Called to ask if they do transmission fluid exchange, the woman even placed me on hold to ask about it and then told me that they did. Next day I got there and they told me they don't. Workers fault. They have to be more careful not to waste customers valuable time.

I d recommend this place to anyone if I could give more stars I would me and my fianc� came to get new tires they were pretty fast not only that everyone had great customer service but there was this one that stuck out to me and my fianc�e by the name of KD amazing customer service very friendly and respectful we will definitely be coming again

I've lived here for about 15 years, and didn't know Southern Tire Mart existed. I wish I did before now because their service is exceptional, and they do a wide variety of vehicles big and small. Prices were good, and the turnaround was quick! Will be back again!

2 bays for big trucks makes it difficult for this place to roll customers in and out quickly....But......... The boys in those 2 bays got HUSTLE.. and they handle it like professionals...Love me some STM when I'm in a bind and need good service...Keep it up y'all

Best affordable tire service! Our goose neck tires blew out while driving on the hwy. They were done under 2 hours. They even helped shift our load!

I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing tire service. Easy in and out location and the two guys working on my RV were very attentive and helpful.

I bought new rear tires for my truck and they were trying to put them on the front of my truck. I got that straight and then when they mounted the tires on the back rims they said they didn't have any valve stems. So after hours of getting things straight I had to come home and put tires on the front of my truck because they had not balanced my front tires after breaking them down. Very bad experience. I now need to find a place to put me some new valve stems in. I paid for the job to be done right!

We were traveling with camper and had blow outs on 2 tires. Ended up getting 5 new tires. The team got us out of there and back on the road in less than an hour.
