If I could rate my experience a 0, I would most definitely do so. My daughter was sitting in her vehicle when a person pulled out and accidentally knocked off her front bumper. Since I live over 2 hrs away and she is in college in Tuscaloosa, I looked at the Google reviews and chose this shop. Mistake #1.She met with them about the car and was told to bring it back on a specific date for the repair. When she did come back they denied having any record of ever meeting her and they refused to take the car. She had to prove to them that she actually had an appointment in order for them to even take the car, which they didn t want to do. She was told her car would be repaired in 5 days, so she got a rental from Enterprise.On the 5th day, she called to see what was going on and she was told they haven t even looked at the car. Mind you you the rental had to be returned.I personally called and spoke with the manager who advised they would not be initiating a repair but will only be estimating the damages and they will try to look at it that afternoon or the next day.My daughter had been led to believe something entirely different from previous conversations.Why would we rent a car just for an estimate to be completed. They assumed we would just extend the rental even longer in order for an estimate to be completed. Ridiculous!!!I decided that it would be best to pick the car up. Then my daughter was told by Cole we would have to pay almost $300 to pick up the car because they supposedly took it apart to complete the estimate. Mind you they already had the car for 5 days and didn t start to look at it until we began calling on day 5.I personally called and spoke with Cole and it did not go well. He quoted an outrageous estimate and began saying that the front headlight and other things were broken. They took a simple bumper replacement and turned it into a nearly $5000 job. I was in disbelief in regards to his dishonesty. I told him I wanted the car and he also told me we had to pay almost $300 to get the car back because it was taken apart.When I advised him the car was already missing the bumper and nothing had to be taken a part, he hesitated and i definitely knew he was either lying or confused the car with someone else s. Instead of agreeing he then asserted that the money would cover the plans drew up to fix the car and the time it took them to look at it. Mind you they never looked at the car until we started to call on day 5. After a few tense exchanges over the phone, he eventually agreed to return the car.This car was never taken apart to complete an estimate. It was senseless for them to even allude to this especially since the car had no front bumper when it was brought to them.This shop lacks integrity, professionalism, communication skills, rationality, and human decency when it comes to dealing with customers. They show little to no interest in repairing older vehicles. If your car is fairly new you will be okay.They took advantage of a kind and naive girl that really knew nothing and they simply gave her the run around.In the past, I ve taken other cars to other shops for repair and I ve never experienced anything like this. For anyone considering this shop, be careful and ask a lot of questions.You need to call them two or maybe three times a day if they have your car to ensure they are making progress because they won t call you. I wish we had a great experience , but we simply didn t. Good luck !

I just want to say that the entire staff a collision center was AMAZING to work with! I have never encountered such friendly and educating mechanics in my life. If you have a collision, I would 100% recommend bringing your vehicle here and letting the team work with you to getting your car back to 100%.

Helpful and efficient team. No bodyshop repair is ever fast, but Cole and April are certainly efficient and did a great job working with my insurance and keeping me informed of the process.

My daughter had an accident and we brought our car to Tuscaloosa Ford. Cole and his team were really great in this not so great situation. I gave 5 stars but I did have to do some behind the scenes work myself because of part shortage and called 137 Ford dealerships all over the country and finally found the part. I am very pleased with the quick turnaround from Ford after I dropped my vehicle off! I had repairs/replacements to my Ranger's tailgate and door openings. I have prior experience w/ this repair facility. They are 10 out of 10 for clarity of repair assessment and expected time and costs!! When I arrived, Walt introduced himself and we talked for a few minutes. We went out side and he took pictures. He was very kind and professional. He answered all of my questions. Even when I didn't know the correct words or what I was trying to say or ask about,he was so helpful. He gave me a smile and then we sat the day to bring the car in. He was GREATWhen I was called about my car was ready, I said I would be by to pick it up around 5 P.M. I was there in about 10 minutes. My experience with Tuscaloosa Ford Collision Center was outstanding. My 2021 Lexus GX460 is back to 100%. I was met with knowledgeable staff that worked to have all repairs done in a short period of time. I have used several repair businesses in the Tuscaloosa area and this will be my go-to shop. I would like to start by saying that the staff were exceptionally nice. Unfortunately this did not make up for their lack of expediency. My vehicle ( my daughters vehicle) was in the collision Center for 3 months. I understand that there is a back up in getting parts. But 3 months is unacceptable! I was especially dissatisfied with the lack of communication there was. In order for it not to be 4 months because my daughter needed to drive her vehicle back home for the summer, it took me calling up to 2x daily for the last 2 weeks in order for me to reiterate the urgency of need! My phone calls were returned 1 time. The repairs so far are of exceptional quality. That s all. I would have to ponder very hard on whether I would use them again.

I was quoted a week and a half repair time estimate. My car wasn t touched for THREE weeks once I initiated an update. My car was kept two months and it was NOT a part delay issue. By the time I visited the center, there were neon signs up explaining they don t assist with rental expenses. Only one call was made to me regarding my car, and I even had to initiate the call to be told my car was ready. Terrible service and everyone passed the blame to someone else. I m unsure if this is the same staff with these 5 star reviews, but what I encountered was horrible. They even blamed other office staff out of their presence. Terrible representation!!!! I still haven t looked closely at my repairs because I was furious. I just wanted my car away from that center.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

Communication is non-existent with these guys. Got no status updates from week to week without having to eventually track my car down and speak to the Nissan dealership myself. After the "worst case scenario" of two weeks, I should have at least been updated as the two week repair turned into six weeks.They will not go the extra mile to clean your vehicle. I read several reviews and chose Ms. Diane and her team. My entire experience was peaceful and reassuring. I was kept in the loop about everything regarding my repairs, I even received my truck back a week ahead of schedule. I'm thankful for their dedication and passion to do the very best for their customers . JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

Horrible, I wouldn t recommend them to anyone. My door was working fine when I dropped my truck off. Now I m still waiting to get it fixed. They had to replace a tire and the sensor was reading a faulty soon as I drove off and had to spend over three hours another day to get that fixed. The body work on the car was great. Cant even tell it was ever wrecked. Would have been five stars but inside of my car is a mess. They have sanding dust everywhere and my leather has overspray on it and dust.
