I had a great experience with this company! I spoke with someone who was working from home as what I would call a dispatcher! Even though she was at home with her family and helping her kids who I heard in the background, she was so helpful and answered all my questions! She was so patient with me not knowing anything I needed to know to get the service set up! Morgan came out from Troy to New Brockton to pick up my car while I was working and dropped it off safely at the shop I chose! He was so kind and very funny even though it was late and he was probably at home relaxing! Normally I would be a little hesitant or nervous to let someone tow my car because the driver would either dismiss me, be rude to me, or just avoid talking entirely, but Morgan talked to me like anyone I know would and laughed with me at such an odd experience that happened with my car! He was great and did not make me question the integrity of this company! I will definitely be recommending this service to any friends who need it!

Never used them, but if their services are indicated by the terrible driving of their employees, I won t be. In his tow truck, he came flying around my small children and I in my car (though we were in traffic and I was doing the speed limit) and stared me down as if I had done something wrong. I simply waved. Have a nice day sir. And may God keep you safe on the way to wherever you re going that s so important.

By FAR one of the most unprofessional and impersonal businesses I have EVER dealt with! After being hit head-on by a drunk driver on the highway, my totaled-out vehicle wound up with these idiots. Since I was at the hospital immediately following my accident, I was unable to retrieve my belongings from the vehicle. It took me two days to get my belongings AND my medication that I need daily. After alerting the proprietor of the need for my medication, I was charged a convenience fee to get my meds...BUT I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THEY GOT ANOTHER TOW TO ENTER THE YARD!!! Why did I pay a fee for someone to have to come open the gate for me if I was only going to be allowed entrance into the yard during the performance of the regular business??? I am hopeful that the State of Alabama discontinues their relationship with these gangsters, and I am looking to lead the charge to bring about this reality. I received excellent service from this company. I received a call to verify my car and tell me they had arrived to tow my car. I greatly appreciated the attitude of the driver as well! Very reasonable pricing!

My parents had a motorcycle accident in Troy on 7-29-12. Jacobs were called out by the police as they were the towing service on duty. To tow two Harley Davidson motorcycles 4 miles they charged $350. If the excessive towing fee were not bad enough. They refused to accept check,debit or credit card for payment. Cash only. My father was forced to seek out ATM machine with 4 broken ribs. If not equipped to take other forms of payment should they be on police rotation? This is a question I will take up with the Mayor or City Council if necessary.

My truck was in a wreck i was hurt bad paid a driver two hours to bring me back to troy al where wreak happen. due to a hurt clavicle i could not drive. to only find out that workers was in my truck going thru my things to steal shoes,clippers an my ring ...like if you steal from a hurt person whats your point living ..life to short not to help the next man or woman..god bless em an dont trust em

Next time your drivers mad and decides to throw a can at my car while I'm driving, I'll be calling the police, not your office. You'll be hearing from my insurance company for the chipped paint on my hood.

Predatory business practices is all I can say. Anyone who can charge what they did to go the short distance they took my vehicle should not sleep at night. Thieves.
