This body shop is excellent. The employees are awesome. I did not expect they would return my car that early.I was so scared to drive the rental car I got from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Tuscaloosa as the Enterprise agent scared me a lot if I do not take their additional protection plan and anything happen to their car, I would be charged a lot although I had full insurance coverage and no prior bad driving experience.I am 100% satisfied with this body shop for getting rid off the enterprise car and I would recommend it to everyone.

Browns Body Shop is a quality and customer satisfaction oriented body shop. Matt and Zach are really professionals when it comes to your damaged vehicle and working with your insurance company.

My car was in the shop for a few months due to unforseen damages, and the whole time the Brown s employees were very kind and good about keeping in touch. They did a great job fixing the damages and were super helpful!

On 10-9-23, my daughter and I brought my car that was hit-and-run to Brown's after making an appointment online. The mechanic, Daniel, was rude, condescending, and acted like my daughter was stupid for bringing the car in and said she was a waste of time looking for a mechanic since the insurance company had already provided an estimate. He did not seem to want our business, which is fine. I am an attorney and know many people who might have used Brown's if not for the fact Brown's apparently does not need any business. Maybe it s because they re so understaffed.

I am torn with this review. Earlier this year I had my CR-V repaired at this facility. The work was done very good, the receptionist was nice and friendly and the adjuster that done the estimate was professional and friendly. I was very satisfied. I also paid out of pocket because it was damaged due to fault of my own. I have a Ridgeline that I needed an estimate on to see if I would pay out of pocket again, if it was over $3000, I would report it to the insurance. The receptionist was nice and friendly as I suspected she would be but it was a different adjuster doing the estimate this time. I told him what I needed but this guy wasn't as friendly as the other adjuster that sits in the office as soon as you walk in the door. He got my information, took pictures and said he would email me. He was very persistent about who my insurance company was. Now, I don't even know if I was going to report it. I needed to get the estimate to see if it was worth reporting. I told him qho my insurance company was and then he didn't seem like he wanted to really help me. Mind you, I don't have a rinky dink insurance company. I have State Farm. I have yet to receive the estimate. I am a little upset because they have done work for me before and I wanted to continue doing business with them. This go round, it seems like they don't want my business.

Browns Body Shop is excellent, responsive and exceptionally professional. For the most part I dealt with Matt W, but others were so helpful. My son is at U of A, and his car needed repair from being hit. These guys dealing with me, and the insurance company was amazing, and so easy to do from Huntsville Alabama.Time to get the damage repaired was complete in a really good time, but not rushed. Brown's went above and beyond to not only make my necessary repairs but to also complete my car before my deadline of needing back. They did fast work but quality work! They were very upfront and honest with what I'd encounter with my insurance company too. Matt has a great personality as does Marcy! They even cleaned and vacuumed the inside so it sparkled when I pick it up.Definitely recommend the team at Brown's!

Brown s body shop was fixed my car the same day I brought it in for really cheap. The mechanic I met was very down to earth and professional. I will definitely be coming here again if I ever need repairs for my car . they fixed my cracked fender in 30 minutes and didn t overcharge me at all.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

No complaints with work. However, they do charge almost 4% if u pay by credit card. On a 3100. Bill that's 125. Ridiculous. Won't support that again. Not interested in average clients. They seem to want only large insurance company jobs.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had them to replace my front fender. I got my car back and they replaced my brand new caliber with rusted calibers. When I said something about it they denied it. They took the cover off my inside door handle. I m never using them again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Brown s was recommended to me by a friend as they had a great experience after a wreck. My car was taken to them after popping 2 tires and busting the rims. It was nothing short of swift, amazing service. Matt helped me and walked me through step-by-step of what he was doing and looking at with my car. Because I had to get new rims, instead of ordering 2 brand new ones (which were extremely pricey), Matt was kind enough to suggest buying refurbished rims. It literally saved me thousands!!! The service was done so honestly and quickly and it was very affordable. A huge thank you to Matt and the Brown s team!!

You know, I've lived in tuscaloosa for many years now. I have had my cars here more times than I'd like to admit. But every time I come (even when I have to pay cash), they always do a great job. I really am thrilled with the professionalism and courtesy that they extend to their customers. I am anticipating picking my car up next week, since it's ready. I already saw it, and they really did do a fantastic job. I highly recommend this place.

Initially I was pleased because the shop worked in our car for immediate repair. What was estimated for a weeks worth of work turned into a month due to parts issues. Car was returned to me covered in wax residue with an oily ring in the passenger seat where someone had sat a bucket. More oil stains were discovered later. Returned to shop due to trim issues. These issues were not resolved. More paint imperfections have been discovered along with nicks and scrapes along adjoining body panels to the initial body work. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the work and will have to take the car to the dealership for touch ups and repairs. I understand that bodyshops are busy, but I expect quality work and care when it comes to such an investment.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called Browns this morning asking for a quote for a small back bumper dent. I was told I would have to come in so they could see it. Once I arrive the staff was so friendly, professional and efficient. They charged me barely anything compared to other places I went to! I would 100% recommend them and will come back for any other body needs!

A rock fell off a log truck on the interstate and slammed into the hood of my Hyundai Tuscon back in 2016. Brown's was able to replace my hood and they did it quickly and for the amount of the estimate. In 2017, I was rear ended driving home from work and then entire back hatch had to be replaced. Thankfully the other person's insurance covered it and Brown's did an excellent job again. They even transferred my back windshield so I could keep my stickers. I got rear ended again at the beginning of April and once again they did an excellent job repairing the back of my car! Extremely happy with the work they do here and would recommend it to everyone! The photos below are a before and after of the most recent work they've done. They also washed my car and vacuumed out the inside before I picked it up, which is above and beyond!

I was in an accident that took my entire front of my car off. Brown's did an Excellent job repairing every part of my car. It looks and drive great. The thing is I am not writing to say how great the job was. I live out of town so on my way in town there was an overturn 18 wheeler on the road and I could not make it before they closed. A woman waited for me for an entire hour after close so I could get my car. That made such a big deal to me. In a time when customer service has died I was shocked! Thank you so much for the exceptional service and you have gained a customer for life!

My 20 year old daughter called me in the middle of the night because her rear window regulator went out. I'm 400 miles away from her up here in Spartanburg SC. She went to Brown's and they got her squared away ASAP for a truly amazing and fair price. I can't thank them enough and will recommend that she continues to go to them for vehicle issues moving forward while she works her way through college (I KNOW she'll be back because she drives a Ford! ). Thank you so much for helping my daughter!!

I was running late for an appointment and rubbed against an iron gate leaving a black streak on the rear fender of my brand new car. I decided to stop by Brown's as it was on the right side of the road and on my way from point A to point B. They were super nice and he immediately took my car and drove it down to the shop area for a look. He came back and had already fixed the damage. They are awesome. I will use them from here on out for all of my automotive needs!!!!

Been crash wrapping my sunroof for me due to it being busted and they have the best service ever. Awesome attitudes and perfect timing on work. I truly recommend to go to them for any problem.

Horrible communication and left out some of the repairs i asked for. They are not very friendly and will leave your car to sit in their lot for eternities. I wouldn t trust them to even repair a bicycle after my last experience

My wife s 2007 Chrysler 300 was badly damaged and the insurance company was being unfair and wasting time. But the manager at the 5 points collision shop knew their tactics! They all are very friendly and thorough. Thanks again

My son took his car there. They gave him an estimate of $2800. When they started working on the car they told him that one part was $3000. They said the car was totaled. It had some damage on the front quarter panel and the door. Also needed some suspension work. I would not recommend these people to anyone for anything other than an estimate. I would really give them a minus rating.

Come to the body shop, had a small dent in the bumper area, and Mike took care of it in a timely manner, less than 20 mins top. I ve been to them before for other things, and anytime I have a problem, they are the first ones I think of. Definitely recommend!

This is my experience with Brown's. I had damage on the front end of my Rav4 -broken pice of grill and some paint scrapped off from a chunk of ice that hit my car on the expressway from an 18 wheeler, and had backed into another car in my driveway which caused a small dent in the back door. I went to Brown's during lunch for an estimate. That was probably a mistake because I think I interrupted the estimator's lunch. I tried to introduce myself to him and shake his hand as he tried to walk past me in the lobby, as he blasted by me asking me which car it was, he finally offered up 3 of his fingers to shake my hand. Not a good start.The estimate to replace the broken section of grill and repaint the scrape on the roof was $2,100.00. The estimator explained it is a 3 step process and really expensive to paint. The scrap on the roof is about 3 inches long and an inch wide. Only the paint is missing, there are no dents.The estimate to repair the small dent in the back door was $2,500.00. The guy doing the estimate said the entire door had to be replaced. The Rav4 emblems all the way to the interior panels of the door. WTH?? I tried to tell him that the door worked fine, there was no alignment problems, no scratches in the paint, it was only a dent on one part of the door, but he said the Rav4 was a terrible design and it all had to be replaced. All the interior parts that hold the sprare tire were busted. But I tried to explain there is no noise...indicating broken parts, there is no problem opening or closing the door. Nope he said poor design, it all has to be replaced. I asked him that I would take the tire cover off and the tire, would I see the damage. Yep he said. He never offered to remove them himself to verify. When I got home, I removed them both. There was no visual damage.I went to another shop, they are bumping out the back door for less than $500.00 and replacing the grill and painting for $350.00. They removed the cover and tire and saw there was no other damage. So, instead of paying $4,600.00, the bill is less than $850.00.I can't help but wonder if I had been a man, the guy would have listened to me and tried to do a little more diligence in estimating the work, or if I didn't come during lunch. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this shop.

They did exactly, what they said they would do. Excellent customer service. No waiting from the beginning to the end. My car looked great and was delivered in a timely manor. I will refer everyone to Browns Body Shop.

When I came into Brown's Body Shop on yesterday, it felt like I walked into my home. The staff talked to me very professional and like family would. The environment was very warm and cozy. The work that was done was EXCELLENT!!! If you ever need any work done PLEASE pick BROWN's BODY SHOP for all your BODY SHOP NEEDS..1 word. EXCELLENT

It's a great body shop reasonably priced and they have multiple locations all across town.i do windshields for a living I have seen a lot off good work come out off there. Unfortunately I have seen a few jobs come out of there that weren't so great eather.

I called to get a quote over the phone for an "all-over" paint job and Andy says it costs between $3,500 & $8,000!!! "I can buy a new car for that!" I said. When I ask why he says because of all the parts you have to take off to paint. Why is it then, that I can go to a big city like ATL and get it done for $399???
