These people are the best! Had a slow leak on our inner rear motor home tire,the technician removed the two rear wheels,found the leak was a valve stem extension,just removed it and was good to go,aired up the remaining 5 tires,said no charge and took care of us almost immediately,I can t thank them enough! And they were friendly,something you don t see in south Florida.

I stopped in because I had a nail in my tire, they removed the tire from the car and pulled out the nail to find that the nail was not long enough to penetrate the tire and there was no leaks they put the tire back on and didn't even charge me anything.....So I tipped the technician and left as a happy customer..... I recommend this place if you are in or near Troy Alabama and have tire problems!!!!

Never go there they are rude and very unprofessional had 1 flat that needed repairs bought tires there 1 year ago after waiting for 2 hours I left

Great service! Our daughter s car had a flat in a parking lot on campus and the service truck went there, took off the tire, assessed the problem, and brought back a new tire and put it on her car. All while she was at classes. It was such a relief. We will continue to purchase our tires from them!Service: TiresService: Tires

On our way to Orlando our front tire was making a loud noise and thought it was the breaks, it was just a rock in the roaders they found it in not even 5 minutes. Quick and excellent service we highly recommend!

I've been going to Road Mart when needed for years. My parents were going to them, even taking my car up there for me, for years prior to my going. The staff as a whole are nice people. Their work performances are always completed in a cool timely manner. Best believe the work is done correctly. I haven't had to ask them to work on something they've already worked on before (due to them not doing it right).. it's always a new service besides the oil changes, rotate and balances. Good people with an even better service. Thank you guys.

My daughter called me about her cars brakes making noise. I looked up RoadMart in Troy and the reviews looked good. I told her to take the car by there and call me back with a price.I know how much brake pads cost, $30 - $50 a set. So I figured maybe $200, maybe $250 including labor. She call me back and said the front and back need replacing. It would be over $800. This is a 2010 Nissan! I thought, she must have misunderstood them. So I called them up and yep, over $800. They also wanted to replace the rotors. I asked why, he said they had hot spots on them.At this point there was no way I was letting them touch the car. I priced the brake pads out myself for $70. For all of them. The rotors only needed turning, not replacing. Be aware, they tried to charge a young collage girl over $700 in labor for a one to two hour job. SMH

This place is super nice and great service! Absolutely 110% satisfied with the customer service and speed of service and friendliness and attention and honest with very reasonable prices. In fact I am going there now to get tires for my mothers vehicle. I only started using this facility last month , purchasing 16 trailer tires and 4 truck tires and couldn t be more pleased with the service and the way they operate . Recommend this service shop for all your automotive needs . I can honestly tell you that I don t trust mostly any mechanic shop because of different experiences in my life; was skeptical at first until I walked in the door; the way the front desk staff were polite and helpful and friendly as well as the service mechanics. I highly recommend this business to everyone!Thank you Brian and Jason and your staff for the quality and swiftness I was given. Truly upstanding and outstanding service! Thanks again!

Traveling home in our camper one morning we noticed the strap holding the fuel tank on our truck broke. We called the RoadMart in Troy Al. They got the truck right in. Had to order a part and wouldn t be in till afternoon. They gave my husband a ride back to the campground. Three hours later they called, all fixed. They came back and picked up my husband and took him to pick up our truck. Great service! Great Price! Would highly recommend them.

I'm a single father who was passing through town when I had a tire spring a leak. I stopped here because the leak forced me to, but it was a lucky break. These guys patched my tire and had me back on the road with my little man in 30 minutes. When I asked what I owed them, the manager Jason handed me my keys and told me to have a nice day. It was an extraordinary act of kindness, and it meant a lot to me. I don't know what these guys charge, but I do know that they are a business run with kindness and empathy. I think that's worth paying for.

This Road Mart in Troy is Awesome. We worked with Jason and crew. Our vehicle broke down and they were able to fix it and did so in a timely manner so we can get back on the road again. We are very happy to recommend them.

Prior to my first visit there I was told it was expensive and not worth the stopping there but I found that to be completely opposite. The staff was extremely professional and even took time to explain more helpful information after repairing my tire. I was even more satisfied once I got my receipt. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Had used before and they always try to up-sale and find any possible item to replace, but just say NO. I always asked for SARGE to look at car because he was wise and honest. Yesterday, went to see about alignment but they ignored me until I started walking out. The place is twice as big now so maybe just too busy. Others have told me they don't go anymore either...they don't trust them.

I am really satisfied the new tires and alignment for my car that i recommended them to my ex and he bought tires too. They were pretty quick with si it wasnt a long wait. Great prices and Brian who works at rhe desk was very friendly and courteous as well as helpful and infrormative. Will make them my new gome tire etc.go to

Nail in our tire on our road trip. Drove in and got prompt and fast service. We tried to pay, but they did it for free! Would have been happy even with a charge.

I came here to fix flat tires. After they checked it my tires not flat, the problem is an air hole ( plug ) incorrect position. They fixed it for free. I left without a charge. Great customer service and kindness.

My 19 year old son got his car towed there cause his ball joint broke on his 1996 crown Victoria and they wanted to charge him almost $700 for repair. This place is a rip off. What a joke. Stay far away from this place.Parts cost $50 from dealership, we ended up getting it towed away from there to another shop which was a lot cheaper to get repaired.

I had a flat and went by right before closing. They were so kind and understanding and found the screw in my tire and were able to fix it. They didn't even say anything about it being closing time. If you are in the Troy area defiently recommend them!

They need to screen their workers better. Bought tires from there and 2 days later brand-new tire was flat took 2 1/2 weeks before they fixed it then had to come to house next day with another Brand New tire
