So I had a tire blow out on me while I had 11 more hours to drive back home. I called this place explaining how jammed up I was because I really didn t have any money to spare because I m only working with money for gas. He told me he could definitely help me out. I get there and right away his personality calmed me down. He was so nice and so was his dog Diamond. He got me in and out gave me a really good price and I am so grateful. Go to him he will work with you for your budget and bring you a couple laughs too.

I called right at closing (which I hate to do but it was an emergency) on a Saturday night after finding out one of my tires was showing steel and I was leaving to take a trip the next morning. Not only did he answer he came back to the shop got me a tire while not perfect and had a small issue with it but much safer than my current one rotated all my tires into a better position and put the new tire on. He was amazing and charged way less than his worth. I can't sing his praises enough there are not enough people in the world with kind helpful hearts and he is one of them and I thank God he went above an beyond for someone he didn't know. He will now have our families service from now on. Thank you again and God bless you!

Would recommend to anyone and everyone near Tuscaloosa. James came and changed our tire when we were 16 miles out from Tuscaloosa with a flat on the side of the road. The price was incredibly fair. He is friendly, helpful, quick, and efficient.

I was traveling and i had a tire blowout. James provided excellent customer service and also offered to come and fix my tire on Christmas. Very responsive and respectful. I will definitely recommend him as your go to tire guy.

What I appreciate the most is the 24hour service call. Mr. James has a solid understanding of tires and brakes. He is reasonable and if he can't help you, he will recommend you to someone who can.

His shop was closed took me to his othere shop omega tire shop down the road from and changed the tire in just a few minutes he had a wonderful aditude and was overall positive

I've went to 4 other used tire places and purchased used tires and they were already bald.I've went here twice and I am so pleased.Their prices are cheaper and the tires almost look brand new.Also i've had brakes done here .I will never ever get tires from anywhere but here because they don't rip you off and give you slick tires like other used tire companies.Their used tires last almost a year for me and I drive around 40-60 miles a day.

I bought 2 used tires (255/70-15's which 15" are hard to come by) the older man said he had two and I said ok let's do it. The next day on the way to Savannah Ga and another driver pointed at my tire (one I just bought) It was going flat, I got to a gas station and found 1 nail and 2 screws in the tire. I can't believe they sell used tires and don't even check them! The tires had nails, screws, and are dry rotted. I had to watch them on the trip and not looking forward to the trip home! Do not buy from them with out looking the used tires over yourself! Oh yea he said the price mounted and balanced, they were never balanced!

the james family used tires are a wonderful place to get your tires from.you would be in and out of there in no time and they're tires look like brand new tires.
