This is my 2nd bad experience with this dealership. My advisor was Owen H. and his communication/ professionalism is horrible. My vehicle was ready for pickup Tuesday evening, however I wanted to know how much my warranty would cover. Mr. Owen assured me he would call the company that day. My husband and I called several times and left messages to get an update on my vehicle warranty coverage . Each time we called, at separate times I might add he was ALWAYS Busy. The following day I called, spoke with Owen. He informed me he still didn t have time , and that he would get someone else to call. 2DAYS LATER . I was so furious . On a different occasion I went to have my heater repaired and they didn t repair it, but instead informed me after I picked it up my car that it would be expensive to repair . Keep in mind that s the only reason I dropped my car off and I didn t ask about the price. They always put courtesy wash on my receipt, and I ve yet to receive it. I was actually thinking about purchasing another Mercedes, but with poor customer service like this, I ll travel to Birmingham or surrounding counties to purchase something else or for any repairs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership and especially not that advisor.

I just recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz. Had an issues with my windshield being replaced.Irondale and Hoover location which is up the street from Tuscaloosa are very professional and offer the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Anyone who is interested in great quality customer service should visit their location.The Irondale and Hoover location does courtesy wash for your vehicle without having service done, which is an impeccable perk.I m here visiting my daughter in Tuscaloosa and decided to reach out explaining my situation. The Tuscaloosa location does not offer a courtesy wash without service.I recently had a windshield replaced and couldn t wash my car 4 days ,so I called to see if they could wash my car for me and providing service was rendered at another location. They don t care about repeated customer service and unapologetic about their policy .I had a conversation with Mr. Daniel Strong at the Tuscaloosa location explaining my haste remarks in regards to his team. Like to say, I may have not handled it in the best professional manner, because I was upset with the response, but after talking with him he followed through with my request and making good on his team.He s a gentleman with strong principles and values that want to do the right thing the first time, I can respect and appreciate his urgency in the matter.Kudos to you for making my experience a pleasant one.

From the salesman Keith Green to Lindsey Head . They made everything go smooth and answers every question we had . Wish I could remember the young man s name , that took out all the time explaining to some seniors like us all the technology and helped us understand. Bought a car and had a car serviced here. Both were excellent experiences. Everyone came across as friendly, professional and attentive to customers (not just me, also other customers I observed while there). I would recommend looking here if in the market for a car. If you have a Mercedes, the service department will keep it in top shape.

All went well with the purchase of my new to me 2022 Certified GLB250W with 3 rows of seat!!! The exterior and interior looks brand new. Mileage was low. Loved that with years left on the factory warranty.Keith, our Salesman and his Sales Manager Chip were very professionaland accommodating in regards to our specific needs and requests.Lindsay in Accounting was exceptionalin her role. Reese is anamazing young manwho is so knowledgeable and great at explaining the features and helping us get acquainted with the wide array of amazing features. Ron in Servicealso gave us a very high endorsement on our selection as he saw us there. Weneeded a good reliable vehicle that we could keep for years tocome. This is one of the worst dealerships I've ever been at. It takes 20-30min until someone shows up and talk to you. The system is always down for any reason. You schedule an appointment to pick up your car but the car isn't ready, or has a problem and can't be delivered. It's a Mercedes-Benz dealership but definitely worse then any other dealership I've been at, not only in USA, but around the world.

Their hands-on professionalism, knowledge, integrity and their always welcoming environment is unmatched.Our relationship with Andrew is impressive. This is the wife s second GLE with him by our side. He meets us with a smile every time we drop in the dealership. He always replies to our questions immediately. Believe me, he knows his Mercedes. Amazing experience over here at Tuscaloosa! I worked with Willie (Sales) Reese (Product Specialist) and Pate (Finance Manager) and let me tell you, they rolled out the red carpet! Came all the way to Moody to valet me over to the dealership! I left out with an amazing lease payment on a 2023 CLA 250 and I could not be more happy! Amazing service and service department! I included maintenance package in my lease payments and I will definitely be back up there for maintenance because these men really made me feel special and important. Customer service here is A++++++

if you drive by this dealer please stop and give them some money, they are in a very poor situation. They must be, because they charged me $15.50 for the windshield washer fluid during the service of my car despite the fact that I had filled to the top the fluid tank 10 minutes before going to the dealer. They obviously charged that amount knowing they had not put the fluid, since it was already full, probably thinking I would not notice. When I complained, curiously all the sudden all disappeared and there was nobody available to talk to me. They must be in a desperate situation, believe me, who would scrap 15 bucks from a Mercedes client if they weren't really in a bad situation? I won't be back, of course, but if you can spare a dime, please stop by, they need it desperately.... Look at the new review with exactly the same problem. So this is what they do, period. What a poor image.

My daughter who is a student at the university scheduled a oil change. When she dropped off the vehicle she told them oil change only. When she arrived to pick up the car there were added charge of $15 for windshield wiper fluid and $35 for gas additive. She inquired about the extra charges and they told her if she did pay they will not give her the car. I contacted her advisor Owen on her bill and he refuses to call me to discuss.

MB of Tuscaloosa was incredible to work with from the very first moment I reached out online about available inventory. I received a response within hours! As a former MBUSA employee in Atlanta, they allowed me to use my purchase voucher despite the difficult inventory situation. My Sales Manager, Wayne Seagle, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire purchase process and even had my new vehicle delivered to my house in Atlanta when I was unable to pick up it up from Tuscaloosa (thanks, Bill and Sharon for making the drive). Went above and beyond to deliver 'the best or nothing' experience! Thank you again for top notch customer service. Can't recommend MB of Tuscaloosa enough.

I am pleased to say that great customer service still exists. The service department went above and beyond my expectations. Owen was able to get me in very promptly to address my brake issue. He took into consideration that I had driven from out of town and gave me extra options for my repair. He kept me up to date during the repair. The technician that brought my vehicle around was very attentive and courteous. The cashier wished me a safe trip back home. The courtesy car wash and vacuum should've been a charge because it has been the best that I have seen in my 37 years. From this day forward I will drive two hours to this service department because of the great customer service that I was shown.

Just baught my daughter her first car from here they are a class act. Everyone there was friendly and no pressure from them to buy the car. Pate is a great salesman, very polite and friendly. I recommend them if you are looking for a car.

I bought a used 2014 Dodge Journey SXT from this dealership a few months ago. It was terribly misrepresented to me from the start. The main emitities I asked for were apparent on the Carfax report but they are not available. I struggle from many autoimmune conditions and had several requests for certain features that are just not there. Even things that are standard equipment like Bluetooth and cruise control. I can't stand this vehicle and I tried to return it after 3 days of ownership. I'm very disappointed and DO NOT recommend this dealership. Law suit in progress

I would absolutely discourage anyone from taking their vehicle here. We took our 2021 sprinter van in once this summer for an oil change & to have the Hermes console installed as a company recall (due to the chip shortage from COVID). This month we realized that we would have to return because, while they did install the safety module, they failed to make it operational as they didn t follow the step by step instructions provided by Mercedes. We returned & left our van & were told it would take approximately an hour to correct. After taking off work for this appointment, eight hours later it wasn t completed & were told we would need to take off work another day to bring it back because Mercedes Tech told them our model vehicle doesn t even come with that module . Instead of checking over their work, this service dept argued & continued to wait around for Mercedes Tech figure it out . (All this while we were communicating with Hoover Mercedes, where we purchased our van, for further assistance). Hoover was able to inform us that Tuscaloosa had provided the wrong VIN/model information to Mercedes, citing that our vehicle was a C class car rather than a sprinter. They never caught their error as they apparently don t check their work. Each call with DJ showed his & his employees ineptitude & they failed to take accountability for their mistakes. Thankfully Hoover was able to figure the situation out & remedy it, fitting us in immediately to complete the project & correct Tuscaloosa s errors. Hoover had added work on their plate as whatever Tuscaloosa did rendered our CarPlay unusable even though it had nothing to do with what they should ve been working on & had never had any issues with before. If you read the reviews here you will see MB of Tuscaloosa has a *terrible* service dept. If you need work done, it is hands down worth the 45 min drive to Hoover to deal with Juliet & the knowledgeable staff that bend over backwards.

We purchased a 300 Glc prior to valentine day for my wife. We paid the car off and 2 months later still have no car title. We have been getting the run around from merecedes management and sales person Keith. I am beyond irritated at this time. This is our second car purchased there since 2020. I will never go back there again purely due customers service once the purchase made and leave the lot.

Outstanding customer service! We drove 12+ hours to visit our son at school and found the check engine light came on upon our arrival at about noon on a Friday on our 2 year old GLB (30k mikes). We drove straight to the dealership. They not only squeezed us in to take a look at it, but once diagnosed as a more major repair, gave us a brand new vehicle to use for the remainder of our trip and to drive back home in. Then, once the repair was completed, had our car driven back to us in PA! Although we are disappointed that our low mileage Mercedes needed major repair, Mercedes does stand by their vehicles. I would not hesitate to buy and service a vehicle from this dealership in Tuscaloosa! Thank you Ed and DJ in service for taking care of us!

Took my car to this dealership a couple of months ago after hitting a pothole. They installed 2 new rims, new tires and apparently did a wheel alignment. They however gave me the car back with a misaligned steering wheel. I took the car back on 2 occasions wanting them to rectify the mistake but they never did. After 3 unsuccessful attempts I took the car to Warren Tire in Tuscaloosa and they fixed the car within 2 hours.I wouldn't recommend this Mercedes dealership to anyone.

Multiple attempts via email through their website and chat service yielded no responses. I have money to buy a vehicle but I guess this dealership doesn t need any business. The lack of courtesy and customer service contradicts their good rating. Re: If I were able to speak I would call.

Great staff! Was able to get a great deal on the vehicle I wanted. No pressure with these folks! The staff was friendly l, facility was clean, and the atmosphere was very nice. Definitely recommend checking them out!
