Unfortunately this is my third trip in 4 months. These guys are very professional and you don t leave feeling line someone took advantage of the situation. They do their best to get you in and out quickly. They have earned my business. Highly recommend using them

I stopped in Mavis Tires on rt 69, suspecting I had something in one of my tires and asked them to check it out for me. Walter greeted me, put my vehicle in a bay within minutes, and inspected all four tires. He found the very small hole, plugged it, aired the tire, and checked the pressure on the others. Definitely recommend this shop. First impression is exceptional and the way a garage should be run. Friendly, courteous, honest, and dedicated to great service. For being a newer business, it seems to be very well run and the service team work well together.

Allen and misty were of great help tryin to correct the northport locations recommended repairs. They recommended towing the vehicle from the location to another shop. As there boss wouldn t allow them to solve the problem. I strongly feel they would have been happy to correct the problem if allowed.5 stars to misty and Allen for doin there best to correct the problem that the northport location could not. And thanks to the tech Tj for your efforts & your recommendations were on point from what misty the shop manager explained!

The team at this location was really awesome. They kept us up to date about everything that was going on. I like that oil changes are by appointment, so I feel like I'm not going to sit for hours. It's also convenient for when they have to get parts as they can get the part in a few minutes. There is also food options right next door. Definitely will be coming back for future services.

Mavis Tire & Brakes did an amazing job on my car. They are professional and are very knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and I didn t have to wait long. Walter did a wonderful job at explaining everything I needed to know.

Great Customer service and Fast Service. Gave me all the information I need , step by step process of what they going to do and work well on getting it handle right away. They also help you choose the easiest way as possible to save more and spend less. Highly recommend trying out this place. On 69 south

I took my vehicle to the new Mavis store on 69 south. And they did great work for me. I was having an issue with my brakes and they got it in quickly and did a tire rotation and alignment all very quickly. They had great customer service. Will definetly go back for future services.

Mavis on 8811 69 South was AMAZING! The worked performed was exceptional and done within a timely manner. Leo s customer service was excellent He listened to what my concerns were on the car and exceeded on fixing the the issues! This Mavis location is definitely my go to and they will get you back on the road better than before!

Just want to make a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Mavis Tire on Hwy 69 south. I was at the mall getting ready to go in and do a little shopping when I stopped the car and the low air signal came on, got out felt the tire and sure enough there s a huge nail in the back tire. All I could think of is to try and make it to the new Mavis tire on 69 south so slowly crept down there and walked in and asked if if they could possibly help me repair the tire. Walter was Very compassionate about what happened and said sure we can take care of it. Misty came in a little bit later and said we will have it done in a few minutes and you ll be on your way. This made me feel really good because if you know me, you know I hate anything going wrong with my cars. I just want to give a huge thank you to both of them and recommend using Mavis tire on Highway 69 S. thanks big time.!!

Fantastic experience! This team is helpful, fast, friendly, and efficient. They saved me yesterday! This is a new store on 69 South in Tuscaloosa, and I am so thankful they opened. I had a flat tire debacle and feared I d ruined my tire and rim. The manager came straight out and immediately made me feel better, but even more than that, he treated me with respect and courtesy. He explained what needed to be done, and the team fixed my problem in less than 30 minutes even though they were short-handed that day. I will continue to go to this store for all my tire needs! Thank you Mavis Tire 69 S team!!

Just had my oil changed here, they traded me like a valued customer and despite the call center goofing up on my quote and appointment they honored the price difference. They were able to get me in and out relatively fast and they did an excellent job on oil change and rotation.

Wonderful customer service and polite workers! The interior sitting area is clean and spacious. The workers also did a great job at explaining the issues with my vehicle, and even as far as telling me what they couldn t do and referring me elsewhere.

Another typical mechanic shop taking advantage of a college student. I went in to get 2 initial things done and instead left with a brake pad replacement I didn t need amongst the other two things they suggested. Costing me way more than I planned to spend. I sat there for 5 hours and had to stall my schedule. After I left, my car was still making noises and smoke was rising from under my hood. When I brought it back they came back and said it was now something else! Everyone has their own experiences and I guess I was apart of the bad bunch.

Words can hardly describe the service I got at Mavis Tire and Brake Service on 69 South!!Walter and Allen are Great Managers. I didn t get the Lady s name but she also was Great !! All three were exceptional!!! There is one more young man that capture my heart and respect and his name is T J!!! This young man went above and beyond to fix the Electrical Brake System that would not reprogram after another Service Company in the area did not follow the procedure before changing the brake pads on my rear brakes. God Bless him he found a lot more once he took my back tires off and showed me and we took pictures. Unbelievable!!! Also I happen to notice some oil on the concrete floor while he had my car on the rack so T J as I watched took his fingers and with one hand move my oil filter very easily. They checked the oil in my car and there was none showing on the stick!! I could go on and tell you so much more of this scenario and why God was all up in this situation with my car but I will end this review by just saying that a company I have used for my car services for over a year could have end in a terrible, terrible way but because of a very special Mechanic named T J I have my car back running the way it should with everything working properly!! T J was my Blessing from God today and something I will not forget. Y all don t forget to tell T J how much y all appreciate him working for your company. We need more workers like him. I came in right before closing with a check enginr light on and Allen and James stayed over for me to make sure I didn't have any trouble going back to Bham. Turns out it was nothing major but they wanted to make sure and took great care. Caring staff is hard to find, but I found it her

My tire on my car went flat and I saw they were near where I was and took it to them. They helped me with no hesitation because I had no money to get a tire but they helped me with putting my spare on. Thanks again Mavis Tire!

I do not recommend this place to anyone never come here racism in full affect Allen is such a bad guy he gave me a mean look as if he wanted to fight me they broke my vehicle and the lady tried to cover it up I feel very offended I will never shop here dont recommend any one coming my wife kids friends business partners will never come here Allen your service sucks you are not a good representative of the company they need to shut this place down I am total not sastified will be calling corporate again
