I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They had my vehicle so long I almost had to get flowers for our 1 year anniversary.I even did the leg work of getting part numbers. The work was subpar, the first time I was told it was done I found visible fasteners that had been swapped for rusty chrome ones. ( had pictures to confirm they were wrong). Then the paint work was awful. It had issues that weren't there in the previous pictures. I then went back multiple times after they said it was done and it wasn't(each time 45min drive one way), for some blatantly obvious workmanship problems. I was told the vehicle was done no less than 4 times. When i picked it up I ran out of gas before I got the end of their road. I don't know if it was left empty because they didn't bother to look or out of pettiness. When I got it home I still found issues but no way I would take it back. The rear bumper bolts going to the frame weren't tight, Bolts on the fenders not tight, HEADLIGHT GLUED IN... The more I dig into to my jeep the more sloppiness I find.

I'll leave a review after the repair work is done. The rating was due in part because of the red tape on your end just getting the car repaired. I was greeted by the awesome scheduler Angela when I first walked in. The front seating area was kept nice and neat. She worked with me to get my vehicle in ASAP because we are moving to England and have to sale the vehicle. I left it with them and traveled to California for the week. They kept me in the loop from start to finish. The repairs were completed fast and right the first time. I am very happy with their work. Thank you Gerber!!! I have had my vehicle repaired at Myers and Collision Repair on several occasions. I have always found them to be very helpful with all of my car repair needs. They have worked with my insurance company to make sure that I had all that my car required in order for it to be repaired in a timely manor and excellent quality.The last time I took my care to Myers auto and collision, my car was under warranty and the insurance company did not want to repair my bumper with the same high grade parts that were placed on them initially. Mr. Myers 3rd called and spoke with them several times over a three day period and informed me that if my insurance company placed a sub-grade bumper on my vehicle, my warranty through Honda would be null and void! I was not aware of this and, but my insurance company was but still chose not share that information with me. Of course, they wanted me to agree with their estimate of repairs. Once they found out that Myers Auto and Collision found out they were working for me as a valued customer, my insurance company complained to them that they were making me upset as a policy holder. I am so VERY glad I had Myers on my team looking out for me at that time. Needless to say, I fired my insurance agency!I will continue to take my vehicle to Myers Auto and Collision because they work for you as their customer to get the very best work done, in a timely manor and at a reasonable cost!Satisfied customer!

Honestly, I went with Gerber because they are a preferred provider with my insurance company. Let me tell you, they under-promised and over-delivered. They give frequent updates and the staff is super friendly. Definitely recommend if you need some paint and body work!

This place is the worst collision dealer I have seen. My car was towed there and no one looked at my car for 3 weeks. The receptionist kept telling me we will look at it this week with no success. One week the estimator was on vacation etc. I finally got my car towed to another shop.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I'm extremely happy with the service I received at Myers Auto Collision. This was probably the 6th time I have had to take one of my cars in for repairs over the past 20 years. (That's what happens when you have 4 kids). Mr Myers and his staff were great about keeping me updated on the status. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them.

If I could give these guys a 10 star I would! I had my wreck at the end of March and they got my car in and out of the shop within two weeks. Everyone there was so helpful with any questions I had but I have to give a huge shoutout to Angela bc she is amazing! She communicated very well and kept me updated almost daily with the repair process of my jeep. These people are amazing and I appreciate their hard work! Thank you guys for all that you did for me!

Mr Myers is one of the kindest people I know. His staff is also wonderful. They fixed a bad paintjob area on my Lexus and it looks brand new. They charged an extremely reasonable price and put a lifetime warranty on it as well. My husband also had a rattle in his car fixed here and they charged very little and fixed what the dealership couldn't fix in 5 times leaving it with them. We will never take our cars anywhere else.

Myers Auto Collision went above and beyond for me and my family. They not only were willing to repair our vehicle, but also helped walk us through the process of dealing with a not so good insurance company. Mr. Myers was professional, courteous, and took great care of our family through this difficult time. The time he took with me, was really unheard of these days. From top to bottom, Myers auto Collision Center is the best around. I highly recommend there services.

Myers automotive is a step above! They absolutely are in it for the service of the customer and nothing else. Not only will they do repairs and parts that are the best and safest for the car, they will share their extensive knowledge of the insurance industry with you and do everything they can to help you navigate your claim. They are truly a shining light and an advocate for people at a time when you think everything is at its worst (because insurance companies are the worst!). I will never stop recommending them to anyone who needs ANY body work done on their vehicle.

We took our automobile into Myers Auto Collision and Repair in Trussville, Alabama. Our car had been side-swiped. Mr. Myers is very professional and extremely competent. He treated us with the utmost care. He thoroughly explained the process we would be facing in dealing with the Insurance companies. We had no idea. He was absolutely correct in everything he told us. He explained everything with great clarity as he helped us navigate through this ordeal, step-by-step. His personal integrity and commitment to the highest ethical and moral standards was absolutely outstanding! We can't thank him enough! We would also like to thank his staff, in particular Tasha, who was so incredibly helpful as well! We are extremely grateful! We would highly, highly recommend them. Thank you again, Mr Myers, for everything!

My Mazda CX-3 had a couple dents where a tire flew up and hit it while I was driving down the highway. The dents were on my hood, with the paint dinged off and the front grill was also cracked. I absolutely love this car and Serra Mazda referred me to Myers. Mr Myers III took AWESOME care of me and my Mazda. He was so fair on the price and when I received my car back - it was gorgeous!!! My car has white pearl paint and they were able to match the paint perfectly. You cannot tell it had any dent dings or paint dings. It looks new again. I highly recommend them for their quality work. On top of that, they are great to deal with and Mr. Willie is a WONDERFUL man :)... Thank you SO MUCH for what you did for me....

Excellent work. Very professional and honest. Staff is outstanding. I would recommend Myers Auto Collision to family and friends. If I could give Myers Auto Collision Repair 10 stars I would. I was recently involved in a deer collision accident. Willie Myers sat down with me and told me exactly what to expect from my insurance company, step by step instructions on what to ask for, and what to be prepared for so that there were no surprises. I m still in the process of settling the claim, but I feel so much more confident now than I did going in. I m so thankful for the knowledge he gave me. Willie Myers has literally been the silver lining to my incredibly unfortunate situation. If you are looking for an auto shop that will get you in and out and send you on your way, then I suggest you find someplace else. If you re looking for an honest, reliable, trustworthy company that will fight the fight with you and honorably, look no further.

A family owned company that treats you like family. They TRULY care about the customer and their well-being. Willie Myers, III actually took time out of his day to look up cars online with me and figure out the math for the type of payment I could afford after a flood totaled my car. Seriously, this company is the best around. Highly recommend!!!

Chris and everyone at Gerber made life very easy. They took care of everything and did a fantastic job. My fusion has a multi-layered color and the match was perfect. They got it back to me in no time. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

Professional, courteous, kind, and diligent, Gerber fixed my 2018 Lexus ES 350 with quality performance. They also brought to my attention where I could have been badly hurt from previous work done by the dealership. I would recommend them 100%

I met Mr. Willie in October of 2016 when a deer ran out in front of my car. I thought I would just get my car fixed and go about my business, but Mr. Willie took care of me even when my insurance company tried to lie to me. I did everything he told me to do and I came out on top! I wish there was a way I could give the One Million stars because 5 isn t enough! I highly recommend this company and I am proud to be a loyal customer!

I visited Gerber today with some ongoing issues associated with my car door that was previously fixed by Meyer about a year ago. The mechanic had the issue fixed in 15 minutes and did not charge me to fix my door. I was not expecting this outcome and they surpassed my expectations. I will definately use Gerber in the future.

When my car was hit by another person, and I didnt know how to deal with the insurance company?! Myers helped me to deal with them as they were trying to get over on me!!! Myers helped turn it around with their Knowledge and professionalism! it took two months for me to fight with them and get it settled! if it want for Myers, I would not have got what I deserved!

Myers is a horrible repair shop. They are friendly staff to your face but over the phone is a different story. They also charge more than what was quoted to your insurance and make you pay out of pocket for it. When I requested to see the contract I signed they told me I could not see a copy of it and this isn t how it works . Which is blatantly illegal for me not to see a legal document I signed. Figured I would go ahead and pay out of pocket instead of taking him to court. Horrible service, takes forever to get your car back, and Myers will bully you to pay extra.

Recently used Myers Auto collision Repair and had an awesome experience with Mr. Myers along with his staff. Coordinated rental car for me and kept me up-to-date with status on my car. Repair work on my 2015 Infiniti QX 60 was suberb!!!

Positive: Office Staff is friendlyNegative: I had a bad experience with Myers. I took my car there after an accident and then I told Mr Myers I wanted a second quote. He told me that that was not how it worked but that he would fix it or it would be totaled. I told him I wanted a second quote before making a decision and he told me I would have to pay $284 for the estimate he had given. I asked for a breakdown of the charges and it includes charges for him talking with me on the telephone to discuss the quote. I DO NOT SUPPORT BUSINESS THAT CHARGE TO TALK ON THE PHONE. Mr Myers talked me into signing an agreement which was a mistake on my part and then he would not release my car to get a second quote without paying him $284. I will not be doing business with Myers any longer and I encourage others to look elsewhere.
