Very nice people ! Poorly ran collision center in that they will not admit to maybe, just maybe they aren t perfect and just maybe have messed something up. Fist off we weren t supposed to drop the car off to them until they received all parts to fix the damage in in the front end because the car is still very good to drive. Well after waiting some time on the car to be finished they tell me they didn t receive all parts. I did my research first to find out that they are not waiting on supplement parts, but they are waiting for 2 parts from the original estimate! His response was well this really isn t anyone s fault WHAT!? . Ok, maybe honest mistake? Nice peopleAfter getting the car back partially repaired until other parts come back in, we realize immediately our lock actuator isn t working, coincidence I guess huh? Well I spend half a day pulling the car apart and fixing it myself. Coincidence? Hmmm ok They wouldn t accept any responsibility. Maybe not their fault.Now we take the car back for final repairs, we get the car back. Work looks acceptable, i would have had issue with one spot on bumper but the car has over 100k miles so no big deal. Here is the kicker, the outside temperature will not display in the car. Well I know enough to know the sensor is usually around the front bumper or behind the grille, ummm exactly where they were working on the primary damage. I call them and I get a response that I need to have someone look at it and figure out if it was damage from the wreck. Then insurance maybe would pay for it. Or maybe I could take it to the Acura dealership an hour away and have it fixed and someone would reimburse me. Once again it never crosses their mind that maybe, just maybe they have messed something up. So what do I do? of course I have to start looking into the repair and researching Barkley s repair mistakes. Well guess what I find!! Look at the attached image. The red circle is the harness clip where the sensor should be attached, the blue circle I believe is where the clip and sensor attach to the bumper/grille. The green circle is a missing pin that hold that rubber boot to the bumper.So let me get this right? I m supposed to waste ANOTHER HALF OF A DAY and go to Hoover so they can tell me the collision center left parts off of my car. Wow is all I can say.ONE PIECE OF ADVICE FOR BARKLEY GMC COLLISION CENTER, maybe , just maybe you aren t perfect and you could look into an issue without first passing blame and sending me all over the place to correct your faulty work.Update: poorly pained spot on fender , poorly painted spot on door, overspray on A-Pillar, nick in paint on bumper at install point on corner.

I'm am very unhappy with the work they did on my Ford explorer . The horn blew and the lights all worked when it came in . When I got it back they didn't.
