Doconte ( may be spelled wrong) was so kind. I bought windshield fluid. He was more than willing to fill my container for me. Heck I didn't know how to open hood. Thank you sir, your customer service made my day.July 3, 2023Tuscaloosa Skyland Blvd location.

The people are great. They will go to no ends to help you find the part for your car and if their particular store doesn't have it they will check stock in another store for you. Great prices as well and I will shop here only, unless I'm in need of something and they absolutely do not or can not get it, which is very seldom.

O'Reilly Auto Parts on Skyland are a great place for shopping for any part that your car may need,They are very professional,skilled,and friendly,I was there for a good 15 minutes,and had a part put on,now that's what I call real Business.

Great customer service and friendly staff. They will match most prices, but usually are lower than most places anyways. Good quality parts are sold here as well.

Top shelf service. Was broke down and stranded here with the wife and kid during a road-trip a few weeks back and got some much needed help from all of the staff. Give those guys a raise.

Had my battery checked that I had purchased from them in 2017. It had a dead cell. With it being a 3 year battery it was under warranty. They exchanged it out without any problems.

some times I use this store for the shop I work at. we used carquest before because they delivered to use. we started using these guys because they are the closest after carquest went away. I bught some motor oil from here because they carry one kind of royal purple the api stuff not the hsp I normally use. I also bought 4 quarts of synchromax here. no one had ever heard of synchromax but they still got it for me.so I'll say it like this. these guys are clueless counter jockeys. if it's not in the computer be prepared to argue about it. but the prices seem to bet everyone else in the area. prety much just like a lot of other parts stores now days with a little less mark up and a little extra you must be stupid the computer is always right.
