Long story short our truck got towed and there were a lot of tools on the back in the deputies took pictures with their phones so we had proof that the tools. The next day the lady tells me there is no tools of that kind in the truck so all together over $1,100 worth of tools were taken out of that truck from the time the law let it go on the tow truck by the next morning. There was issues with the vehicle and I believe that they thought they could get away with this which they did this business is completely thumbs down. I would not recommend them towing my bicycle

Firstly, my experience with Pee Wee's was over a year ago now. I hit a deer December of 2021. I contacted this collision center via my insurance recommendation, and WOW! I felt so comfortable with this company. Dana was so incredibly welcoming and walked me through the whole process. She looked out for me as if I was a member of her family, I swear this lady never meets a stranger. She and her associates worked with me allowing me the use my vehicle in-between repairs, due to Covid causing part delays. Although, the shipping for parts took a long time, the work this company provided was top notch! I've had no issues with the vehicle during or after the repairs. Highly highly recommend them! The man there is hilarious he had me cracking up while getting my truck out of the pound. When finally making it to my truck I tried to crank it and it didn't start so he went out of his way to jump my truck off. Was having a really rough day and he brighten it just a little for me. Thanks

This morning on my way to work I totalled my car, Page from Peewee's was called out to pull me out. Today is his daughter's birthday, she came along. Page was so kind, talked with myself and my brother giving us the best options for us. He went above and beyond. If ever I have car issues in Troy I will be calling Page! They are all so charming and nice. My seat belt buckle wouldn t latch so I was told to come here from Jim Waley s. The gentleman that looked at my buckle and manage to get it working; my next step probably would have been replacing the whole seat belt but He manage to get it working apparently there was a little piece of plastic stuck inside it. He was really sweet and when he was finished I thanked him and asked what I owed them and he said nothing I took 30 minutes of his time and the lady behind the desk but he said it was his good deed for the day. I really appreciate what they did and would highly recommend them to anyone that asks

I called about getting a truck towed and compared there pricing to there competitors (trying to get the best price I could ) and befor I hung up with them they said that I wouldn t find a better price and quickly began to bad mouth there competitor ( who I ended up using for 2/3 the price of peewees) safe to say I won t be using peewees ever again as there competition had better price and friendly drivers as well I didn t have to hear about all the pride

The cost was fair towing car to yard ,BUT the price that my daughter was giving to replace Alternator and serpentine belt was little outrageous,over 800.00 to replace it,don't know if they was trying to take advantage of a young girl that didn't know any better,but I was able to pay 23.00 for belt and 199.00 for alternator and 145.00 for mobile mechanic,so i got fixxed for less than half than what you was trying to charge my daughter,so Towing service is great,but your mechanics price price gougers
