This is my second time purchasing at the Trussville location. Customer service, for me, is always top-notch. Purchased my 2024 Sante Fe Calligraphy.

If I could give no stars I would. I used to love taking my vehicle to this dealership. After paying a almost $200 diagnostic fee for them to say only my belts and bulbs needed to be fixed but, I had my car towed to another mechanic who could put the belts on cheaper.As soon as he opened the hood he noticed that my air compressor was dangling. THIS WAS NOT IN THE DIAGNOSTIC REPORT BTW and had just gotten towed 2 days prior. Also the bolts were broke off into the motor.All I wanted was for them to removed the broken bolts but the manager talked to me like I was stupid and referred to his Mechanic Ty as though he never has made any mistakes in his life. THEY HAVE BEEN THE ONLY PEOPLE UNDER MY HOOD SINCE REPLACING MY MOTOR. I WOULDNT ADVISE ANYONE TO GET ANYTHING FROM THIS PARTICULAR HYUNDAI BECAUSE THEY ARE LIARS AND TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORKERS MISTAKES.

My son's 2016 Sonata broke down on I-20 on a Friday afternoon on his way from Atlanta (where we live) to Bham. The tow truck took him to Serra. Brian checked him in, looked at the car, and told him the engine was probably dead. However, he proceeded to tell him that Hyundai should cover a replacement engine due to a lawsuit and that he would test it early the next week, and expected it to fail. Bad news but a ray of hope. Tues, Brian calls says it failed the test, Hyundai approved a new engine, he is getting the replacement ordered and would see if he could get a rental car. Called that afternoon, the engine was expected the following Wed (a week later), and a reservation for a rental car was already made. We picked up the rental on Friday, Sat afternoon Brian called and said our car was finished! The engine came in early on Friday morning and the mechanic installed it the SAME DAY! The level of care, communication, and complete job of servicing the customer was unparalleled and fully exceeded all expectations. I would fully recommend them for service and Brian is a one-of-a-kind customer advocate in the best way possible. Thank you!

Brooke our salesperson was absolutely FABULOUS!!! She was so sweet, answered all my questions promptly and professionally, she said she would get me in a car and she did she got my payments where I wanted it and was just overall sweet hearted and the best. I would recommend her over and over again. We LOVE Serra Hyundai and will continue to use them for years to come!!

We ve been looking for vehicles for a while, we've seen a lot of car salesman. Shane s approach was much different than the others. Wanted to make sure we got what we wanted by asking questions and narrow down to exactly what we wanted but he also offered us options to get different levels of options and costs. Great communication which is a big deal. Personable with a good sense of humor. We would buy from him again. We got what we wanted at a very good price. A perfect 10.

My experience on April 18, 2023 was nothing short of amazing! From the time I entered the parking lot, til the time I drove off the lot in my new vehicle! Every one I came in contact with was great! The deal process was amazing and the numbers that were provided were great for me as well! That was the fastest that I ve ever been in and out with getting a car! I appreciate that so much!Vince Webb made sure to go over all the bells and whistles of the Santa Fe before, during, and after the test drive and made sure to let me know that if i had any questions in the future that I could reach out without any hesitation! He even helped me with swapping things over to my new car! He is a gem and you are lucky to have him on your team!I received 10 star service from Serra Hyundai, Vince Webb, and John Myers! Went to schedule online for oil change, no dates available for desired date and time. I asked on a public page if they accepted walk ins on service, the General manager reached out to me personally, and had service reach out to me and got me in at the time I needed. When I arrived I was treated with great respect as if I was the only one there. Highly recommend!!

I found a vehicle that I wanted to purchase but the location is over an hour away so with my work schedule its hard to go back and forth. Brooke and Reggie handled everything over the phone and through email making my life so much easier. When I arrived to pick up my new vehicle i was greeted by everyone i came into contact with. This is a very friendly and professional place to do business.

We just purchased a used car for our stepson with a limited budget. He lives in Birmingham AL and we live outside Philadelphia PA. Our salesman Lorenzo and his used car manager Johnny Watwood went above and beyond to assist us in making it a nearly flawless purchase. Our first choice in vehicles ended up having a bad transmission with a failure within the the first 24 hours of purchase. They immediately offered a tow truck and loaner car until they could get it figured out. Unfortunately it was going to be too costly to repair so they offered to find us another car or a full refund. Because of their honesty, integrity and high value they clearly place on customer service & satisfaction, we had them find another vehicle which the did swiftly and efficiently. Today he drove off in his new used car with a huge smile on his face! I personally have purchased over 60 vehicle in my lifetime and NEVER had such amazing experience with any dealership. Serra Hyundai clearly make the customer their #1 priority and it shows! I highly recommend this dealer, Lorenzo and Johnny for any automotive purchase new or used. You won t be disappointed. We just purchased a 2023 Tucson Limited from Serra, through Danny Yeager. It was the best car buying experience of my life from top to bottom. Danny did an amazing job on the sales end, no high pressure sales but incredibly thorough going over all the systems of the car and the high tech features that make this car such a great value for the money. Everyone we met at the dealership from Zack (sales manager) to Joel (finance) to Sean (sales support to Danny), all incredible people. All went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We hope to buy another car soon and will absolutely use this team for our next purchase.I highly recommend this dealership

Purchased 2023 Santa Cruz. Salesman, David, had quality knowledge of vehicle selling. Explained all features of truck and after purchasing, took time to program my cell phone to unit. Everyone involved were courteous. Would recommend using this company and ask for David R.

The person that rang me up was nice, but I was told they i could come see about my brakes squealing. They didn t do anything and made me feel like they didn t want to do anything to help me with my vehicle. I would not recommend.

THIS is how the car buying process should be. Shane Shavers was responsive, really hustled for this sale and when it looked like it was all gonna go South dug his heels in until he made my dream car a reality. He was transparent, up front, walked me through this process every step of the way. I have been burned by car dealers before but this process restored my faith in this process. I would recommend Serra Hyundai, especially Shane to anyone in need of a vehicle.

I got a new job and needed a car so I went to serra Hyundai and I talked to Brooke Arnaez. Unfortunately I was unable to get a car due to my credit but the customer service I received from Brooke was amazing. She was so kind, respectful, very professional and was willing/trying to help me anyway possible. Definitely when I get my credit up I'll be going back and talking to her. I bought a 2023 Hyundai Sonata and the people that helped me with the sale were great! My 2015 Sonata Hybrid decided it wanted to finally give me issues after 16 months of having it in my possession. Called this location in Trussville and I was immediately set up to drop it off to them the very next day. Very convenient. I got my diagnostics about 5 days later and my car was repaired and ready for pick up by the 8th day. Not bad if you ask me, considering these hard working people had many cars to service as well as repair. The main service manager that helped me with my experience was Ty. Super cool guy and very knowledgeable. I was very happy with my experience. I thought I was going to be without my car for quite some time but Serra Hyundai in Trussville got me back on the road in no time. I m very appreciative!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Go see Shane! He is very trustworthy and will tell you the straight truth. I had a lot of anxiety buying a new car since my car was paid off. He calmed that anxiety and I feel I made the best decision.
