I had an emergency while traveling back to South Florida, where my sunroof was stuck open. It was cold and raining. Earles quickly covered the sunroof with plastic so that I could continue traveling. Thank you to the two kind men who covered my sunroof and also to the men at the Chevron who recommended Earles.

Claim process and repair was so simple and fast and awesome job on rear window replacement. So glad I was able to leave my truck in their hands while I was out of town for work and didn't have to worry about taking a day off to get this done.

Our windshield was damaged by flying rocks on Hwy 231 but the damage was not obvious for 2 days when the chip began to split. Earles Glass was able to get the proper replacement and fix it for us. The customer service was great and the repair was done as quickly as possible.

Went to have my windshield replaced after a rock hit it. Charged almost half of what Safelite wanted for the exact same job. Staff is very friendly. Highly pleased with their work!

Earles Glass have replaced 2 out of 3 windshields for me and I wish I had used them on the other instead of Safelite! Usually cheaper than a $500 deductible and if something goes wrong they make it right! If you live in Troy city limits they can pick the car up and bring it back with the new windshield. Drove from Memphis to Troy and a rock hit my window shield. Once I called my insurance company in Memphis I was all set to take it to Earles Glass. Really was pleased and satisfied. One hour tops to get it fixed! Thanks Earles Glass!
