The company was there shortly after I needed my car towed. He gave me a card and directions to the lot where my car would be located, this is without me asking by the way. I hope to never have to call them again. However if I do, they are reliable.

Josh(driver) was great! He came out in the rain on Superbowl Sunday to tow my car! He was polite and professional. I recommend them to anyone in need of a tow. Rate was also good!

If there a lower rate I ll give them the worse towing company in the world not only in Tuscaloosa I have BMW 2018 530i I want to towing it from the dealership to landmark collision center when the drop my car the broke the front pumper and also the broke the radiator and the front grill that going to cost me $6.000 and when I call them they said the car was already damaged anyway I talk to my lawyer and I m going to lawsuit them I have a prove from bmw camera and also the service advisor can be a wetness with me I don t recommend this towing company the will damage your car and they will not be responsible for that I will attach some pictures showing what they did with my carBe careful they are unprofessional

January 19, 2024, my clutch went out, and I needed a tow and I didn't know who to call, so I called the first name that popped up in Google. Bambarger Wrecker Service, answer the call and sent a tow truck to my location within 30 minutes. Their service is great and the driver Chris is the best. He helped me out tremendously he helped me figure out a place to take my truck for repairs and even pointed out a potential repair I may need in the future. If you're in Tuscaloosa and need a tow, call Bambarger Wrecker Service and ask for Chris.!!!

Chris Braxton's customer service was phenomenal! His time was impeccable! He got there and made sure I was safe and followed all precautions to make sure he was doing his job correctly. He was was very respectful and professional. Will use again! Thanks Bambarger!

As a business that relies on its trucks to make delivering, when one breaks down you need to get that truck off the road and pulled back in as quickly as possible. I only call Bambarger Wrecker Service because I know they will do their utmost best to get to my problem as fast as they can.

Fast and friendly service Josh Norman is the most efficient driver I have ever seen. Josh has towed 3 vehicles for me and each time he has gone above and beyond to ensure that my vehicles are picked up and delivered safely and in a timely manner.

Hi everyone!! My name is Ciara Traynor. I recently just got a blow out in Tuscaloosa and I am a student here so I had absolutely no idea what to do. I saw Brad who works for bambarger in the Publix parking lot he was nothing but the absolute best to me. He had me sorted within 20 minutes and told me not to worry! I definitely recommend this place they are amazing. My car is being towed and for a great price as-well! If I were to call I d ask for Brad he is respectful kind and extremely helpful! We had a flat tire on the way back from tuscaloosa today . We were so fortunate to be connected with Bambarger and more importantly connected with JOSH our driver . After being stranded on I-20 on a football weekend it was so refreshing to have someone like Josh not only get out car safely back to Hoover but my friend and I rode back in the truck with him . Amazing guy, HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND REQUEST JOSH!!!!

We were traveling to Smith Lake when we had a tire to blow out . Several people stopped to check on us.. one man gave us the number to your company. We were greeted by a very professional and kind employee. He was very reassuring and helpful. Offered us water from his cooler. Not only did our truck get towed in, he also was able to pull our boat to your business and store it until we could get back the next day to pick it up thank you so much not the way we wanted to spend our vacation, but we are thankful for the great service Brad was great. Great communication and customer service! I needed their assistance and my car needed to be towed. The gentlemen (Josh) was there within 30 minutes and was very nice and kind. I appreciate the great assistance! I will continue use them in the future!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I called around 6 Friday evening and was told he would be there in 2 hours. A little over 3 hours later, no wrecker, no phone call, and he wouldn't answer my call. I called Jeff's Towing, and he was there in less than an hour and a half.***There was no discussion about the dog and your driver just told you a flat out lie. My dog did ride in my truck on the way back even after Jeff said she could ride in the wrecker. I never intended otherwise. That just sealed it!!!

My semi truck broke down by the toll bridge in Tuscaloosa. The truck was going in to limp mode. I called asking about to tow to dealer and got tow truck on scene quickly. It was an older gentleman and did a awesome job bringing my equipment to to kenworth in bad weather and dropping me off at hotel to avoid Uber ride. Would definitely use again if needed in area.

Broke down about 15 miles away today. I ran over a blown out tire and tore up a coolant line. I was expecting to be waiting several hours for the wrecker. Fairly sure they showed up in less than an hour. Very friendly and professional. Got me to shop in one piece. He even went above and beyond to help me save money on repairs because dealer was closed by taking to auto parts store for some thing to get me running in his personal vehicle. I m truly amazed and thankful. If I m ever in area and need a tow this place is on top of my list. I probably will choose them over someone closer. I ve been driving over 23 years and have been towed several times. This by far has been the most reasonable price I ve paid for a tow my whole career of driving trucks. No it s not cheap but reasonable I guess. I wasn t even charged to reinstall the driveshaft like most companies do.

I am 14 hrs away and my daughter was stranded in a parking garage. Called and they sent a driver, diagnosed her issue, got her up and running and followed her to a auto parts store to get her vehicle fixed. Highly recommend!! Will use any time service need.

Brad was amazing! Pleasant and friendly. It was late, we are from Atlanta and our car wouldn t start. Brad answered on the first ring, was to us in 10 mins and completely took care of us and got us back in the road. Definitely a 5 star employee and service. Well the tow truck driver came and he was very professional. I just think he was over charging me for the services and also he scratched my rim up and said he would take something off the bill. Which he raised the price and tried telling me he discounted it. It really sucks because they are very expensive BMW wheels which is about 5500 a piece and he had no clue i work in the car industry for 15 years. But I felt like he was putting the money in his pocket. Should always be careful who you speaking too. Hope he doesn't RIP the next customer off.

Bambarger Broke several city ordinances when they towed my car. Charged 439 dollars to pick up my car after a 3 mile trip within iTuscaloosa city limits(it was impounded by the police but I ll get to that)They charged a Northport rotation fee of 376 dollar rotation fee from Northport,the max you can charge in 24 hours is 170 and the police department they dealt with does not get to decide the price, this is supposed to fall to the city of Tuscaloosas ordinances not northportsThey charged an extra 40 dollar after hour fee when the city ordinances specifically state that you cannot charge ANY additional fees within the first 24 hoursThey also went ahead and towed the car with my father, who s the co owner of the car, present when the city s code dictates that with the owner there they cannot tow the vehicle if it s owner is capable of driving it away and that the tow truck being present is not a valid justification for the car to be towedThis was done under police supervision but it s all easily cited within the city s municipal code to be very illegalService: Vehicle wrecking

My husband s truck would not start in our drive way. Called Bambarger Wrecker services and Wayne Sellers came out. He was there within 30min. I was worried about the position of the truck but Wayne had no problems! Had it up and on the truck within 10minutes. I had to leave to make a doctor s appointment and Wayne called me to let me know he had the truck loaded and was taking it to the location requested. He then called again to let me know the truck had been dropped off. Will definitely make Bambarger my go to for the next time!Service: Vehicle wrecking
