Spoke to Curtis, He was an absolute gentleman! I was driving back to New York after purchasing a car and bought it to these guys to check it out. Super professional and trust worthy.. you honestly can't ask for more. 5 STARS.

I trust this group of guys and enjoyed my time there waiting for my truck to be serviced. They were fast and efficient and also didn't press me to purchase things at this time I did not need! It was a breath of fresh air getting honest service. I pray God bless them!

A good shop is not easy to find. This is a great shop! Gentleman who pulled my truck in came to speak with me about a few minor issues with my tires while doing the wheel balance and made a little change to the plan to deliver a better result. Truck is smooth as butter now! There is a reason their reviews are positive and their bays are always full!

Stopped on a cross country drive to fill my tires since the temp dropped 50 deg overnight. Service was quick and they didn t charge me. Thanks so much for the service to get us back on the road.

They do great work, but what sets them apart is their honesty. Thought my fuel pump went out, 1700.00 fix, but it ended up being a fuse. They could have said they replaced it, there would have been no way for me to know because of where the pump is located.

They want way to much information upfront before even giving a tire price, no one needs that much history to price a tire. I live 1 minute away and was paying cash but I will spend my money elsewhere. If you want to sell tires a customer should be able to see pricing before having to give your life story.

The kindest people, Curtis especially. They fixed my tires and kept disaster from occurring by replacing a missing brake caliper bolt. I appreciate it so much and will go no where else from here on out. Thank you!

I thought I had the best luck when my car stopped in front of this auto repair shop. I went in to see if they could take a look at my car and was asked if I had someone to come get me because they couldn t even look at my car until the next day. That wasn t so bad but good customer service, or trying to help me in any way was non-existent. I had to call another car repair shop to come tow and service my vehicle for what happened to be an easy fix. It was obvious my money wasn t welcome and they weren t looking for new paying customers. Never again!

Me and my husband were on our way to the beach and had a bad valve stem on one of our tires. We stopped in here and they got our car right in, fixed it immediately, and we were on our way very quickly. Everyone was super nice and I would highly recommend!! Glad to see there are still places that operate like this.

They aligned my tesla here. I won't take it anywhere else but this place. Super friendly and professional. Prices are great too.

Excellent service, and great people!Even as we had already paid and we were leaving, one of the mechanics hollered at us that we had a low tire and if we would pull up to the bay, he checked the tires and added air. Very good honest people.

Service and prices are excellent. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They will special order tires if need be - we have a travel trailer that needed new tires. They special ordered them for us, mounted and balanced them at a very reasonable cost. We have been using them for all our tire needs for the past 10 years. Every experience with them has been excellent.

We had an emergency situation on the interstate and needed a tire quick and they took the best care of 5 women in a car. Very friendly and got us fixed up and back on the road fast. Definitely recommend!

First time going here and I have to say my experience was exceptional.They took the time and patience to take care of my expensive wheels with no scratches and actually showed me what they were doing on my car. They did all of this in a timely manner as well.They did not turn me away because of a lowered vehicle like so many other places will. I have found a new favorite tire/alignment store.I definately recommend.

I broke down during a 13 hour car drive. My roadside assistance suggested this garage. I am so unbelievably thankful they did. I spoke with them first thing in the morning and by lunch they diagnosed and repaired my car (alternator was done)I was charged a great price for fast and quality work and with it being so close to the holiday season I truly appreciate that.Being in an area I didn t know I am thankful I found this place when I needed them!

I have been using Harbison for over a year now. These guys are straight forward and reliable. I also just enjoy the personality of the guys that work here. I cant imagine taking any of my cars to somebody else while I'm living in the Trussville area. Keep up the good work guys!

Daughter had to stop to get a tire replaced. Very friendly, professional service. Very nice, clean waiting area, with coffee and water available. Got type changed quickly and we were on our way.

I have used them for years. They have always been so friendly and honest. They are family owned and and that is how it feels when you walk in. They have never tried to sale me something that coast more they aways check prices and give me the choice. I would recommend them to everyone in this area in Jefferson and St. Clair County.

They had the best price on specific tires I was looking for with an alignment. They were fast and friendly. I have used them several times in the past for tires.I am a little concerned after my most recent tire rotation and balance though. My car uses 5 lug nuts per tire, but 1 was missing from each front tire. The threads were stripped on the studs. The hubcaps cover them, which is why I did not see it until I took the car to my mechanic for a brake job and he pointed it out.I purchased the car back in July of 2019, so now I am wondering if it was like that, or did they do it and not say anything. I don't know. What I do know is that they did not mention the missing lug nuts, which is disconcerting for a tire specialist.I docked a star because of the lack of a notification about the missing lug nuts.

Had front end alignment on 3 vehicles so far and they did a great job. Nice clean area to wait with refreshments. Great service at a great price with only a short wait. I'm highly satisfied.

We have used Harbison Tire & Auto for years and have never had a bad experience. They're honest, reliable and knowledgeable. If we go anywhere else, it's because they've told us to! Love the friendly folks there, too!

Harbison has put tires on all three of our vehicles plus oil changes and other work. They are friendly, accommodating and have very fair pricing. There are places closer we can go to but it is worth the drive to Argo.

Very friendly, family owned tire shop with really good donuts and coffee in the waiting area. Replaced all four tires and am very pleased with the price, service and quality. Definitely recommend!

Have bought off-road, pick up, car and travel trailer tires here. At least 8 sets between the wife and I. I even saw them replace tires on a medical style scooter once! I guess if it has wheels and tires they'll at least try to get/keep you rolling. Don't plan to go anywhere else. Have had a few mechanical issues addressed over the years. I trust their diagnostics and opinions. Always fast, thorough with options to fit most budgets.

I was in a pinch today with a tire valve stem off of my fourwheeler. I called Brady at Harbison tire and asked if he could help with this situation. He was very quick to accommodate me as in the next 10 minutes (how long it took me to drive up there and for him to fix it). He helped me fix this minor problem quickly and efficiently.
