Great prices on good tires. The problem is when they put them on for you. I bought tires there a while back and they were great, but when I had a flat the other day I tried to change it. Couldn't get the nuts loose so I had to get a local tire place to help - which wouldn't be a problem except for were cross threaded and locked into place and broke off when the professional tried to remove them. My entire assembly had to be taken apart to remove the broken bolts and replace them and cost me more then if I had bought four brand new tires from a professional tire shop.Don't go here. Really.

This is the most unprofessional place ever!!! My teen daughter had a flat so she went there to get the tire replaced they charged her 60 dollars for a used tires and 3hrs later she was on a flat with the same tire she just purchased she went back and they made her pay twenty dollars for labor! Also they had an attitude about having to replace the tire smh!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Everytime I have gotten a tire from here they have damaged my valve stem or I had to return the tire for neglect which I get charged for every time. This place is absolute scam. You can't talk to the owner and no one there speaks good English. I literally watched them put the money in their POCKET after THEY damaged it, so now I KNOW it's a scam.

I wish I could give them a -1 rating. They damaged my sister's car and didn't even say anything and let her left. She had her 8 month old child with her and she could have had an accident. But thank God she was able to make it to a safe spot and wait for a tow truck. Just pathetic and should not be in business worthless.

I purchased 3 NEW tires on March 24th by April 21st i was replacing 2 of the 3 tires. I overpaid for them to begin with but that was on me. Fine. Now it April 21st almost 1 month and wire on 2 of the 3 is showing had to have them replaced. Im hoping when i return to them they do the right thing cause i had a alignment done the day i purchases them. So its not that. Will update. But im not afraid to sue and wait for a judge to order my money returned.

Fast and simple: no fuss, I called to see if they had my tires, they did, and as soon as I pulled up they jacked up my car and slapped em on!

I asked which breaks did I need fixed he told me I needed the front and back again after they already fixed the front I look at my front breaks they are brand new he said my rotors was eating my breaks which was a lie then he took my key and they wouldn't let me pay them at first. These ate the breaks they wouldn't take them off so I can get my money back for the new breaks and get the one for the back.

Flat out for once blocked me in with car Jack's did not even asked would I like to step out took my card out my hand and charged my card but wished I had of left instead of unlocking my card after 40 minutes plus they put my unbalanced tires on lying saying they was balanced while my tires bounced up and down the road had to argue to get them to do it right ashamed and pissed

Those guys suck and the attitudes are terrible they wanted to charge me $5 more to tighten the lugs on my spare tire, and they took the other tire off.

My experience with these brothers were amazing! They work really hard and really efficient. I was a little skeptical by reading the comments but decided to try them based of the recommendations from two of my cousins. Needless to say they disappoint!!! I spent a total of 39 mins there and got all four tires changed at a great price. Honestly, I believe they could have charged more. But because they don t have time to meet and greet or answer the phone constantly is not a big deal, it s a business and they re extremely busy with laborious work!!! EXCELLENT JOB!!! Ohhhh and I didn t have to say much on what I needed they already knew and did it!!!!

Prices are ok, they don't speak good English here. Bought a tire from them and it had a lump in it the next day, the replacement tires was worn after a month. Went to them again thinking it was a one time thing and they didn't property put the rim cover back on so it was shaking like loose chains, NEVER AGAIN.

During my weekend getaway I found my car to have a flat tire. I called amigos and they stated they could change my tire if I got there before they closed. Upon arrival I specifically stated that I needed to drive 9 hours and I needed a tire that was safe and reliable. The man stated I will give you the best tire I got. When I got up this morning to head back to Tampa I went outside of my hotel and the tire that was put on my car was flat. I then panicked and went to the gas station to put air in the tire. Come to find out the tire that had been on my car for roughly 12 hours had multiple holes and was leaking air. Highly recommend NEVER going to amigos if you would like a tire that will last longer than driving off the lot.

I purchase brand new tires and rims and had amigo place the new rims and tires on. My brand new car was so shakey after they put them on and I informed them and all they did was referred me to their other location saying that I probably needed an alignment. My car drove very smooth before taking it to them. I got a car inspection and found out that amigo bent me brand new rims when installing them. So much money wasted do not waste your time!!

I bought two tires for the front of my car, the next day one was flat and the other low. They fixed both tires quickly. You must keep your receipt. Spanish speaking business but they understand english. No problem communicating.

Carried a wheel to these guys to replace a valve stem. Quoted me $5 for a new stem, without removing or installing on my truck. Within 3 minutes my wheel had a new valve. Time to pay before leaving with my wheel. Again, I rolled the wheel to them from the bed of my truck and carried it away in the bed of my truck. TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS... are you kidding me...

I hate their service!!!!!!everytime I go there they always ask for cash but they don't never take my credit if you don't have cash on you there ask you to hold something of your until you come back with the cash and they are very rude and very disrespectfulI give you This people a thumb down but if you want good tires So now I go to T Town Tires and they take both kind of payment and very cheap Love T Town Tires and guess what if amigo take down your tire they will charge you a $7 Fee forlooking at your tire if they don't have what you want there and they say it a Labor fee go Hell I hate them bad business amigo tire shop in Tuscaloosa,Alabama

First of I wanna say I went to get my tires swapped and I had my own tires. and when they got done with the mount and balance the guys were letting the car down and they let down the car so bad half of the passenger side was up all the way and one of the guy that works there said I m sorry they just got here without training or anything or with experience and now the force from letting down the car bad messed up my tire rods went there and showed him pictures of how my rim was being scraped due to the tire rodsI really wouldn t recommend here!!!!!!!

They get what you need without trying to shake you down.THeir hours are great.My son was going out of town and needed a spare tire we called around it was close to closing foe most places and they didn't want to be bothered but we had no problem with Amigo

I purchased what I thought was a new set of tires from this place. 3 weeks later I could see wire and the thread was worn completely out. The tires that I was sold were made in 2014. When I went back to talk to them, the guy from behind the counter came out saying the tires were worn from needing a wheel alignment. He didn't listen to what I had to say, simply spoke his mind and walked off, disregarding that the date on the tires stated 2014. I've driven cars that needed a wheel alignment before and never did the tires look this bad not to mention that the tires could have blown out causing an accident. The used tires that I purchased before going here didn't look like this and I had them over a year. This place is a rip off and I will be reporting them to the BBB and calling the news to investigate. A sick shame

I have heard and read a lot of good things about this place, but sadly, did not receive good service here myself. After having a flat tire on March 7, not having the lock nut to remove the tire, and being run around a bunch, I ended up at Amigo Tires for nothing more than a tire change on March 8th. A week later, I am still out a vehicle because of how they decided to conduct their business. A diagnostics test through another company found that Amigo Tires caused further damage to my vehicle because of how they went about removing and installing the tire. I was disappointed, but not surprised when they said it wasn't their fault. Maybe they're right, perhaps I should have been alarmed when I was asked to pay cash because it was a red flag that they do shady work. Maybe I expect a company to do what they claim they're going to do and do it right the first time. I certainly don't plan on going back ever again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Don't go here I purchase 2 tires from them and the bent my rim and messed up the tire stem valve no my tire pressure light is on until I can replace that stem then after I left the car car was shaking when I got up to 60 had to take it back and then they want to ask for a receipt like I didn't just buy it from them good thing I paid with my card so they had to fix there mistake

Although communication is difficult unless you speak English, it doesn't matter much, they understand tire fluently and are very fast as well as having the best prices in town for used tires with a good amount of tread and you can even get new tires there, i'd highly recommend them before you pay more at a bit tire chain.
