Came here while traveling since I had a check engine light come on the dashboard. The staff here were super friendly and read the trouble code for free. In addition, they printed out the sheet listing what the code meant so that I could take it to a mechanic. highly recommend!

They need to hire more people. I was told they didn t know when they could help me because they had too many customers to help and not enough staff so I went home without a battery and without seeing if I even needed one. It s understandable but hire more people and this won t be an issue.

I sat in the car for 20 minutes waiting to get my battery tested and no one came out. There was no one in the store and both workers took smoke breaks and ignored me as I waited for them. Terrible service I eventually got tired of waiting and went to a different one.

They told me they would give me their machine to see what the Check engine light reads...What kind of service is that? I dnt work here

Very helpful, they could use an extra employee when I came because there were a lot of customers. The Monday evening manager last week, a UA student, did an awesome job and was very knowledgeable in a way that allowed him to help customers very well.

My experience here was so great. I went in to get my headlight replaced and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing (I'm a college student whose dad usually does this kind of stuff for her). Glenn looked at my light, picked out exactly what I needed, replaced it, and did it in under five minutes. He was so kind and helpful to me, and I'm so thankful! I will definitely be going back!

We didn't have front door greeting of course but the service was friendly. We needed some assistance to fix what we bought and we got assisted by a worker.

Was on a business trip in Mississippi and on the way back to Louisville Kentucky my alternator went out so we stopped in to buy a new one and the man that was working was super helpful and I'm blessed to have stopped when we did. Words can't explain how helpful and nice this man was thank you for everything that you did. Anybody from where were from would of never offered to help the way this auto zone did thank you.

Ask for Glenn. Very knowledgeable. He's also a mechanic so he knows cars and their parts and is willing to come to you to do the work on your vehicles. The store had everything I was looking for. If they didn't they were willing to order it.

Rude customer service! After standing in line for several minutes to get help with a check engine light, I was told rudely that it doesn't work. She barely looked at me and was talking to a couple of different people at once. They were somewhat busy and I could tell that she was annoyed but that is still no way to treat a customer.

Get what you need. I got a new battery for my car there, because the other place kept selling me ones that would die in 3 months. It s been 2 months and still going strong.

Amazing service. Had a check engine light, and they were able to check it out and print me out a report. Also helped with replacing my head lights and such.

I hate to give any business below three stars but one time this guy there tried to tell me to recharge my air conditioner it was some complex expensive process on an older model when it wasn't. This guy was young and gave me textbook answers

I usually purchase from another Auto Zone location in town, but as they were out of the item I needed, I paid a visit to this location. The workers were very helpful and also gave me some great advice about the work I was doing on my vehicle.
