They have the best customer service at the Troy location. I went in there having a bad experience from another location and was in need of a car that day and they insured me I would drive away with one and I did. They kept my mind clear and I wasn t stressed at all with them like I have been in the past buying a vehicle. Cedric jones went above and beyond with helping me alone with the rest of the staff. 100% highly recommended go see them best car buying experience ever

Cedric was great!!! He helped us out and got us in a car quickly and even worked with us on the down payment and my husband had just started his job and just got his 2nd check n that was all he needed 2 check stubs! The cars have a warranty and u would b surprised at how much it will help. Thanks again to Cedric for looking out.

I went to car mart yesterday with only 500 in my pocket. My car blew up on me the day prior, I was extremely upset, and had no clue what I was gonna do. I stopped in at car mart just to see how things were gonna look for me. The assistant manager was delightful. He could see how upset I was and made the experience of looking for a car so much easier given the circumstances. I ve never felt right at home so to speak in a business like environment. The staff was great. Now, I am paying big time but that s to be expected with my situation. 10/10 recommend car mart in Troy.

The application was easy and I knew within a matter of minutes if I was approved or not. The sales team greeted me and was very helpful. Cedric helped get my payments to where I could afford them. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a car to go see Cedric and his team.

This my third vehicle with car-mart my daughter also has a car that she buying from them the people here in Troy are awesome they truly work to satisfy the customer and try to get you exactly what you want they communicate well and I recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable affordable vehicle

The buying part was fine, however not even 24 hours after getting my car it broke down. Still waiting on them to buy the part needed. The part is at the parts store but they haven't paid for it so it can be fixed. Not a happy customer right now

Shaq was extremely helpful! The process was super easy. I highly recommend filling out the application online prior to stopping by. I was able to leave today with the car I wanted in under a couple of hours. Thank you Shaq and Car-Mart Troy!

My niece and her uncle went and got a car from these people in may of last year ever since she has had this car it s been problem after problem and they want her to keep paying for a car she is barely driving. How is she suppse to pay you if she don t even have transportation to get to work at pay you ? She give you all she has and you gone still come and take her car ? That s ridiculous! I do not recommend this place ! Like can she not trade it in ? Her 6 months she can trade it in or at least give her the $100 she just paid this morning for that car back ! That s all she had and y all took the $100 and yet still trying to take her car !

Thank you Tori for always putting in the effort and along with everyone else at Carmart. Before today I have always had a great and humorous experience with all the coworkers except for one rude worker in particular. Montreal is very unprofessional, untrustworthy, rude and the list goes on I am so glad I no longer have to deal with him. As far as everyone else thank yall for all yall do.

Mr. Wilson was very attentive to my needs. He made car shopping easy. I went to car mart in Enterprise and noone ever came out to see if they could help. I had a salespersons name and card, Jonathan. I left a message for a call back because there was a car there I really wanted but he never returned my call

Tori and Cedric was amazing I felt like I was at home with family and all lol they most definitely work with you and try to make it easy they care about you not going broke and try to make sure they can help you in anyways and I appreciate them for their honesty

Thanks to Cedric, I got my first car today! He made sure that he got me in the car that I wanted, I love my jeep! I came in about to have my folks co-sign but he was able to have it where I could sign by myself. The service was excellent and I ll definitely be recommending some friends/family!

I highly recommend anybody to go here for a vehicle. I haven't stopped riding in my Kia Soul since I got it! I admittedly, reluctantly, went to Car-Mart to look at cars. I knew exactly what I wanted but was having trouble finding it both in the area and beyond. They just so happened to have exactly what I was looking for so I rolled the dice to see if I could get it.David was courteous, patient and respectful. He allowed me to test drive the car twice and my boyfriend and was totally okay with me putting my kids in the back to make sure they fit! The car needed a couple things in order for to buy it and they handled it without question.He worked with me on numbers for half an hour trying to get just the right combination to make it affordable for me.He answered dozens of questions throughout the process without ever seeming annoyed.My car broke day 2. It is currently at their shop being repaired but they were SO FRIENDLY getting it handled, despite me being pretty upset to start off. The poor office ladies have taken so many calls from me at this point and they're always polite.I don't know yet just how these repairs will pan out but the thing is.... They sell used cars. Sometimes purchasing sight unseen and you can't possibly predict all the ways a used car will need fixing the first week... Month... Year... But they're accountable and they're handling it. I can't ask for more than that.We'll see what happens over the next few months once this repair is done and if there are more that will be needed etc. I will update. But so far, these guys are great.My ONLY negative is that the car I bought is legit over priced by about $3000.But. I'm willing to pay that for the security of knowing that for next year or so, my car is under warranty and they will handle any major problems during that time... And because I really really wanted this car.

Overall my experience was wonderful ! They were extremely patient with you and they sat down and actually explained everything you needed to know. The process was quick and simple. Mr. Cedric helped me a lot through this whole process. I highly recommend going to Troy Car-Mart!!

When you are out of options, go to Carmart.They'll approve you and charge you a $7,500 additional fee for a vehicle that barely makes it home BUT, you have a vehicle now. Just make sure this is absolutely you're last option. Don't plan on ever successfully getting anyone to call you back though.Edit, Actually, if carmart is your last option, purchase a bicycle.

Avoid this company like the plague - you'll regret every penny spent here! 1 star is too generous for this abysmal excuse of a car dealership. Stay far away!They lacked basic customer service skills and were incredibly unhelpful. This company has a lawsuit waiting to come with the injustice and profitable abuse to consumer. Valeria and Mike have provided the worst customer experience.I deeply regret my decision to trust them with my hard-earned money.Absolute Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs!

Great experience with Shaq and Toya. They were both extremely helpful and patient and made sure to explain everything about the process in a timely manner. Company is willing to work with you to get you in a vehicle. Highly recommend
