Very courteous, and polite, one of my new tires were warped, from shipping, and this team went out of their way to make sure it was balanced correctly, and the ride is fantastic.....thanks to the firestone team in troy Alabama I left a very satisfied customer....

I came to get a slow leak fixed and when i left and pulled into the grocery store my tire pressure was on 30 when i came out 20 minutes later started home the pressure was on 26. Had to come back and get it fixed again with milk and frozen stuff having to sit in my car while they do it again. They have been pleasant as for as that but just aggravating to have to come back again

My Son took his car to Firestone, and they did a complete service on his car, turned out it was his motor and the problem was missed diagnosed. They made it right! And I'm so grateful, they could have taken advantage of my son but they didn't. Their Integrity speaks volumes, thank you!

went there for a check up on some things, got an oil change while I was there. Realized today that all they did was drain the oil and didn't replace it.

My husband s truck broke down, while towing my small car that had broken down in Troy while I was passing through on travel!! Mike was wonderful to work with. Honest about what we could expect, fair with prices, and generous with his help. We recommend Firestone in Troy.

Juan, the store manager, was great to deal with. His guys got us in and out to replace a tire in about an hour, last minute. They had a tire we couldn t find anywhere else in short notice. He was extremely patient with us and so nice! He was also able to help us get a lower price!Service: TiresService: Tires

Went here due to my car's plan with Car Mart. I get a certain amount of free oil changes. I was actually told horror stories about this location. However, nothing that was mentioned happened to me. Service was professional and fast. Got there at 730... they verified some info to ensure car mart would pay for oil change... they pulled my car back and we were out of there an hour later. My suggestion would be to state upfront that you are with car mart and confirm that you will not be charged. They did a great job for me. Thanks.

Brian is great. Our van broke down and was towed to this shop. He had us up and running as quickly as possible the next day. The shop was busy and tried to manage customer expectations. Brian realized right before we left that we were charged for a service they didn't perform, he ran out and stopped us and then ran a quick test to make sure we were good before refunding that service. That showed me that this Firestone location is an honest place and hard working shop.

We had a flat on the way back from Fort Benning and they were able to get us a tire that is not a match, but still compatible with our car. (No one would notice this unless they studied all four tires). They also checked all of our tires for correct pressure. Very nice people and we will be coming back for other services.Service: TiresService: Tires

We were heading home from church camp in FL when my tire hit something and needed replaced. Super friendly and helpful and we were back on the road in less than an hour. So thankful we were where we were when this happened.

I finance my car through Car Mart. Service contract covers 2 oil changes. I had an 8:30am appointment and arrived on time for my oil change.If this oil change were not free, I WOULD NEVER WILLINGLY GET THEM TO SERVICE MY CAR AGAIN. I waited over 2 hours for AN OIL CHANGE. They only changed the oil. No tire pressure check, nothing. Didn t fill up wiper fluid or anything I would ve gotten at another shop.Seriously the worst experience I ve had. The personal are not friendly, they do not communicate and they are just generally unpleasant. The manager literally referred to me as Honda which is the model of my car. After the0/10 wouldn t recommend

I had an appointment today for 2:00 to have a slow tire leak fixed. When I got there, I was told I d have to wait another hour. I waited not one, not two, but THREE hours, only to be told that the technician couldn t find the leak. Then, when I got back home, I got a call from Firestone because they had left someone else s keys in my car; plus, they wanted me to drive back down there to return the keys. I told them that I wasn t about to drive back down there, that if they wanted the keys they could come get them themselves. They said, We can t do that. It s against our policy. We don t do roadside assistance . After I refused to drive back down there, they finally agreed to pick up the misplaced keys. Unbelievable.

Had an 1100 appointment for a tire pressure sensor that came on three days after getting new tires here. They said it was fixed and charged $140.00. Drove around the block and the light is still on. Now they are taking the tire back off. It's been two and a half hours already. I guess it will be another two and a half hours to get it fixed.

The team is excellent. They are very detailed and thorough. Their body of knowledge of multiple automakers, and initial hypothesis of the problem was generally exactly what the diagnostics showed. The team is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone who wants quality automotive care, with customer oriented service in a down to earth, yet professional manner, please stop or call, and Troy Firestone Complete Auto Care will take great care of you.

we had a run flat almost split on us on the way to the beach. not only was this location open on a sunday, the guy at the front - matthew (?) - was AMAZING. they didnt have the exact tire i needed but he found us a suitable replacement and got us back on the road. great service, efficient, and super friendly. highly recommended.

1000 appointment for a tire rotation. Finally completed at 1142. Store manager had horrible customer service and could have cared less that people had been waiting hours for service after having appointments. Two guys had been waiting since 0900 ( had an appointment) for an oil change and were still waiting when we left. Thankfully we don't live here and have to deal with this Firestone on a regular basis. I wouldn't!!!

They quoted me $3,000 to get my car fixed, I took it to another place and had it fixed for under $600 at the door. They wanted to replace a lot of parts that made me to be replaced. Make sure you get a second opinion.

Great service and customer service! My daughter that just moved into the university had an issue with her Honda Accord. She took it into the Firestone and Mike was able to diagnose and fix the problem within a few short hours. Thank you for getting her car back on the road quickly!

I really liked the place when I first started using them. They did some major front end work for me in early 2016 and it was very expensive but I thought I was getting quality work so I was okay with it. But I started having problems early the next year I went to another mechanic. They said my problems were because they did a bad job.The last time I went there around fall of 2017 I asked them for some diagnostics ONLY and they went ahead and fixed my car and charged me. I didn't have the money that day (which is why I only wanted them to tell me what was wrong with it) so i was without a car for a week until I could get it paid.TL:DR I don't think I'll ever go again.

Went this morning to get a routine inspection for my car. I called and set up at appointment at noon. They had me wait for a hour and a half before they took the car inside, even when i made the appointment. Looks like the management has changed. I hope it changes. It was better before.

Firestone really impressed me with the help they provided my daughter, she needed a tire the one ordered has not come in yet, the store manager Michael put a tire on temporary to get my daughter off the spare until the tire comes in, as a dad I really appreciate what he did for her. I am impressed with the service that was given to me and my daughter........ good job Micheal and your team keep up the good work!Mr Louis BaileyUS Army Retired

Was having brake trouble, they told me they couldn t do anything about it and it would cost me $1400 to get it fixed. Took it to a local mechanic in Troy the next week and he got my brakes working perfectly for $150

I I went there for a refund for a mechanic error. I had all receipts to prove my case. The Store Manager was freindly and respectful. He stood behind his word for the issue and applied the refund to me. Issue is resolved. I will continue to trade with this business for their honesty.

Was traveling through Troy and my SUV broke down about 20 miles out of town. Kevin Goodyear towing dropped the vehicle off at Firestone. The next day they found all the parts needed and got me back on the road by that afternoon. They were fantastic. Can't thank or recommend them enough.
