Kelsey Paul is my go-to person at Guardian for any financial assistance or simple inquiries. She s always willing to go above & beyond to help with any situation. Although Kelsey usually knows the answer to most questions, she ll go the extra mile to find an accurate answer if she doesn t know. She s extremely thorough with information & she always gets things accomplished promptly & efficiently. I can t say enough good things about Kelsey!

Everyone is very nice. But I love BRITTANY, "Hey girl, WHAT YOU UP TO". Her energy is always through the roof with her beautiful personality. I love that girl. My friend Jason is awesome as well, "Hey friend." Heather is great, too.... Mr Tony is awesome, and Kelsey is sweet! Love my Guardian family.

This branch goes above and beyond for their clients. We have used Guardian for numerous transactions and have been pleased with their prompt professionalism! They offer great perks on interest for checking/savings accounts and every loan transaction has been seamless!

It is a absolute joy to bank with these guys. The customer service is amazing, everyone is fast and friendly. I have had the privilege to work with Mrs. Ashley Richter a few times and she has been completely accommodating to my schedule and has gone out of her way to help me.

I went through the drive thru to get a money order for rent and they said they didn t do them through the drive thru anymore. Granted there is no line in the drive thru and I get out of my car to go inside and it is 5 people ahead of me. What type of customer service is that? Guardian in Troy sucks once again if I didn t have my car payment through them my account would ve been closed.

This is a terrible bank u can never call in an get your balance or just speak with someone at the bank where you opened the account an when going online they keep saying i put in the wrong info which was given by the bank my son cant even check his own account yall really need to do better only thing great about this bank u can open up a account with a dollar customer service was great
