This is the best shop I have been to since driving a truck. Extremely cordial and helpful. I have came in twice. First time they took care of some significant electrical and DEF problems and got it all done and under six hours, which is saying a lot. The second time I was in and out in four hours for a refrigerator and transmission issue . If you drive a KW then I say this is the place to go! Thank y all so much for all y all done Truckworx of T-town. It has been a pleasure dealing with your service department and mechanics!

Josh the technician changed my surge reservoir and the service manager got me right in ... they gave outstanding service .Thank you for getting me right in and out. Highly recommend this shop. So appreciate..Gordie Markworth llc

This Kenworth is the best around! They got me in on a really busy morning and took care of my truck! Talk to Ashley Thomas she will hook u up. And chaos fix my truck real fasted I luv going there they are great ppl to work with.

I came in on a wrecker so you know thats not good. Truck wouldn t stay running it would loose prime wouldn't start. They allowed me to stay on property even ran an extension cord to my truck so i would have power. On friday they started with the simple n cheapest things first then worked up from there. well tues night they figured out what the problem was. The master tech was very knowledgable. He wasnt afraid of sharing his knowledge with me or other tech that mainly was working on my truck. Scott was the master tech Chase was the main tech that tried everything under the sun to get me going. Thank you guys even though you had other things goin on you took the time to get me rolling Everyone there treated me great here the shower was a full shower like for a house. The mechanics are friendly they will go outta their way for you the will pick food up for you or someone will run you to the store to get food pop and cigs. THANK YOU guys for trying to make a bad situation better

Lost turbo pressure with my Paccar 500 while heading into Tuscaloosa. I haul TV production gear so was in a bit of a time crunch to get repaired and still meet my commitments. Managed to get the truck to Truckworx in Tuscaloosa and checked in. They are a very busy shop but we're able to diagnose my issue and order parts. Got my truck running enough to limp into Tuscaloosa to pick up the production gear while waiting on parts. Drove back to Truckworx and parked. They allowed me stay on their property while waiting for parts, use their drivers lounge, and nice shower. They were very accommodating and professional. Always polite and answered any questions I had truthfully and without making excuses or giving false hopes. Parts came in and they promptly put my truck in the shop and started working on it. Tech even stayed a few hours after they closed to finish my truck, test drive, and do a forced regen to prove repair. The tech was one of the most knowledgeable that I've encountered in my 25 years as an owner/operator. He had me finished just in time to head to my next venue and made it there with time to spare. I would recommend Truckworx Kenworth Tuscaloosa to any owners that want honest, professional, friendly, and timely service for their equipment. They may not give you the answers you want to hear about your repair but they will give you exact details, plan for repair, time frame for execution of repair, and honest time frame for completion. Communication was great and helped me through the whole process. They realize breakdowns are a very trying time for owners of equipment but they went above and beyond for me to help manage the whole situation including helping me fulfill my commitment to my customer! Thanks Truckworx Kenworth Tuscaloosa....you guys are rockstars in my book.

These guys are thieves. Stay away. Went in here to purchase batteries and they said they can install them. They charged me $380 when it took them only 20 minutes to change but they insist that their labor order is 2hr minimum. Ridiculous, still in disbelief they stoles $380 to install 4 batteries. What a joke.

Nice people. They were able to squeeze me in when I lost pressure on my secondary air tank. I'm giving 4 stars because: once my truck was done and they received payment, they locked up and went home. I was still in the driver's lounge upstairs. Good thing I came down to see how my truck was doing.

Okay. They have a comfortable lounge for drivers. Shorthanded for repairs. Was there 4 days getting a wire harness replaced.

Nice KW dealer they have some cool Yeti merch also..super friendly staff..parking lot is kinda small i would advise to bobtail if possible but overall a nice place

They are a little slow on service but nice and friendly staff. Unfortunately my truck was there over a week but they didn't have an issue fixing my truck. Great service but slow.

Owner operators beware of the hustle of the up charge! They add more fees and up charges then a cell phone company. At least cell phone companies only do a dollar or two.
