Very knowledgeable and has great service. I only visited once, but was very pleased. I only had to wait two minutes and someone was there to check my car. They did a very thorough diagnostics, didn t find anything but were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. Great female manager. Sorry I didn t get her name.

Installed battery in my 2018 Silverado. Which is not the easiest battery install. Very nice and professional service. Would definitely recommend if you need a battery.

I had an AWESOME experience yesterday! My battery needed to be replaced. Sheldon S. assisted me. I tell you he went OVER and BEYOND the call of duty to replace my battery. What should have taken him less than five minutes took approximately 25 minutes. We didn't anticipate the issue with the post on my old battery being almost broken off. Sheldon took his time and worked so hard and got my old battery out. He remained patient and professional the ENTIRE and got my new battery installed. The epitome of excellent customer service!!!

Always pleasant & helpful especially when testing battery etc. Only problem I have are prices! Wow, most are extremely more than other stores. It's convenient in a pinch but wish they tried to be competitive or even close to others. Don't mind paying little extra for convenience but when something cost $3.34 at Walmart why would I pay over $6 for same product?

Normally, in an emergency situation our local Advance Auto Parts stores will allow you to borrow tools if you only need, say, one item or a couple of items. This location not only did NOT offer this small assistance, but were standoffish during the transaction. They have jobs to do as well, but a little human kindness goes a long way.I wouldn't personally visit again unless I had to, but I'm sure you could find what you needed here all the same.

Gracie was awesome! She got me the correct lights i needed for my car, listened, went out to my car to look and was funny. I'd definitely go back to this location for any other things I needed.

I had needed a wiper that needed replaced I had called the Trussville store on Saturday 12-21-19 and they told me to come in by and the would replace it at their store. I actually made to the store today because I m going out of town to replace the wiper and the guy told me he wouldn t replace the wiper because it was raining so I was pretty upset and didn t replace my wiper, ended up having to drive to another store to replace my wiper, I will never return to this store. Funny how employees forget that without the customers there is no need for the employee.

Super helpful! They ran tests on my car for free before making me spend tons of money replacing a battery or alternator that we thought needed to be replaced - when in fact, it did NOT! Very helpful and very quick!

Everytime that I go into the Advance Auto Parts store on HWY11, I am greeted with a smile and some sort of verbal communication. Not only is the staff very knowledgeable about the inventory, but they are also willing to help me and answer any questions that I may have. I have bought evrything in there from butane to a new car battery. They usaully have some sort of special going on as well that is definitely worth checking out. The other thing that I like about the store is they allow the Teen Challenge Women's center in Hayden to use their parking lot for a car wash. I know this helps the center out, and it's a great way for people to be educated about Teen Challenge.

11-22-2022...UPDATE! Just picked car up from Nissan dealer. (5 days later) Subtract $81.88 for cabin air filter and Advance cost me another $170.41 on top of $270.00 for battery. FYI...DO NOT let them plug their box into your OBD port. I would have much rather set my clock and radio stations. Blew window fuses, AWD fuses, Keyless entry fuses, and that's all I know for sure. Told me to take it to another shop and get it repaired. They didn't have anything to do with problems. My last trip there for sure.11-18-2022...Had battery changed in Nissan Rogue Sport. Battery $100 cheaper than dealer. Anyway, all kinds of codes now. At Nissan dealer now and leaving car. They blew fuses and haven't figured out what else yet. Going to cost 3/4 times as much now as the battery would have cost to start with at dealer. Learned my lesson...again! Cheaper ain't always the way to go!

My vehicle was overheating this morning and I have no clue what I m doing with the vehicle other than driving it but the guys at this location work extremely helpful. And I would definitely do business with this location again !!! Thank y all so much !!
