Horrible. I needed a new bulb for my tail light. Guy heard me come in and just left me standing while he gossiped with coworker. When he did ask if I needed anything he was short like I was bothering him. After walking to the bulbs another customer entered. The guy helping me then just left me. Walked away without saying anything!!! He then barked at a lady working there to go help me. What the heck! She was nice and apologized for how I was treated. She was great but the guy guaranteed that I will never go back to NAPA. The good reviews for this place must have been from when this guy was out sick or when the lady helped. Or most likely from the favored customer that came in while it was my turn.

The big guy with the dip in his mouth is the best. He knows what he s talking about. This is my new parts store.

Excellent, I knew the exact part I needed. Gave them part no they didn't have it, so I quickly looked up a part of another make vehicle that has exact same part. They had it in stock for even less. They couldn't find an interchangeable part in their computer. That needs to be fixed.

It was close to closing and they told my boyfriend that they would wait on me to get there which took me 12 minutes, and the store was closed no one was there at all.

Great napa location. I popped in while on this side of town for some cleaning supplies I needed on the way go a job. Fair priced and great people. I'd spend some money here again for real.

They always have what I am looking for with friendly service and have a huge store in Birmingham they can get parts from very quickly if they don't have in stock in Trussville.

The parts I picked up for my brother were either broken or missing pieces. Waited over a week for them. Looks like it may be another week before they're received at store. Hopefully it will be right this time

Not bad. Service over the phone was spot on. The lady that helped me was one of the most knowledgeable parts persons I have ever dealt with. Have friends that a real mechanics that say the same.

Good parts, but the parts people aren't as helpful as needed. I normally make sure I know what I need down to the part number before I enter.

Didn't want to help, and was very shortI own a shop in a another state and use napa for thousands of dollars in parts, if this was my local store I wouldn't used them
