sketchy dealership.They don t make much money on the sale of vehicles. They get a kickback from the financiers for each vehicle that gets financed through them meaning you get a pretty good sale price on your vehicle but their financiers hit you with a crazy high interest.They literally would not accept a check from me for the agreed upon price of a truck because then they would not get that kickback from their financier.In full transparency I did buy the truck from them anyways because I can just refinance after three months with my bank and save over 10,000 dollars over the life of the loan off lower interest alone.I would not shop here again.

Cody in the service department is the bestest ever!!! I have a new 3500HD with the Bluetooth transfer case and couldn t figure out how to shift it. He not only showed me how to operate that but changed my front and rear bumper fluid for no charge!!! They also found several of those Apple air tags on my truck that I sure didn t place and helped remove those too. From flux capacitors to lug nut alignment TCDJR is the place to go y all !!!

We had the BEST experience today purchasing a vehicle thanks to Jordan Emery! Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was super friendly and helpful with all of our questions! Just purchased 2023 Ram 2500 from Tuscaloosa CDJR, and I must say the entire process done exceptionally well. The buying experience, which I usually hate was a breeze. From the help on getting advice on my 2005 Ram 2500, to ensuring my new vehicle met all my expectations. I looked at my local RAM dealership and they could not get me what I wanted, and the price I got at Tuscaloosa CDJR beat my local dealership by a bunch. Want to gvie a shout out to David Richardson, the salesman who answered all my questions, walked me thru the process to final delivery of the vehicle at my house 150 miles away. David also spent several hours at my house to take me through all the vehicle's options to ensure I understood how operate my new truck. Last shout out is Austin, David's boss, who was open to price negotiation, and gave me his personal number to ensure if I had any issues, they would be addressed. My next vehicle will be bought at this dealership.

I had a wonderful experience working with Russel Cox! The vehicle I was looking at just arrived and there were no pictures yet. Russel took the time to send me a video of the jeep. I came in from out of state and Russel took the time to answer all my questions and feel confident about the purchase. I would hokey recommend Russel and this dealer!

I usually don t even do reviews but Purchased a 22 Jeep grand Cherokee the sales rep name was Brandon and he was great. The business/finance side was ok. A billing mistake did occur and Jodie was so helpful she went above and beyond to fix my issue and made sure I was taken care of. Great dealership overall happy with purchase will be returning for our next vehicle.

So I know this is a bit taboo to leave a review about where u work. But I have to say I have been in the business for years and mult places. I have never worked for a GM that cared more about his people. I have recently had a loss in the family, and not long after, a sudden emergency surgery for a child. And his priority was never when would I be back to work, his concern was me, my family, and on whether or not he could do anything for us. And in this business typically u can tell a lot about how a store treats its customers by how they treat the employees. And he does, his customers get the same level of care. Thanks boss.
