This Jiffy Lube business is a five star. Kyle, the district manager, went above and beyond to help. We were on our way back from Florida to Pennsylvania and had some car trouble. He helped us out tremendously. Customer service is excellent.

I brought in my recently deceased father s truck to have it fully gone over. I m from out of town.The first thing that I asked for, make sure that the tires were inflated properly, I also needed an oil change, and the tires rotated.I guess I can t expect too much from a quick oil change place anymore.The service consultant brought in the cabin air filter, and that was the first thing he tried to sell me, along with a transmission flush & a fuel treatment.I got the tires rotated, Fuel treatment and a synthetic oil oil oil change.This cost around $150.00I drove the truck back to my grieving mother s house Only to find each one of the tires had 20 to 24 psi.I was angry, I drove back to the store, and I told the young man that the first thing that I have asked him to do was what he did not do.They also didn t have a mileage sticker- supply chain.I asked him where his air hose was, and he pointed it out to me. I then proceeded to air up my tires myself.It was a Sunday- they weren t busy and the display on their air hose is broken.If I can t trust you to do the first thing I asked you to do, did they really change my oil?Did they really put fuel treatment in my car?Does anybody do what they say they re gonna do anymore?These are questions that you should ask yourself before choosing this business.Kyle Groover contacted me, apologized. He said he watched the video and noticed that they also didn t do a couple of other things.He said he was going to send me some type of a gift card but he also didn t even do that.They are consistent.

These guys were awesome, I had them mount and balance my new tires and they did it fast and friendly and even though I know my wheels are bent from being old, they still got the balance just right so the car rolls smooth as glass. A lot of dedicated tire shops can't even pull that off, so I was super excited they did such great work! Will come back for all my tire needs! I would let them change my oil but I am a mechanic and do all my own work, I just don't have a tire machine.

Switching from express from jiffy hands down jiffy all day. The guys did great and HIGHLY recommend. Jiffy lube is my now go to. Thanks guys. And very impressed with the new GM at the trussville location. Keep up the good work. Thanks again.

Good place to actually get an oil change. Techs are thorough with checking under the hood and informing you if they see anything.A lot of places say you need an oil change every 3k. This is not always true. Look at your manual for your vehicles recommended oil change. Mine is 5k to 10k based on the oil I use. If a place tells you others wise it's just a way for them to make money. I know because my uncle was a master mechanic , so I will be coming here more often due to the quick service and honesty. Waited 25 min tops

Very professional & trustworthy. I had started doing my own oil changes after a bad service received at express oil change, so am glad to have found a place I can feel good about doing oil changes on my 20 year old Land Rover & not damaging anything.

The team leader at Jiffy Lube location was outstanding. The customer service was outstanding. The only issue I had or have they did not update the sticker in my window to let me know when my next oil change would be, and they did not reset the settings inside of the car on my panel. These are things that would be nice to have had them done since other locations do it without you When the next time your car need to be serviced I got a complete all change and filter change and also flushed the transmission fluid but none of the settings reset the changes on the service that was given to Jeanette very good location to get your cars SUV or truck or the in-service that keep up the good work

I could not have imagined a more perfect experience in any way. The service technicians were most courteous, professional, and knowledgeable from the beginning. I was made aware of deals and specials before deciding what services I needed. The waiting room was very nice and equipped with complimentary drinks and WiFi. The wait time was far less than I expected and one of the service guys even walked me to my car and opened my door for me. I will not be going anywhere else!Services: Tires, Oil change

Lied and said lift was broken and they couldn't rotate my tires. I leave and come back 10 mins later it's a car on the lift.

The greeting was the best part of the experience. After that I was escorted to the lobby. While in the lobby I was privy to a phone call the manager had with another customer about an issue. After the call the manager went to the tech that the complaint was on(same tech patching my tire) and had a discussion about the complaint. This seemed to frustrate the tech. He finished with my tire shortly after. Upon getting in my car I noticed I still had a low tire pressure fault. The tire that they had just patched was 20 psi low. They corrected the issue an I went about my way. Since then I have had to put air in my tire every day due to their improper patch, and will be having to get a new tire(even though this tire is only a year old). I feel is was the manager distracting the tech that caused the poor repair of the tire. I will not be going back and do not recommend.Service: Tires

I ve been there numerous times for an oil change But this time I went in to get my fluids topped off. Needless to say they didn t top off anything. It seems as if the crew changes every time I go there I think I m a find somewhere else to take my business. Because I cannot lose a motor to these guys if you re lazy on someone else watch! But they are friendly and nice people!

Whatever You Don t Never Ever Ever Get Any Car Work Done At Jiffy Lube - Chalkville RD and I Really Mean It. You All Have Been Warned Only Go To Express Oil or Walmart In This Area.

I stopped by Jiffy Lube because my refill coolant sensor came on. The young man with cornrows to the back informed me they couldn t top off my fluids because I have a BMW and he needed to get approval from his manager. I waited every bit of 7minutes so I decided to leave. Before leaving he walked up to me saying I ll have to decline. If you can t top off coolant in ANY car you re not a mechanic or technician. They either didn t want to deal with me or truly can t top fluid off on vehicles. I ve done business with them in the past and they assisted me in the same vehicle. Different technicians of course. My last time EVER visiting Jiffy Lube!!! I ll go to Express Oil Change, they would NEVER refuse to help.

I got my oil changed in my work truck here and I am a stickler for leaky trucks on customer driveways pulled in customers house today and poured oil all on it, a week ago this place changed my oil and the oil filter was 2 threads from coming off, lazy workmanship. But Manager or owner was very nice I had left my coupon at the house and he had still gave me the discount. So if u don t care if your vehicle locks up from lack of oil but want good service this is the place to go.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

These guys are super helpful and go above and beyond their jobs. They found a dangerous issue with my brakes missing a part and didn t let me leave until I could drive away safe. The mechanic actually drove to auto zone to buy me a missing a part to put on! Wow.I felt very comfortable while I waited with my baby and confident I was being well taken care of. My truck was running horribly. Plus I needed tires. It took a day or two but I am so incredibly satisfied. Everything was great, my truck is running like new.
