Listen, IM SO SERIOUS, AMAZING SERVICE, super fast, You know how fast flash is? Their faster, I swear they went so fast that we went to the year 2750. WOW. they truly take care of you, this is the best car service I ve ever had. Plus the tires are great!

I went in just to get a tire change... I already had the tire off the car... It cost $25, that's not bad at all... What I wasn't expecting is when I came out they had the donut off and put the wheel on also.

I had to move over for an ambulance and hit a pothole that gashed the side of my tire. Fortunately Castillo Tires was nearby and replaced the tire quickly and at a fair price, even though it was closing time. I couldn t ask for better service!

They sell patched tires for $45. When it costs $10 just to patch a tire. Never get my business again

Mr. Castillo was absolutely AMAZING! & the Staff was courteous & professional! He has my business when it comes to TIRE'S! I would recommend ALL my family & Friends to go there for ALL their Automobile Tires & more needs

I had a bad battery and the guys here are so nice!!! the owner talked to me and helped me feel at ease after my car died on the road. the guys who helped were so sweet. this is one of the best places I have ever been and I will continue to use them for services.

The service is good, and the prices are fair. My friend needed two tires. A piece of metal punctured one, and the second one barely had any tread. She had two back tires replaced in about thirty minutes.

those guys know what they doing. In the last year I had on 3 vehicles the tires replaced by them and they came up with great price and great service

Just be aware if you need anything extra for an alignment they will RIP you off. Even tried to show the guy where parts cost $40 at Autozone and still charged me $150 to replace two bolts to adjustable bolts plus $65 for alignment. This is the 4th car I've had aligned in a year here and bought unknown amount of tires being a loyal patron but this one ruined it for me. I'm easy to get along with but I'll never do business with them again!

Great place to go get tires I pulled up and like a NASCAR pit crew baby dial pad 3 jacked up under my truck and less than 5 seconds with it jacked up in the air tires coming off they don't play around pretty good prices great tires hard-working guys getting the job done and a safe and timely manner very professional as well.... I don't speak Spanish so it was hard to speak to any of them except for the owner which was very nice very professional down to business will definitely go back for my next set of tires

These guys saved me. I ran over a pothole the other day and blew out my tire. They gave me a decent tire for $55 and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Great service.

Great experience with Caesar! I went in with a tire that was losing air and within 25 minutes he had my tire patched and I was ready to go. They were very friendly, the price was fair, and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

I regret buying a used tire from the University Blvd. location 2 days ago (December 22, 2021). Twice,I've had to add air to it, just to bring the tire pressure up from 20 to 38. I truly believed the business' professional integrity would trump their 7 day "warranty" and grant my request for a refund. They REFUSED. I had even left a tip when I paid for the tire! Such a disappointing first time buying experience with this business.

These guys are fantastic. Prices are low and service is fast and right. . This morning the guys at Castillo tires helped me with a lawnmower tire. They figured out a way to inflate it and it was very cool to watch. 5 thumbs up for getting it done guys.

Castillo Tires is the place to go for prompt courteous service. The are definitely honest about prices. I won't get tires used or new from any place else. I've been here at least 4 times and in and out usually within 30 minutes tops. You should give them your business especially if your a working person who doesn't have the time or the money to waste.

Regretfully I write this review as I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. I first found this shop by Google when I had a flat on the interstate. They were one of few shops open and fixed with no issues. Since then I have relocated to the area as well as support staff. I have had my tires repaired at their 2nd location so many times it s ridiculous. Last interaction resulted in 2 stripped stems. I decide it s time to just get a full set of new tires , alignment, brakes and rotors so I go over to the main office to get a price. My only stipulation was they fix the stripped screws for free. 2 of them.. I felt like their company had done it and they should fix it. I think the cost was $30 and I know that s not much but I felt if I m getting all this other work done just remedy the situation. The Manager disagreed because I didn t have a receipt. Honestly that guy at the other location has never given me one. and I said umm.. ok. I ll just go somewhere else. I was just trying to stay consistent with my business support but I won t support unfair treatment either. So off I go to find my new tire store. He saw me texting and asked me to leave the property too. It s was fairly embarrassing and downright rude. No worries Friend. I will never see you again.

These guys were great. I pulled in unannounced with a nail in my tire. Jumped right on it no wait! It was unrepairable they replaced it with a used tire labor, tire balance everything only $70. Grateful to have found this place.

If you need a good used tire, great place to go, and at a reasonable price. After a small mishap during my visit, the manager had corrected the issue, and handled the situation professionally. Will return when I need another tire in the future.

I came in with a flat tire, and they could have easily up sell me to getting a new tire but instead they plugged the hole for $5 in less than 10 minutes so I am super grateful to them and the tire is still holding strong.

Fast and friendly. Price was a little high for a new tire, but it was a z rated tire and the only kind they had in stock for my size. Overall I would recommend them. Large selection of used tires.

Sold me the only, single one used tire they had in the size I needed.Was flat when I went to my car the next morning.I had my receipt and went back to get my money back and was told "no, we will warranty it for you."I asked "how are you going to warranty this tire when it was the ONLY ONE that you had?"I replied to him "I want my money back or a new tire since you ONLY had ONE used tire the size that I require?"Suffice it to say, I got my money back ONLY after I said that I should get a new tire OR my money back.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEIR BUSINESS.

Ive had them align my truck 3 times and paid all three times and my truck has rode rougher.. I went to warren tire and they put it on the alignment machine and its outta lign after all the alignments .. So Warren Tire aligned it right and it fixed the problem.. Warren Tire is the best.. Costillo has a good machine just their employees dont know how to work it.. So please thank twice before u let them align ur vehicle..

If you are a wan they will charge you 10 dollar s more for a tireTold me 45. And a friend of mine took it in the next day charged him 35. after he got the tire mou,yes and back to me with receipt . I went in with it and told them you are busted. They no coprenday.. I told them yes you do . so. Ladies there is the price of a tire 45 to us 35if you can get a an totaled it in

Easy, friendly, not scared of Mudd grips all though they weren't busy when I came in almost every other tire shop wouldn't patch my tire but this place did and that makes me very happy, I will be coming back to purchase tires.
