Once I did my application and got approved I picked out what I wanted and within minutes I was receiving a text from Jerry and got everything rolling and out for delivery within 2 days

It s been pretty good the auto pay. Had messed up a couple times but other wise it s easy ! Yes I maybe paying a little more in the long run but when you in a bind and need a washer it s a great optio.

Very unprofessional! Will not honor agreements made online!! And because we made a complaint against them manager kept our money because we decided not get product after they kept changing our agreement! They wanted more money than what was asked for online! I believe the Troy store is scamming! Be careful! We will not let this go! They really deserve no stars

Worse customer service ever. First i got told my couches would be here Thursday at 1. Waited around for it, never showed. Called and then got told oh we have you for Friday now so we will get it to you first thing in the morning so around 10:30-12. Never showed again. Told me that he didn t know where the workers were and that they should of been back a hour ago. It is now 4 o clock and was told at 12 that they would be here in a hour. Just awful.

This is my ultimate fav RAC! Love Josh / James and Stephen. If yall need something ask for one of them. To much sadness Josh is no longer here. However, Jerry the new manager is awesome too. My AC went wack and Jerry fixed the AC himself... No hassles, no grief, he said bring it to me and I'll fix it. Within an hour my AC was fixed and working like new. Just another reason why I love this store and it's people.

After having problems with some other furniture stores in Troy I came here. The staff is receptive and the store is nicely organized. I ended up getting a bed for my son.
