WOW!!! Folks would ve thought I was Julio Jones, the way I was treated at this dealership. My salesman, James Eric Sanders went above and beyond customer service to find my girl the best deal and worked with my DTI ration with recent pay stubs. I wasn t pressured into buying, he encouraged that I research with people I trust in the car business. There wasn t any gimmicks or hidden fees. He was very straightforward, professional, knowledgeable and courageous to the kiddos and me. The guy was nice enough to buy my daughter food while I did some fact checks on the purchase and waited for my credit report. My girl loves her car and we, highly, recommend this dealership and this salesman Eric Sanders to anyone looking to make a purchase. Car shopping has been a headache and stressful in the past but these folks made me feel like royalty!! I will be back when it s time to get my daughter wheels and send my, potential, buyers to see this guy. Thanks Eric and Julio Jones Kia staff. We, sincerely, appreciate the way we were treated

I went to Kia two days ago not truly expecting to get a brand new car. But my salesman Brennan aka Chase Barber truly made the experience worthwhile. He was extremely sweet and his conversation was enjoyable. He was with me during the entire process and even when more customers came in, he didn t leave to try and make another sale; nor did he rush me. For that I commend him. Thank you so much Chase!

Highly recommend this dealership! I worked very closely with James Sanders and I d recommend him to anyone! He helped me get a beautiful 2021 Kia sorento with no problems! The process was smooth and quick. He answered all questions and has even followed up with me multiple times afterwards to make sure everything has been going well and that I have had no issues. He was so kind, respectful and helpful throughout the whole process! I will definitely be working with him again in the future when I m ready to upgrade!

Shopping for a new car was not something I looked forward to as it can be very intimidating and overwhelming. I m so lucky I found James Sanders because he made everything so much easier and fun! James was quick to learn exactly what I needed in a car, what I would be using my car for, and what features would really make the difference for me. He made me aware of all my options without making me feel completely bogged down with all the details and never pressured me at all. He was very patient with me even when I changed my mind 2624628 times and was always upfront with me after endless questions. He went above and beyond most salesmen when he had some dinner delivered for me while paperwork processed and helped me with application of some accessories after the purchase. If I can t buy my next car from James I won t be buying a car at all!

The Car Doctor got me in a nice car but it had a FM/AM radio malfunction that I m almost certain he knew about but distracted me from finding out before I drove off the lot by making sure a phone was hooked up to the Bluetooth so music played just not on the AM/FM radio. He wouldn t let me leave until he paired my phone so I wouldn t attempt to play the radio. Instead of simply telling me and setting me up to bring the car back in at a later time, cause I would have bought it either way, but to go about it the way he did was very distrusting, but we all know they ll do you like that for that saleNow I have to wait until April to have the car looked at and fixed even though I left it with them for a whole week, the day after i purchased it, yet it was not even diagnosed nor repaired. I don t doubt that this isn t the norm but it was how it went for me, so think and check things thoroughly when dealing with these people or this person! No shade to the establishment itself but definitely not a trust worthy situation to be in with a quote unquote good salesman.

Today I went in looking for my dream car, a green Kia soul. I had never bought a car before and was quite concerned about the process, but this nice car salesman helped me through the whole thing and I couldn t have helped asked for a better experience. I don t remember his name but he looks like a Pete Davidson and I would say 10 out of 10 come to this Kia and look for the helpful salesman.

I have nothing but high praise for Julio Jones Kia. From start to finish, I interacted with Ricky and Larry, who went above and beyond to make my car buying experience a positive one and made sure I left with in a new vehicle. The sales team was professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to finding the right car for me. The finance department was transparent and helpful in explaining the various options available. The facility was modern, clean, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I was impressed by the level of customer service and attention to detail demonstrated by everyone at this dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.PS: The Julio Jones dealership sticker on the car looks so premium you won t take it off.

Bought a 2023 Kia Rio from James Sanders and he is by far and away the best salesman I've encountered. Got me in and out in under 2 hours with $0 down. Everyone else told me I needed a cosigner or money down but he got me approved and payment I can actually afford

Take my advice and go somewhere else. Called before I left Birmingham to make sure the vehicle was in good condition. I was told the vehicle was in great condition and had no problems at all. I took time off work to drive there get there and they say they don't have the vehicle after I called and previously verified that the vehicle is in good condition. They said the vehicle was in Atlanta. And not there. But they could ship it to me. I was ready to buy the vehicle that day so that did me no good. It's a scam car dealerships do where they have a vehicle that is really nice for a low price then you drive there and they try to put you in another vehicle perfect example of that.

Just got my brand new Sportage from Julio Jones Kia! I love this place Especially Daniel Sargent, he was fantastic at explaining everything there was to know about this new hybid.
