I have been purchasing luxury cars for the last 25 years, and my experience with this dealership exceeded my expectations. Even though I live three states away, I was able to find the perfect car, close the deal which was better than what I could get locally, and have the car shipped to my home within five days. Communication, ease of doing business, and professionalism were all top-notch. I highly recommend BMW of Tuscaloosa if you find the typical car buying experience a challenge.

I recently purchased a X3 from BMW of Tuscaloosa. I had the absolute best experience with salesperson Kelsey W. She is such a kind, knowledgeable, and genuine person. She answered all of my questions and allowed me to view the SUV in a warm, covered area (not outside in the cold). She made sure I left satisfied with my purchase. The whole team made a difference and were all so very welcoming and accommodating. It made the drive to Tuscaloosa worthwhile. I highly recommend BMW of Tuscaloosa for your next car shopping experience. Definitely a 5 star experience.

They made buying my first BMW very easy. The test drive was long enough to get a good idea of how my vehicle drove. Buying my car was easy and stress free. The walk though of all the systems was thorough and they welcomed me back any time if I needed more assistance. I recommend them.

Working with Kelsey was a great experience. She was very helpful in helping us pick the BMW that was right for us. ZERO STARS- BEWARE!Over the last 20 years I ve bought 10 or so cars and have never experienced such horrific incompetency until I dealt with this dealership this week. I knew the exact car I wanted and expressed to the salesperson this should be the easiest sale he s ever made. But BMW Tuscaloosa made it so frustrating and wasted so many hours of my time this week over lack of communication and apparent incompetency. I d even go so far to say I feel like I was being scammed several times throughout the process and also threatened with repossession at the end for good measure. I really like the car I purchased but I ll be forever mad at myself for giving this dealership a penny of my money. My bet is on this dealership not staying open too long unless someone makes some drastic changes.

I had an AMAZING experience working with my sales representative, Samson Chism, and the rest of the Team at Tuscaloosa! Samson quickly identified the car I was interested in, walked me seamlessly through the sales process and we were able to execute the sale in a very short amount of time. Purchasing out of state can tend to be troublesome but Samson volunteered to take real time photos of the car, send me the included options and answer any and all questions about the car and process that I had. I am now eagerly awaiting the arrival of my car in Texas and I would love to highly recommend Samson and BMW of Tuscaloosa to anyone interested in their vehicles!!

Wonderful experience on a Custom order BMW from BMW of Tuscaloosa . I was in the market for an M5. Local dealership couldn t secure an allocation so started searching outside the state. Rob Phillips (GM) was able to secure an allocation quickly when other dealerships had a hard time securing one. The sales manager Rob phillips, Bmw Genuius Matt Eldridge, Finance manager Sean Dwyer, Parts manager Jack Stracner all true class acts. Every request was handled in a professional & courteous manner. Matt Eldridge is truly a BMW genius. Knows every aspect of the M cars. Upon receiving the car sent me a video that was highly skillful. Sean Dwyer was never pushy as a finance manager something you don t see often. Jack Stracner made sure all the extra accessories were installed in timely manner. This is exactly how a car buying experience should be!

I purchased a vehicle from them from out of town. First, the detailing of the car was horrible. It was not cleaned what so ever. They had ample enough time to do this being that they knew I would be coming to get it. A red skittle was in between the seat of the backseat, juice/ soda stains on the front interior and screen, food marks, and cup rings in the cup holder. I told them about this before leaving with the car and was asked if I wanted it cleaned, but I had to decline because of time. The manger said that this was done before but clearly it was not. Washer fluid for the windshield was low as well. I drive back on home and not a week later, a notification of low coolant came on. Not knowing what that is, my father told me that it was needed for the engine and air and I panicked, only because my previous BMW had a shot motor a week before which is why I bought a new vehicle. I went to a local oil change place to get everything fixed because where im from, there is not a local Land Rover lot near. I was told that all of this was done before and that I shouldn t go to a 10 minute oil changing place to get my oil change. I expressed to him that I was trying to get the issue fixed before I had engine problems again and not needing to spend extra money to get the car shipped off (because I wouldn t drive it a far distance and risk messing it up or pay a wrecker when this should have been done before!) I sent over a receipt for everything that I got done for the car that day, again this is not even a week of me having it, and was told I couldn t get a refund for what SHOULD have been done before the purchase. If I could give no stars that would be the best. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this place. If something goes wrong after the purchase, they won t help you. That s not good customer service. You should want to fix it so they people would want to come back and possibly recommend others. That s how you make money. I was not upset when we spoke with him, but after listening to the voicemail I was left, I m furious. Sales managers should probably try taking a member service class to learn how to properly treat customers.

This is my fourth BMW and, by far, the worse customer service experience I have ever had with a dealership. I was looking to purchase another BMW truck, but I definitely will not go back here! If you re looking for a dealership with good customer service and one that values you as a customer, please save time and go elsewhere. It s not worth the headache of dealing with people who don t value their customers.They re horrible about helping you. They do not answer the phone, and if they answer, the call is always forwarded, or they promise to call you back and NEVER WILL. I ve been back and forth for 2 weeks. And I still don t have an answer other than to wait 5 weeks for a replacement. This is horrendous, as my view is severely obstructed. 5 weeks is not acceptable, that s entirely to long to be without a vehicle.I drove 3 hours to purchase a brand-new vehicle from their dealership a little over a year ago. Upon doing so, I was offered the added protection plan for extra payment that covers windshields and tire in the event damages was to occur. I was told I could take my car to ANY BMW in the United States, and they would honor it. Well, here it is a year later when I need it. My local BMW dealer told me that the Tuscaloosa dealership sold me a bad plan, and I would have to pay out of pocket for my windshield, which is $2200.00.This has been a disaster! Save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else!

I had the most amazing experience with BMW of Tuscaloosa! I bought a car seeing only photos as I was out of state. The experience was amazing. After they delivered the car, I was delighted to see that the M2 beyond exceeded my expectation of condition. Kelsey was so amazing to work with and kept in constant communication with me even after delivery. She worked tirelessly to get every photo, and every question answered timely. She was very honest and clear about the condition. Overall, I made a deposit, and the car was delivered less than a week later with no effort on my end (all the effort on theirs). I would 110% buy another car from them. You will NOT be disappointed. Ask for Kelsey!

Dealer sold us a car that broke within 24hours. We drove it normally with some spirited driving. Normally when you buy a car it is throughly checked. This car was not we had problems instantly and dealer would not pay to fix the problem or own up to their fault. They said they fixed the issue only for us to pick it up with the same issue. They offered to sell it at auction with us taking the money which was significantly less. Dealer could not even fix the problem and left it for us to take on. We would ve had to dump more money into it after we had just bought it. Don t buy from this dealer they don t check their cars and cannot work on a bmw to save their lives.

I had a great experience in this dealership! SAWYER helped me a lot he really took the time to explained all the features of the car and answers all my questions. When I went to trade in my car he welcomed me with a great attitude and was really respectful.HE IS THE BEST!! All the staff in this dealership are so nice! I m an out of state buyer and I must say that the professionalism, communication and transparency at this dealership is OUTSTANDING. From my first inquiry, Evan was attentive and extremely responsive. The sales manager and finance manager were informative, but not pushy. My vehicle was delivered in perfect condition.
