I had a great experience today, March 1st .... I was a walk-in, I was mistaken about the scope of the job , they handled my mistake swiftly and accurately with an able and professional staff . I appreciate them and will be back when I need them again..... P.S I am new to the area , had a bad experience somewhere else.

Excellent Service. Justin was great to work with. I originally went to the dealership, where we bought the car, for my air suspension issue. They wanted a fortune. JacMac saved me thousands!! and got it taken care of in 24 hours. The dealership told me it would take at least 5 days. This will be my go to for car service/repairs. Highly recommend!

This lovely local business gave my wife and I the help we needed. This review is from 2 months ago in July. They are also the only business in Tuscaloosa that will rotate and put new tires on your Tesla. My wife and I both have M3s and we love them. They allowed me to purchase them the pucks needed to safely lift my wife's Tesla. They are truly wonderful people there that are committed to helping everyone that needs their service. Even the future generation that is like us that have made the step to purchase Tesla's and moving into a full electric future. I would tell anyone with a Tesla or normal vehicle that is local to Tuscaloosa or Northport to give this lovely business their business. you will want to come back to see them again. I personally can't wait for my next visit.

Customer service here is as good as it gets. More than simply properly diagnosing and fixing problem (turned out to be bad battery) I left with the feeling they truly cared about helping me out. I was in town visiting my son over the weekend and on a Sunday evening after dinner we got in my son's car to find it would not start. With nothing open on Sunday we left car to deal with in the morning. Google search led me to JacMac and I called first thing when they opened. In less than an hour the gentleman helping me had assisted with finding a towing service and had the car in his shop and diagnosed the problem. I had to leave to catch my flight around 10:00 am and had the issues resolved well before I had to leave. I never made it into the store but they kept me updated (got a text that car had been delivered) and ultimately problem resolved. I rarely take the time to write reviews but was so impressed with JacMac and the high level of customer service I received I made the time to write this one. The high level of good reviews on JacMac are very well deserved.

A real "stand-up" business!!! I went to them thinking that I needed a front end alignment. But the mechanic said that I didn't and showed me a tire that needed replacing. Saved me $$$$. Thank you for your honesty!! A rare find.

Look no further for an amazing tire company! They have excellent service and even better customer service. Suspension alignment specialist even took the time to discuss my vehicle's issues and specifics with me with both of my vehicles.

Great service, even better people. I had my vehicle towed from a dealership that couldn t diagnose it over to JacMac and they found the problem within hours.

Wow, just wow. These guys EARN 5 stars hands down. I have a 01 Rodeo which are known to be difficult to work on especially for alignments. These guys deserve your business. Very homely eager to help group of individuals. The alignment guy went above and beyond to hear what I had to say and at least help my situation even though he told me upfront it would be a difficult fix. Every person here, acted like they were there to help you and want your business to come back. From the first phone call, to the moment I left this shop was honest and fair. As a mechanic of 11 years, a shop like this is a needle in a hay stack. I will send everyone I know to this place. Seriously they were that good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very friendly and helpful! I purchased some tires from them and they did a great job. A few years later I got a nail in my tire and that patched it for free for me since I purchased my tires from them. I will definitely get my next set from them.

In town from Out of State. Discovered flat tire as we were leaving Hotel to move our Daughter into her dorm at UA. The car was packed and we were stressed! Called JacMac and Jac himself immediately came to our rescue! He arrived at our Hotel within 15min, filled the tire and had us follow him to his busy shop. Tire repaired and we were on our way in less than 30min. Jac and team could not have been kinder, more reasonably priced and efficient. They have all of our future business and we will tell everyone we know. Thanks JacMac!

JacMac Tire and service was not busy today, which was good for me and for them. I usually get depressed when my car gets sick because RARELY do I walk away without spending a grand. But this visit was very pleasant. The customer service man asked me what was wrong with my vehicle, then asked me for the key. He went out and took my car for a test drive, then onto the rack. I waited in the lobby waiting area for a very brief time and then he came back. He told me I had a couple of options. Option one included replacing brake rotors and option two, pads only. I took the less expensive option two because money was tight. My total bill was HALF of what I assumed it would be. At JacMac, the difference is simple. They don't seem to want to drain your checking account like other places around Tuscaloosa who want to bill you no less than 1000 dollars every time you walk in the door. And I really like that he OFFERED me the different options. Most places dont do that. They make you ASK for less expensive options then say, welllllll, but, if you do that then this will happen, etc.I think I just found "my mechanic."

Daughter had a tire that only had 14psi in a tire she could hear air coming out of it. We live out of state and didn't know where to tell her to go. A person at the gas station where she went to put air in the tire told her to go to JacMac tire. It isn't far from her and only took a couple minutes to get there. They were so nice to her got her in and out I think in maybe 15 minutes or less!!!!!! Go here for excellent service!!!!!!! Thanks for helping my daughter!!!

Astounding customer service. Have used this place for the majority of my tire and alignment needs for years. If they do make a mistake, they are quick to fix it. One time bought a tire and the same day had it get punctured and they replaced it free of charge. Highly recommend this place.

I went in on 1/23 for an alignment, at the recommendation of these guys' associates at Southside Davis Tires. The cost was $59.95 - no tax, no additives, nothing. I had a problem with my tire rod that would have cost me a good extra hundred, but these guys sorted it out for nothing. Most places won't do for a new customer what they did for me, and believe me when I say I appreciate it. I think the crew here's gonna see me again for my car maintenance. This is how you do business right - treat the customers with a little respect, help them out, and you'll have them for life. Thanks again JacMac, the car feels great. I'll be back again soon.P.S. ask about the magnetic helmet in the office. Pretty crazy little thing. Two championships off but still fun.

JacMac Team was Exceptional while changing 2 tires out for my Daughters juke car while also advising of future repairs. Extremely knowledgable and concern for her safety in her vehicle is second to none. Give them a chance.Completed the work in about an hour after I towed her car in.ChrisTuscaloosa, AL

We were on our way to Tennessee and popped a tire leaving Tuscaloosa and this place was able to change my tire in less than 20 minutes! Definitely a miracle worker, and the lady behind the desk was such a great conversationalist, she was so kind!

Been going here for years and have no complaints. The get me in and out every oil change and have hooked me up with a set of tires recently. Great group of guys to work on your vehicles.

Quick service and reasonable prices for tire work.However, this is what won my respect:I came in to get my tire patched after running over a screw. The mechanic patched my tire but accidentally stripped a lug nut when putting it back on. I noticed it once I got home and called the service desk. They assured me I could come anytime over the next few days to fix the problem. I showed up the next morning with a $5.18 lug nut from Nissan to replace the stripped one. Not only did the mechanic fix it right away, the manager voluntarily reimbursed me without me bringing it up.Mistakes happen... It makes me happy to see a business doing the right thing. Especially without being prodded.5 stars for this business!

This is the most honest automotive maintenance shop i have ever delt with. They do tires, brakes, and almost any issue you have. I will not shop anywhere else for tires. GREAT PEOPLE, AWESOME MAINTENANCE COST, AND PROFESSIONAL.

This has got to be one of the most down home business I've every been to. If they can take care of your problem they'll tell you, if they can't, they definitely will let you know or refer yout to someone. My alignment was the cheapest out of all places called. I'll be doing business with them as long as they're around!!

My sister had to have her brakes checked and needed tires . We left her vehicle at JacMac's . They called same day for her to pickup auto. All was fixed & my sister is a happy camper
