The owner was very nice and courtesy. I called and the tow was at my location within 15 minutes. A1 service. Pulled my Mercedes out of the mud that day...lol..Really nice guy. HE made a new friend that day. Very rare to find a company the genuinely cares about people versus their bottom line...

Hiring a wrecker service isn t an ideal situation for anyone. Travis from Tow Monkey provides a 5 service & experience! He was on the scene quicker than what seemed possible to help me. Super cool & kind guy. The best part was that he charged me about half of what the competitor had quoted me!

I was stranded on I-59 north of Trussville, Alabama. A wheel bearing went out on my trailer and it damaged the breaks when it came off. Called all parts houses in the Birmingham area and no one had the parts I needed to fix it. I called Tow Monkey they were able to gather all the parts needed to get me back on the road. A shout out to Tow Monkey

I had a blow out on the interstate they came in under 30 minutes. They went out of their way to help me get the best price and make my children comfortable. Travis helped me, and genuinely cared and was extremely nice. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Absolutely amazing people, and services! These people are the worst ..they are scammers stay away as far as possible..what they tell you on the phone and what they end up charging you is 2 different things ....I wish I can give them 0 star

crooks. I crashed my motorcycle, they picked it up from crash site. My wife and lawyer were in contact first few weeks and while waiting insurance. by time my adjuster got there they sold it claiming it was abandoned even filed for a title never heard from them and they never mentioned it needing to be picked up asapEither way untrustworthy in my opinion I have read reviews on other sites claiming they did the same thing to them

I don't understand others experiences I've read. These guys have helped me multiple times and price beats the others by a long shot. Atleast for the service I needed. Saved me from the side of the interstate quick. Let me ride with and worked to get my difficult tire off for hours. Broke some of their own tools but didn't give up. Months later I called them back to get my car to the dealership recently and were prompt, fair, and friendly. Definitely will call them again for any future needs.

My wife came to visit with our 3 children 11 hrs away she had a blow out. another towing company claimed new tire and otw home it blew again bc it was plugged.this company went above and beyond to help her including finding a replacement rim since it got bent...wish they were local would recommend to anyone and use them if even it is was farther away...thx travisServices: Car towing, Tire change

I had my car towed from an accident I had today. The bad review this woman left about this company today is hilarious due to the fact she was acting an absolute fool and unreasonable. If you do the right thing, your car will not be impounded. I recommend this place for all of your towing needs. They have great rates and are very wholesome people. Car broke, got it towed by them, they have had it for 5 months now. Travis completely gave up, and dropped the job to another worker after ignoring half of my messages and most of my phone calls about update. He worked on it for 5 months and couldn't figure it out. Took my shuttle bus to them, it needed special things done. Travis made sure I got what I needed. I am very happy with the work and he was more than fair on the price. I highly recommend them !

The BEST tow place I have ever come across! Literally called crying broke down on the side of the road in a state that is not where we live and the gentleman that owns tow monkey fixed us up and were back on the road running again! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs towing done and hopefully we don't need to use them again, but if we do, we at least know who to call now!Thank you so much again!!!!Service: Local hauling

This towing company is absolutely garbage! They impounded my vehicle after my soon to be ex husband called them to have it removed from our home after he assaulted me and I left the home to go to work. They did not ask for proof of ownership of vehicle nor did they get a ID from the person whom signed their paperwork. Person that signed for the car to actually be impounded was not my husband. It was someone he had sign it so Tow Monkey did not even see who signed the impounded paperwork. I found the vehicle because I knew what tow company the hubby would use. They admitted to having the vehicle and told me it would cost $355 for an impoundment charge. They towed the vehicle from Pinson to Argo. I offered to pay for the price of towing, they refused. Wanted all $355. I paid it to get my vehicle out because from the looks of his yard, my car was by far the best vehicle on their lot. I plan to retain a lawyer and get this matter handled. But for future customers, I think it should be made aware that this place is crooked and it is best to do business with another towing agency.Service: Car towing

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE . THEY ARE RIP YOU OFF , THEY PROVIDE THE ROAD CALL AND JUST UNPLUG THE SENSER FROM WATER PUMP AND CHARGE ME $ 534.75 . THIS IS VERY TUFF TIME FOR TRUCKING BUSINESS THESE PEOPLE ON THE ROAD REPAIR RIP YOU OFF . I APPEAL TO MY ALL TRUCKER FELLOWS STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP .

Very rude , traffic backed up and would not let people merge almost ran me into a curb, as they went by the big guy with brown wavy hair gave me a dirty look. Less than 500 ft their lane was backed up, he turned that wrecker into the other lane without hesitation almost causing a wreck only to swing back into the other lane after going around the stalled car to turn into a restaurant! How unprofessional! You are a wrecker company and this is how your guys drive. I have family in the business and this is not how they handle things. Your drivers represent you! Bad choice!

Great experience! Rates are reasonable. I was stuck in a hole and needed a tow in the middle of the night. I called Tow Monkey, the operator was so pleasant and professional. It was about 10 minutes later the owner showed up and pulled us out of the hole. He was fast, courteous and very friendly. If your in need of a tow I highly recommend Tow Monkey!!

My family broke down on the side of the road. We were from out of town. Needed a mechanic , they picked us up brought us to the nearest hotel. Fixed our vehicle and picked us back up and brought us to pick up our car . They were very professional and the price was reasonable. I ve used Tow Monkey on two separate occasions. I locked my keys in the Altima and thought I would have to pay $350 for a new key, but a worker named Michael was able to retrieve my keys and save me money. A few months later, my truck was making an abnormal noise on 59 between Springville & Argo exit, so I decided to pull over and call, the same worker came & not only towed my truck, but also diagnosed the problem and was able to point me in the right direction to get it fixed. Can't say enough about Tow Monkey. We were hauling pea gravel down 174 when our trailer tire blew out. Tow Monkey answered the phone immediately and showed up, loaded our trailer and had us back home in less than an hour. Any other Tow company I have dealt with took HOURS and was outrageous on price. Highly highly recommend Tow Monkey for Towing Services. Just all around great!
